The Manager, Jessica Lee is the worst, she doesnt respond to emails or phone calls and her door is always closed when you go into the office area. Lots shady people, smoking (pot and cigs) inside the building and outside. Handicapped spots always snowed in, never shoveled had to do it myself. Dumpster is always overflowing. Maintenance is a smooth talker, always trying to talk you out of the problem like it was your fault if something went wrong and they hire people who dont know anything. Dirt speckles in water, washing machine, sinks. Only good things are the layout of the apartments are nice and there is a person there named Jennifer Ahern that keep me sane, she should be running that place.

My husband and I lived in a 1 bedroom apartment at The Lodge for several months during the winter season. We found it to be quiet, clean, and a very nice place to live before we moved into our forever home. It was a perfect place for us to be in, as we were downsizing to a smaller home. Staff were helpful and very friendly. We have been recommending it to others, who like us, may be in a transitional period; and who need a place to stay at for a short duration period. We were very happy with our experience there. Thank you to The Lodge!

We are in our third year here. Recent changes in management staff have resulted in addressing many long-standing issues. Now I can say the beautiful grounds are being maintained, the importance of notifying residents of package delivery is understood, and the concerns of elderly residents about affordable housing have registered. We are hoping this responsiveness to resident concerns continues and that the current management remains in place.

Safe, quite, beautiful place, clean and great customer service current tenants and future one’s. Excellent for pets. It’s my 3rd year and I’m so happy to leave in this place. Near of everything since: highways, malls, pharmacy’s, postal station..... staff always attentive from the office through maintenance team. ❤️😊

My apartment at the Lodge at Foxborough is amazing. I came to the area after selling a large house (3,000+) and every rental I had looked at was not up to par. I thought that I would have to lower my expectations, but then I found these apartments, and knew right away that I was home.My 1 bedroom, plus a den, has a well appointed layout. My kitchen has great storage, and my bedroom is so large it dwarfs my queen size bed. I could fit a king size bed in here no problem. As for the den, I have a large weight machine, and a full size elliptical setup in there, and theres still plenty of room to move around.As for the staff, Amanda is great! I dont know the rest that well, but Amanda has been so helpful every step of the way.

The apartments and maintenance staff were totally fine. Never had any issues with neighbors.HOWEVER- if you live here make sure you get absolutely everything in writing by the staff. We wanted to break our lease early (agreeing to pay the fees and everything) and were told that we could not because the person working that day didnt think we were moving far enough away, although we were moving out of state. We lost the apartment we wanted to someone else due to her not allowing us to break it. I called the headquarters and they could not believe what the employee had told us (thankfully we had her telling us she would not allow us to break the lease in emails) and the headquarters ended up giving us $1,000 off our rent to make up for it.They also advertise to residents that you will get $500 for referring a new resident. We referred two. The first time we referred someone, someone from the office called me and thanked me for referring someone to come tour. She signed a lease, and I called asking for the bonus and they said they had no idea what I was talking about and refused to pay it. The second time we referred someone the person watched them type it into his profile when he toured that we referred him, after he signed a lease 3 different employees told me it was not in his profile and they would not pay it. Then, someone in the office accidentally copied me on an email with a screenshot of where the note was in his profile, clearly just lying to us so they didnt have to pay it. I dont believe they actually pay a $500 bonus to anyone.Just make sure you get everything in writing from the office and if you ever have any issues with them, call their headquarters because you will get no where with this staff.

Smoking wound up being a huge issue for us here. Signing the lease we were told that we wouldnt be allowed to smoke indoors - which we took to mean the facilities were smoke free. Unfortunately, this will not be the case until roughly April of 2020.During the winter months our neighbors took their smoking inside and it started to make our apartment and clothes smell. Our carpet even changed color!I emailed the staff twice with no response. When I approached the staff in person I was asked to approach the smokers myself.In the end we paid a full two months rent and gave 60 days notice to break our lease. I had hoped to get some leeway from the Lodge on either the days of notice or cost of a broken lease - with no luck.If you are OK with smoking, the facility is honestly nice enough.The Lodge has permanently left a bad taste in my mouth because of this experience and I will be telling my friends and colleagues to stay away.

Lived here for 13 months. First 3-4 months, there was construction on our building, very loud and taking up half of the parking. Was not warned of the construction upon moving in. Neighbors we very rude and loud. Had one neighbor threaten myself and my girlfriend. The office was understanding, but nothing stopped. Maintenance crew scheduled an appointment with me, and never showed up. Had to go to the office to get someone to come. Witnessed someone open their car door and push all of the trash out of it. These are just a few examples of the terrible experience of this complex.Claims of being high end, but reality sinks in that it is a dump once you are actually living there.

The office staff was rude-dont expect stellar customer service. Also, they advertise & charge a premium to be “pet friendly” but not the entire complex/neighbors have that mindset. Our neighbor complained numerous times, which was unwarranted and we received nasty emails as a result.Take your money and rent elsewhere or even better buy your own home like we did!

Terrible customer service! My mother’s apartment was damaged by flooding from the apartment above hers due to a hot water heater bursting. When she went to the club house to ask what arrangements could be made for her as she was unable to stay in her apartment she was told by Jessica that they were not responsible to find her somewhere else to stay and there wasn’t anything that could be done to help her. There is a team of people working to fix all the damage, ripping up carpet and ceiling tiles and she has no electricity and still she was told to either stay there with all this going on or pay for somewhere else to stay herself. I can’t understand how they think this is okay!

I honestly don’t even know where to begin... If you think that the beautiful exterior and we’ll kept grounds is worth $2,000 a month, then by a i means I could recommend it here, because that’s the best you get... for $2000 a month, I had horrible cell service (I have Verizon my family same issue with other carriers), if I wanted to open my windows on a nice day, it didn’t matter it’s smoke free grounds, the neighbors smoking smell filled the apartment, the hallways are stained and filthy, dead flys in the window, and a complete infestation of some bug in the winter, the police frequently are called to the complex for a variety of reasons... the guy in the office was always pretty helpful, but other employees I’ve dealt with for issues were rude... I’ve seen sooooo many people moving out over the past few months and even breaking leases early... save your money and sanity... oh, also dog poop everywhere because so many tenants are complete slobs

I lived there for almost a year. Nice facilities and amenaties. The only discrepancy I had was my dryer broke amd it took a week for the service team to come out and look at it. The replaced the unit and there were no issues since. Great for pets, especially dogs.

Jennifer from The Lodge in Foxborough, MA is A M A Z I N G. My parents are living in their complexes temporarily and I have been sending over Christmas presents from out-of-state. I had explained to Jenn that I am worried that my packages were not delivered the other day because Dad had said he did not see anything with their name on it. Not only did Jenn call me back asap when my out-of-state number was not working with their mainline to speak with me about my issue, but she went to check the parcel room for me and LOW AND BEHOLD, it was there the whole time! Jenn took the package and said she would hang on to it until my Dad arrived to give to him directly. Thank you Jenn for professionally explaining to me the way your mailroom works and for checking on our packages for us! We greatly appreciate you and your wonderful customer service!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Unless you have tons of money, dont mind getting charged for random things and dont care to get ripped off. I stayed here for 11 months. In that Time I had over 10 service calls with everything not working in the unit.When it was time to leave they charge you for random things. After you pay everything months later you are still hit with a leaving fee. Thats what they actually call it.Also, I needed a landlord signature for my mortgage. Basic and just stating that I was current on my rent. The manager (ashley) told me she couldnt sign it but promised me she would bring it to my unit later on the afternoon. She never did. I was also given wrong information on notice to leave. Which ended up costing me an extra 1200 in rent. This is what they charge you if you give them a 58 day notice. I was off 2 days even tho I called 65 days prior and was given wrong info. They require 60 day notice.Even with my horrible experience here talking to ashley to get a resolution from my bad experience was like talking to a computer. Disregard from my experience. This cost me an extra 1400 and I never received the documents I requested for my mortgage. She is not there for the residents. If you have any issues good luck. She is a computer. 0 customer service. Oh and good luck calling their headquarters. The lady who answered was so rude. This place is like a motel. People come and go. A lot of people stay for about 1-3 months then move. The front club house looks beautiful but thats a front to get you. I hope you got my warning.
