I am SO happy to have this store near me. Sandy and her staff are over the top! Always cheerful, kind, helpful. I cant say enough about them. And am so grateful to feel a lift whenever I frequent the store.
The ladies are AWESOME!! Training a new person but they took care of all my issues which I created a line out the door, but they AWESOME!!! Just a note to recognize the polite, professional and multi-tasking abilities of this young lady with blonde hair as I dropped of packages last week. Also the manager Sandy was great to me by helping me print out a ton of stuff. Printer crapped out, first time I had to go to UPS store to get something printed from my phone. My generation (me) is not so savy with phone technology. Sandy came to my rescue. I was first impressed how she acknowledged several incoming clients at once and attended to me. My user error delayed her from getting to the other customers, but she was so kind and patient. While we were waiting for my stuff to transmit, she deftly and amazingly fast accommodated the other clients with enough time to get back to me just as my info got to her computer. I was taken care of with a smile, and I had to smile. I have worked in the service industry for over 40yrs. Sandy is a rare find. Keep her and/or promote her. Thank you for the best service I have had in a long time!Thank you, UPS!
Every time I go into this place there is always an issue. We run a company and mainly deal with USPS because of this. UPS seems to always be more expensive to ship, and with WAY more headache. You know it must be bad when the post office provides better customer service and better prices…. I mean USPS is brought you you by the same people who bring you the DMV…. If ups wants my business, they will need to do better.
I was so fortunate that last week Sandy was there have a truly empathetic approach to my situation. I wasnt going to be able to get my personally valuable package due to a poilicy but she was able to make it happen for me. So thankful you her to treat people like people and not just a pocketbook. Competent and efficient. Well run. Ill use this branch from now on...even if its a little farther away. I had 10 minutes to scan over 100 pages, ship them, etc...I was a hot mess because everything was so last minute and they were closing soon. Sandy and her staff was so gracious and kind in helping me out to meet the deadline and Im so grateful for that. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even gave me a discount for a store promotion I didnt know was going on which saved me over $60!! Im so, so relieved that UPS hired such a wonderful person to work for them, someone who shows she cares about customers through their actions. I felt like a friend or family member. Wow the attitude of the rep when we walked in!!! We came in to return an Amazon package and inquire about document shredding. My sister greeted her she did not respond. She had a major attitude. When I asked who the manager is, she said she was. UPS if this is your representative, she lacks the customer service skills to interact with the public! Find another store. So rude!!!!!
Everyone was super efficient and nice! You can tell they have a good team there! Was able to get documents notarized, ship, get copies, and scanned all at one location! Thank you for all that you do!!
Went in with an Amazon return today. Had my QR code ready on my phone like I always do. I was told today that my QR code wasn’t for a easy drop off return like normal. I was told I needed to go get a box and handed the packing label. I went home grabbed a box and came back with label attached. I didn’t have any tape at home, but figured surely this wouldn’t be a big issue. Same girl behind the counter with horrible costumer service and bad attitude told me that they charge for tape, but she’d let it go this time. I said thank you and walked out. Got to my car and realized that I didn’t have a receipt showing I had dropped off my package. I went back in and asked for one where she preceded to tell me she couldn’t reprint the receipt and that she had given it to me earlier (btw she didn’t) so she told me the only thing I could do is take a picture of the label on the box and then rudely walked away from the counter. Please train your employees on basic customer service. If she’s in capable of doing her job or doesn’t want to that’s not my problem!!
Ive struggled with the post office picking up/delivering my packages in a timely manner, I hauled over 20 packages to the office to have them scan in. The Asian lady and girl with curly hair working were extremely pleasant despite how annoying Im sure my request was. Not only did they scan everything in right then and there, I checked tracking this morning and EVERYTHING is already out for delivery in Florida. Im thoroughly impressed with my customer service from UPS. Well worth the drive!!I ran a business for a good number of years and shipped via UPS daily. UPS means trust. A customer can trust that their shipment will arrive as promised. The Fountain, Co UPS store features a friendly staff eager to serve. Also, they offer occasional discounts on shipping. Ship UPS. Trust UPS I Do! Love the ladies!
This store has the BEST staff. They really went well beyond the call of duty, helping me print stuff, color test it, crop it... then they helped me find the best rate for international shipping. All the while, being super friendly and polite. I will be back for sure!
One of the woman here makes everything so uncomfortable, not sure why they have an employee here that is extremely negative to everyone she helps. i actively avoid going here because of the negativity and uncomfortable feelings this store gives me. please train the employees to be somewhat pleasant to customers.
Due to my job I stop at several UPS stores to ship out packages a few times a week. A lot of times I just email my label to the stores and they print them with no problem, at times I’ll even need a box which most stores Have extra old used ones laying around and will let you get them for free. This location however will charge you to print labels, for used box, and apparently now they charge you just to tape your package. I could definitely understand being charge for a box that’s new but for a used box seems a little outrageous. The last time I came to the store I was told I would have to pay for the tape on my package or I could go elsewhere and buy some tape. Never once have I ever had to pay for the tape going on my package at the UPS store. I will not be back to this location ever again
On a whim I decided to go to UPS instead of Office Max to ship a few things to several different people today. Wow, the customer service was absolutely wonderful Sandy great! I was able to purchase the packing products, get everything packaged and shipped all within the same transaction. The box size I ended up needing wasnt available so Sandy cut it down to size to help eliminate so much open space in the box. The entire process took maybe ten minutes getting the packing materials and getting it all packed up for shipping. The representatives were super helpful and friendly. I have seen other reviews and her customer service is extremely professional she gets right to the point, I didn’t see any rudeness with other customers she interacted with. Everything was super clean and everyone wore their mask correctly and social distancing guidelines were in place without being overbearing. I will definitely be going back in the future and definitely recommend!
I love coming to this store. The ladies here are always so kind and helpful. Their attitudes towards customers are great! It shows that they are always looking out for their customers! I highly recommend this location if you ever need to ship anything!
What a great pleasure to do business with such kind, knowledgeable and friendly customer service spirited people. Being new in Colorado we called and visited several places to get real estate closing documents notarized in CO. We found that to be different in CO. After discovering the UPS store in Fountain, it was completed within minutes after entering the door. We were greeted by Ms.Mikayla with a smile and eagerness to help. She knew exactly what we needed and went to work immediately with minimum instructions. She explained the process and answered all the “stupid questions” with a smile while finishing our request. We were in and out within minutes. Ms. Mikayla was the reason. It is great news to know customer service is not completely dead due to her knowledge and kind spirit to help. Thank You Ms. Mikayla and keep up the good work.
Need to drop off equipment to be sent back to a company, the lady helping was very knowledgeable and had me out very quickly. Will recommend this business and they are friendly.
Sandy is super friendly every time I go into the store. I like the consistency of see the same smiling faces behind the counter. Today was a little different, I just noticed a customer yell at Sandy over an Amazon transaction and other customer was trying to explain to the customer but the lady was so rude and snatched the paper from Sandy’s hand and said something under her breath. Sandy is always friendly and understanding some of these customers that are Amazon customers are a disgrace to the society. I am sorry Sandy that you have to go thru this everyday!

I had the opportunity to visit this place and I got the worst impression, because an Asian woman who works there, was extremely rude and rasicist with me. It is sad that a person damages the image of a company like UPS strives to build a good image and a good relationship with its customers. Customers are not to blame for the personal frustrations of this store clerk.Your employee clearly understood the service that was requested, I have the receipt of evidence that I paid for the purchase I made, the offense was the manner and attitude with which she provided the service, it was rude, unpolite and discriminatory. my interest is that this does not happen with other people. it is in your hands to correct this type of situation for the benefit of your company.
Horrible customer service. Horrible. Came in, store was clean with what appeared to be three employees, two helping customers there before me, one was on the left wall presumably doing something with orders or processing so wasnt doing customer service, totally acceptable and expected. An Asian female called do you have an Amazon return or something like that, I was not looking at her so I wasnt sure she was talking to me, I turned and acknowledged her and said yes, she said that she would help me over here so I approached her, while I was approaching the side of the store where she was, she said place it on the scale so I looked at her and looked for a scale and she said it again, I explained that I didnt see a scale, she responded with thats why I pointed at it, at this time I noticed the scale, behind the cash register, actually it was on the side however from where I was standing you couldnt see it, her pointing motion was also done behind the cash register, so I couldnt see that either. She then said scan code with an attitude so I asked her if there was a problem, she responded with no, scan code. I then showed her the scan code and was rewarded with a Jesus Christ statement from her.This was terrible. I am hoping that her day gets better and that the owners address her apparent unhappiness.This was my first and last time in that store.
How does the manager Sandy keep her job? She was the rudest person Ive ever encountered. I dont need her condescending, impatient attitude. I will take my business elsewhere.
I had a good conversation with this UPS tore employees when I called asking about notary service and I asked about my shipping options. When I arrived at the store both ladies were very helpful the dark haired employee (sorry I forgot your name) she did my notary which I had quite a few... The other lady with short hair witnessed my notary THANK YOU! I also had to send it over night and I had some questions about sending frozen foods which they explained on how I should send it. They were busy but they got everyone in and out, usually they have a line but on Saturday they didn’t have anyone hardly waiting. I have been here before just for drop offs but these ladies are GREAT! I noticed a couple of people didn’t wear masks but they asked them to stand in front of the glass and customers told the dark haired lady THANK YOU, for being kind and helping us. Customers service above and beyond, with everything going on with COVID, they make customers feel important. I recommend this store to anyone!
Just had the worst experience here, & Sandy, who is mentioned NEGATIVELY several times in these reviews, as well as on YELP, is the one who waited on me. She was rude, extremely condescending, & humiliated me in front of the other customers. There was no reason for her to be this way-I am coming in there for HELP. If I knew what to do, then I would do it from home!!! I just needed a little guidance, & it shouldnt have been a big deal. Obviously, no one in management is letting her know how people are feeling about her customer service or she cant be bothered to correct her nasty behavior. My use of this location is infrequent, but will now be nonexistent.
Delivery services arent a thing of perfection. Theres a lot of conditions at play and its really the same as dealing with airlines. You have the ability to ship anything (or in the case of an airline, yourself) anywhere in the world very quickly at a relatively great price so if someone starts there when they encounter a problem with their shipment then they can have a better perspective on how to work with the staff at this store.With that said, Ive never had any problems with the staff here and they work hard to get special conditions taken care of. They are nice folks and its great having a place nearby where I can get printing done, notaries, anything that I need office-wise.Thank you!
Sandy and Lynette helped my family and I notarize over a dozen items. Even though her hand probably hurt badly after all the signing... she was incredibly professional and had a good sense of humor. We all appreciated her help and would recommend this UPS store for notary assistance.
Emma was helping me today ship a package, she kindly offered to pack my items up for me, I was pleasantly surprised because I didn’t know they offered that. I asked if she would be able to bubble wrap it for me since it was an item someone bought from me and it was a well over $200. Understandably I would hate to see it damaged if not packed properly. After simply asking about the bubble wrap, calmly.... another associate randomly and rudely interrupted our transaction and basically yelled “We are not responsible for a package once it leaves our store!” I was honestly shocked because never once did I even hint that I would assume they would be responsible for my package, I simply asked if they could bubble wrap it. I recognized the rude lady as Sandy, she also was responsible for multiple customers walking out during Christmas because her attitude is absolutely horrid. UPS would be doing their business a huge favor by finding employees that are friendly and professional, you’ll get neither of those things at this location as long as this person is working there.
Customer service is absolutely horrible. I went in to drop off some documents to be shipped. My two year old walked over to the packing peanuts and asked me what they are. Im not sure who said something as I was looking at my daughter but in a very rude condescending tone someone asked her to please not pop them. Which she wasnt. I immediately looked up to try to see who said it. Im almost positive it was the older lady. Tone is everything and as soon as she said it, it did not sit right with me. I am not one to just let my child run wild in a store. I wss watching her. She was curious as to what they were. I grabbed my reciept and immediately left. This is not the first time I have felt that the service was horrible. Everybody always seems so unhappy.
Sandy helped my girlfriend to get her fingerprints today, the machine kept getting an error but she was able to call and get it fixed. I noticed she was getting busy but she was fast, very efficient with each customer. She was very apologetic for machine getting frozen, not her fault at all. Very compassionate, Thank you!
I asked if the address on an envelope was in the correct format to send out of the country. They said they had no idea, and that I can write whatever I want and they will mail it but it will cost $100 to send a card. Very rude and had no idea how to mail something out of the country. Told me to go to the post office. I wont be coming here again.
Used to love this place, they now charge $2 for 12” of tape, flipping rip off.

The staff here is very professional, and they are all working hard to maintain social distancing.The only reason why Im giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the price of deliveries. Ive used the United States Postal Service for several months to ship Ebay orders and gifts for family, and I decided to switch it up since the USPS has consistently delayed ship times. The package I sent via UPS took about the same time as the U.S. postal service to deliver, but it cost twice the price. I have sent this same item to people for $6-7 via the USPS, but UPS charged me $12. Ouch.

The manager Sandy was reprimanding a staff member in front of a store full of customers. When I told her it was very unprofessional to be reprimanding her in front of all of us. She decided to get nasty with me. She refused to give me her supervisors information then laughed at me saying I can call him in Napal. I didnt even leave my package with her store I drove to another location. What a horrible person to think belittling people is the way.

The blonde woman I think her names was Makayla helping me a few days ago was amazing! She tracked down my package fast so I could have it in time for my mom’s bday!!! I usually get really great service but today was not one of those days. I am in the VA hospital and am.in here due to a spinal injury. I had something shipped to my home from VA yesterday. My wife spoke to the driver from security system and told him no one was home. Hetold she her she could pick it up in the store after 11 the next day or something like that . My wife sent my daughter and the store attendant told her she could not because of the different last name unless she has a POA, understandable. The problem is was when I called the person who answered seemed to have an attitude and I believe I told her I am in the hospital in Denver. My wife came straight from work and showed ID and the person working still would not give her my package because she was told she did not have the ticket. I have picked up many packages without a ticket so why is it a problem now especially if my wife showed an ID with the same address and same last name?
Terrible customer service and frankly, zero human decency. I’ve frequented this business and preferred it over the post office for years when it came to shipping package, picking up stamps, etc. due to its convenience and location. Those days are long gone. Take your business elsewhere folks.
Moved to fountain 2 years ago and needed to utilize their printing service. Had the worst customer service and ever since I drove out of my way to go to another ups store I’ve had amazing service at. My company mailed a package that was sent to this store so I was forced to come back. Yet again, felt like I was inconveniencing the lady behind the counter. Not that my service matters by any means but I will be making sure next time I need ups services it will be at another location
The company and the store are Great. There are two older women, (whom are possibly managers of some capacity) who are absolutely rude at the Fountain, CO location. I have used this store dozens of times and Im finally fed up with their attitudes that Im writing this review. If this doesnt get them to change the way they talk to people, Ill call the corporate office...... UPDATE: after reading other reviews about the rude customer service, I have determined that you Sandy, are the rude person I was talking about. It would probably behoove you to change your attitude before you continue losing customers. Its unfortunate that with all of the ugliness in the world, that the manager is the one who is making things worse. I will definitely go back to this store because when you are not there, I have a great experience. FYI, next time you are rude to me or another customer, I will cuss you out and then call the corporate office in front of you.
I wanted to write a review because the older gentleman was so rude and demeaning towards the asian lady doing his notary, he threw his Driver License at her and was very inconsiderate towards her. I was waiting for her to do my notary and I didnt have any issues with her. She was very sweet towards everyone. I apologized for what happened and told her I would write a review on her behalf.
Terrible customer service! Never ending issues with this place. Amazon should NOT allow them to do any of their business whatsoever. They have a tremendous amount of system errors and the absolute laziest and disrespectful employees. In the 8 years I have lived here, they have only hired horrible people. But really, they pick and choose on a whim when they are actually going to work. Never had a positive or productive experience in 8 years with this store. I avoid using it as much has humanly possible because it is not worth the trouble, the hassles or the disrespect. The owner who comments on these reviews is just as unpleasant and unprofessional. I have contacted UPS corporate to report this store and Amazon. Someone is going to record their own experience one day and it will be a viral nightmare for UPS.

Had to send a fax this morning 47 pages, I waited for my confirmation. I observed how the employees interacted with the customers. It was nice to see the employees are very personable.
We are in in a phase where restaurants can have 100% people. But only 4 people are allowed in this store, the rest wait outside in the snow. To be OVERCHARGED to mail a envelope. (12$)Ridiculous. Dont go here. Manager sucks

Every time I come, there is a line. I understand the necessity of waiting outside because of COVID, but I think that if two staff are working, one should prioritize Amazon drop-offs that take two seconds to do compared to the people who have to pay for shipping. Just a thought

The employees at this store are misinforming people about guaranteed delivery dates. I sent my mother here last Fri to overnight a letter to Tucson. The lady working told her will it cost $43 and that it may get there Mon, Tues, or possibly even Wed. My mother called me and asked me if that was going to be okay because she knew I needed it there Mon. I asked her to put me on speaker so I can ask the lady why it is not guaranteed to be there Mon. The lady stated that because of coronavirus, UPS is not guaranteeing any delivery dates. She also said its been like this for months. I asked her why I would pay extra for overnight service and not get a guaranteed date? She said it would get there faster than shipping ground as it might take a week for that service. Im familiar with UPS services and my wife is even a UPS supervisor where we live in NC. My wife was right next to me and said that didnt sound right and to send my mother to the actual UPS hub. When she arrived at the UPS hub, they told her it will cost around $30 for Next Day Air Saver and it is guaranteed to be there by end of day Mon. It was delivered on Mon at 10:46am. The guy at the Hub told her unless there are unusual circumstances like wild fires or adverse weather, overnight 2day and 3 day deliveries are guaranteed. UPS stores primary business is shipping packages and so they should be knowledgeable and up to date with the latest information that UPS provides.
The old lady with the short hair is slow and rude. Definitely the worst customer service I’ve ever had with UPS. If you ask her a question, she’s not helpful at all.
My go to store for everything I need. Great service and I have been coming here for 3 1/2 years, store manager is helpful and recognizes all her customers. The staff is friendly dropped off alot of Amazon today, thanks for being patient with all my transcations.
Employees lazy and unhelpful. They are supposed to be subject matter experts as the employee, not stare at customers saying I dont know, making lines long.
There were 4 people in the store and I was shipping out a packages and watching the RUDE BLACK WOMAN that was so mean to the dark haired lady. The way the BLACK LADY interaction was awful towards the employee. If it was me I would have told her to go elsewhere, I am so sorry that you had to deal with those people!

My sister sent a package to me in Florida, I called and the store manager Sandy to ask if she could find out who packed it. She stated it was herself and her employee Lynette packed it, well they did a FANTASTIC JOB! Thank you, ladies for taking care of the picture frame! #1 in my book!!
Terrible customer service ! Not enough help to handle the amount of customers that are waiting in line. They actually sit there eating their lunch while people are standing there waiting for service. Wether or not they only have one register going they should at the very least let people know that!!! We can’t allAssume... people there are rude and you can stand there and listen to them talk and get mad about other people while you are being ignored. It’s almost like the customer comes after they hash out their personal issues. I miss the old owner in there. They got things done and treated people with respect
I went to this store to purchase some shipping boxes. I have never been treated so badly as a consumer. Someone who identified herself as the manager verbally threatened to call the police because I continued to work with the lady that greeted me and was looking up my request. This lady was rude, threatening and an embarrassment to UPS. She talked to me so badly while she had a customer on the phone and then when I ask her to please call the police, she then said it was Friday and I dont need this. Dont use this store and let others know they should move on. The other employee also told me a shipping box would cost $40 as I left the store. What has happened to customer service these days?

My experience this morning was amazing. The staff at the front desk were very patient with me. I was returning 6 amazon packages and all the codes were incorrect. Luckily they were so helpful and I was able to complete the transaction. (Great at multitasking)

Have tried several time to use finger print kiosk at this store, every time I call staff give me a different excuse and say it is not working. Paid $79 online to use this service, but store wont/can’t honor advertised service

I have lived here 4 years and always received great, friendly service from this office specifically. I went today to send something off and was met by a staff member that was not friendly. I wore a mask in and followed the markers on the floor to assure I was following their rules. When I dropped my keys and stuff for my package on the floor she continued to ask me questions. While on the floor I stated just a minute. When I had my things picked up and as the conversation started again she asked me what my problem was and told me that I had jumped down her throat when I was picking my stuff up. I felt she was rude and picked up my stuff and left. I dont know if it was an off day or an overall lack of customer service for her, either way I dont feel comfortable visiting the store again.

Terrible service Lynette, was doing a amazon return the lady made me weigh the box put return label in it. Then I had to buy a roll of $6 tape to tape up the box myself, when she had 2 rolls of tape close 2 hand. Not saying this because Im lazy if I need to do this to return a package fine. But I returned another Amazon package there last week and the gentleman how helped me whos name escapes me. Not only did he weigh the package but also taped it up for me at no additional cost. Was polite and friendly, I do not know the store policy but two completely diffrent experiences within a period of a week. Lynette did let me us a pair of scissor to cut the tape thankyou for that Lynette.I also had experience with Kholes for Amazon returns they will tape up the package and everything else at no extra cost, also give you a coupon for the store. Witch is nice around the holidays were the budget it tight.If you go to this ups store thats fine just save yourself some money and bring your own tape just in case. Happy holidays.

Great customer service! Had to get a lot of documents notarized and walked in, they were busy had a line out the door the ladies had a couple of people that waited to get papers notarized but they were patient and very sweet! Recommend this store to everyone!!
The employees of this UPS store are wonderful! Always attentive to all customers including acknowledging those waiting in line! I did not print the label needed to return an item and they gravely allowed me to email them the label and print it from the store for free! I felt they really went out of their way to make sure I got my UPS needs done before leaving. I appreciate the great service at this location and will continue to come to this store.
I mailed 2 care packages, to 2 different states recently. The lady who took my order, saved me money by recommending that I take the paper off of my boxes. Hey, $7 is $7. It only took the boxes 4 days to get to their destination. Yall are good. Ill always come here for mailing things.
Very bad customer service I needed some help and the Asian looking lady was just so mean to me and I wasn’t treated the right way when I asked her why she is so mean to me she said because I keep repeating myself all I was asking for some help and when I asked her if I could talk to someone else and she said that she is the manager and the owner of the store I don’t know when the manager is like that who you should complain to
One of the Asian lady staff (I believe her name is Sandy) is being extremely rude . She made me think she hates her jobs and stuck here everyday. As far as I know she never greet people and just saywhat do u need/want since I moved into this neighborhood.
Upon calling they said notary services are available any day at any time. Unfortunately that is not true because their notary wasn’t available. Staff were not friendly during this encounter or the last time I was in the store.

I Spoke with the store manager this morning. I am having issues with a different store location and i call this store in hopes to have some simple questions answered. My guess was they were busy first thing this morning, yet the manager took the time to explain something to me that was supposed to have been explained before. As to say, she probably didnt feel too excited to clean up the mess and do the job of someone else from a different store. I will not be going back to the other store. Management here at the fountain store exhibited superb customer service.
The woman at the front today was super abrasive and just plain rude. I mail things from here all of the time and she was just unfriendly and unhelpful. I’ll drive out of my way from now on to go ANYWHERE else. Worst customer service.
My husband deploys every 2 to 3 years. When he is deployed, I send at lease 1 package every week( more like 2 to 3/wk though). My packages are not just for my husband, some are for his colleagues who for whatever reason are not able to receive any packages from their love ones. Please do not judge, everyone has their own reasons. I just fill in the gap if need be and I am able to do so. These people at mesa UPS store make everything easy for me. If I am short on time I can just drop my items off and they will pack them up for me. I am not saying you cant send stuff at the USPS, you can. I use UPS because I love the convenient, they know what I want and I am out of there in less than 5 minutes as oppose to 30 minutes.
I needed to have an amazon return done and ship my cousins birthday gift to Palo alto through UPS and I was pleasantly surprised by the service at this specific location. The staffs were incredibly warm and went above & beyond to help me with my needs. Needless to say, I’ll keep coming back to this store!
The Best UPS store I go out of my way to come here Excellent costumer service and they conpley with mask maindate so i know they have thier customers in mind of safety. I have gone to this store for the last 4 years differently the best 5 stars
Every time I call with a question the people who work here are so short. They never say Thank You and not even a youre welcome . Makes you never want to use their services because they are so rude. I would literally drive across town to another UPS store JUST for how polite the employees are over this store. A piece of advice if you want business just use your manners.
Rude for no reason at all horrible customer service i came here by mistake and they still charged me for envelopes i was going to return back to them since i didn’t need them

I have had good experiences with this store before as a drop off location.Not so much now. Dropped off 2 packages a month ago for returns (received tracking #s from the Store staff) and now both are missing but never received by UPS. UPS tells me to go back to the Store to resolve, the Store tells me to call UPS or the Recipient.Of course the Store blames everything on the CoVid. The good ol run around.
First time came in on Sat, June 27 2020. Great interactions, prompt and fast services to print something. Second time came in today, June 29 2020 to print something also, The Asian lady ( dont know if she a store manager or owner of the store ) was very unprofessional, she stated that the 5 papers to print was $1.60, first time i print on Saturday was that prices, got charged nothing else. Then today, she charged $2.60, i know its a $1 difference but she said with a bad attitude : Gotta charge the computer usage. It was the same lady that charge me on Saturday. I dont mind paying extra for just $1, but this ladys attitude..... gotta do better than that .. So disappointed

I have been coming to this store for a while now, and not only has the customer service improved the quality of the employees have improved incredibly. The staff there is amazing. Nicki is my go to girl. I have watched her deal with unhappy customers calmly and professionally. And I have watched her deal with others with greatness. She is a true asset! The other two girls are great as well always greets me and helps me in a timely manner. I think it’s safe for me to say as long as those girls are working there I will be a forever customer! Good job!
How, unfortunate, it is that the people who work in this UPS store, know nothing about UPS policies! It’s quite laughable. Do your self a favor and drive to the The UPS store off of Circle and Venetucci, where they know what they are doing!!
Very disinterested employee gave zero shipping options or information above sign that and use your card there. UNFRIENDLY and UNENGAGING.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They gave me very personal care. I felt as if they wanted me there and that my request was important to them.
Customer service is not something they believe in. We went in to get a paper notarized . We were told “you’ll have to wait for her” and he pointed to a blonde lady who was attempting to fix something that needed a battery. We waited at least 10 minutes then she says “it’s going to be a while”. This equipment was not something they were currently using. It was beeping and annoying them was all. It would have taken less than 5 minutes to notarize the paper. Customers do not come first here. She was very glad to hear us say we will go somewhere else. She obviously did not want to deal with customers.
