My car was towed because of a broken axel by these guys. My car suddenly stopped on a T Junction. And got it replaced from them. I checked couple of repair shops and gave a similar quotation to repair. So I ended repairing my car with them.

Joe was very helpful when I called to find out hours of operation and gave me detailed directions to tow lot. I was greeted by a young man, named Tony, who was so kind to help me retrieve personnel effects from the vehicle. Very professional & friendly!

My daughter’s car broke down on 495 & the police officer called for a tow before we could call AAA. The driver was extremely polite & met me at the lot after I dropped her off at work. The fee was high, but expected. I was told that AAA will reimburse me. I’ve now been waiting for AAA’s tow truck for over 2 hours to take it to our mechanic. I’m still waiting...but the Annex driver came to check on me between pick-ups to offer to get me something while I wait. They were so prompt compared to whoever AAA is contracted with!

They were great help and very flexible, they were able to meet up at the times I had available to see my car and followed up with me whenever I had questions. Thank you so much!

The previous post saying Joe is the new owner and amazing is a complete lie. Annex towed my car courtesy of Sharon PD. I went to pick it up today and the Charges were as follows:Tow Charge: $108Tow Mileage: $33Storage fees: $210Fuel: $10* All of which I am perfectly fine with....$75.00 to turn my car on and drive it to the gate?!? Are you kidding me? How is that even legal?All of the reviews have one thing in common, the state needs to re-evaluate the contract. Most people dont have the connections in government to have anything done. I am not one of those people, so for anyone that has been ripped off, with any luck there is an end in sight!

This morning, Thursday, October 25, 2018, I went to Annex Auto Body to collect my personal belongings from a head on collision I was involved in (DRUNK driver hit me head on). I was filled with anxiety driving to Annex thinking about my car and what it would look like. Once Joe Decamp, Manager, pulled in and greeted me my anxiety went away! Joe is LOVELY! He is very caring/concerned and professional.Let me backtrack -- I showed up at Annex and the gate was locked so I called the number and Joe answered. He told me I was supposed to call ahead so of course I threw a hissy fit and he said hed be about a 1/2 hour before he got to the lot. I was pissed that I had to take more time off from work, pissed nobody was at the lot and pissed about my car. Joe remained CALM and professional. Thank You Joe for understanding! :-)What was so helpful and calming is Joe stayed with me taking inventory as I picked through my car.The manager before Joe, I heard, ruined Annexs reputation! People, this is a new Annex with Joe in charge and he is magnificent. Two thumbs up! :-)

If it were an option, 0 stars would be far more appropriate. When I dealt with them I searched to see if others experiences were similar and unsurprisingly every review I could find anywhere rated them as low as possible without a positive thing about them to be said anywhere. Ive never dealt with a worse business in any way. Words simply cannot describe it. To the point that if someone killed the guy I dealt with, Id help pay for their lawyer. Do not patronize this filth, you WILL regret it.

Sharon police needs to stop their relationship with these guys. The guy is a liar. When hes around his buddy cop friends, he acts polite, customer oriented, compassionate and friendly. When you call in the phone, his MASSHOLE kicks in. Talk about dr jekyll and mr hyde! Faking to get Sharon PD contracts, Im sure. Handed me his card and told me hed be open at 8am Monday. Called to see if I could grab my belongings and was giving me excuses that theres nobody there and hes not going to send somebody to open the place so I can grab my personal belongings. Then said I needed to pay my bill to get my belongings and told me that insurance had to call him to tell him that theyre paying the bill. He pretends over the phone that dispatch and towing guys are separate people but theyre all him! Lies constantly! Once my insurance called, he said itll be open in a half hour. Then I show up and he gives me a difficult time about grabbing my things including my plates. He then calls Sharon police to come to Foxboro! They have no jurisdiction in Foxboro and has the audacity to say I dont know what Im talking about. Crazy making. Sharon police shows up and its clear theyre buddies. Sharon police needs to end this cronyism.

Claimed that Sharon PD was requesting two valid licenses to pick up a car. Called Sharon PD, they said there was no such requirement. Had to deal with a rude and obnoxious employee, refused to let me speak with the owner of the company.

These guys shouldnt have a contract with the state. Worst people to deal with. Told me I could come grab personal affects off my bike. I called ahead of time, they were a no show for 30 mins then told me I couldnt grab anything from the bike.
