I think youre products are wonderful in your sales or even better, but your food court is just so sad now. It was always enjoyed to shop and then get food we like from the food court like a combination pizza churro and even on the hot dog it would have been nice to still have that spicy mustard. All its gone, hope it comes back soon

Do not, under any circumstances use this company! The owner, Steve, is beyond unprofessional and rude. I will be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau (they already have an F rating with them) and am looking into taking legal action.I found them on the TM Cobb website and gave them a call back in March of 2020 for a price on a wood front door. I spoke with Steve and told him exactly what I wanted as I already had the TM Cobb catalog. He took down the info and said he would call me back. I never heard from him. I called back a week later to check on the status of the price and he did not have any of the info! I gave it to him again and he said his now famous line... Let me give you a call back. Throughout the process of ordering a front door I probably heard that 100 times and he NEVER ONE TIME called me back. We ended up ordering the door on May 5th and we were told it would take 6-8 weeks. I called after 10 weeks of not hearing anything and Steve said it would be another 6-8 weeks!!! He blamed Covid delays but I honestly think he forgot to order it after knowing/seeing how unorganized his business was.We finally got the door in OCTOBER (5 MONTHS)! When we received it I saw several damaged spots. There are very noticable dents and chunks taken out of the wood, a large scratch across the front, glue all over the wood (very problematic for staining), and section of ovolo sticking that was not attached. I called Steve to let him know and guess what his response was..... what do you want me to do about it? lol I told him I wanted a new undamaged door or a partial refund since the door is damaged and he laughed at me. Then came his favorite line let me give you a call back. After waiting 2 weeks for him to call me I just spoke with him and he said there is nothing he could do about it. I asked so Im expected to pay $3,500 for a damaged door? and he said yes and hung up on me!Trust me, if you are reading this, do not use them. I saw some of the negative reviews before going with them and ignored them because their price was good. I usually dont take the time to write reviews but I feel an obligation to save others from dealing with this nightmare of a company.

Great customer support! We had a little issue with one of the Simonton windows that Pacific Shores installed for us 10 years ago and Steve sent out one his guysto fix it quickly and best of all no charge. Thanks much!

When we replaced all of our windows in 2007 I was extremely happy with the sales experience and the installation process.Now I would like to say how happy we are with the Customer Service!We had a minor leak, Pacific Shores was extremely pleasant to deal with and very prompt to respond.I highly recommend Pacific Shores Windows!

I think you need to put 1 star to write a review, or I would put 0 stars. We hired this company to install new windows, but they did a very bad job. They left silicone stuck on the insides of all the windows, some stuck on the outside, and some windows were scratched.I will put photos, but I cant.
