An ok place I guess. Dare to mention you have autism for the hiring process, they will instantly turn you down. I made the mistake to admit this, the manager got nervous, then turned around and said that ‘it wouldn’t lower my chances of being hired.’Because they want to play favorites with the people they hire over equality, Im not shopping their again.

Cashiers have no customer service it’s always awkward silence not even a hello. It’s the closest market to my house only reason I go here .I have to check the dates on all products as I have bought expired food before.

🌟 BETTER THAN MOST LOCAL GROCERY STORES IN MANY WAYS 🌟✔️ INSIDE - Clean & bright with adequate aisle space. Theres usually carts and baskets readily available. Shelves are stocked better then the local Walmart & there is better selection than Walmart, Sams Club & some other local grocery stores. The COLD sections are COLD which is great. I am vert tired of COOL products that should be COLD, theres a difference!!!✔️ PRICES - They are only a few cents more then Walmart, but the variety of product flavors & selection is better. For example, Walmart and the local Albertsons 12 flavors of Chunky soup, but this Smart & Final has about 24. The lack of selection at Walmart is a major reason I even started shopping at this Smart & Final.✔️ CHECKOUT - This is the only problem I can see with this store; however, it is actually not as bad as people make it out to be. I have had far worse experiences at Walmart, Sams Club & even Costco than here. They dont have EVERY register operating during PEAK times, but what store nowadays does have that? As for SELF CHECKOUT options, ALL stores that have self checkout STILL use an employee to monitor the machines. I would rather they just be ringing people up, because grocery has product weights, ID issues for alcohol & coupon problems. You cant expect SELF CHECKOUT at every location in the brick & mortar world...YET!✔️ OUTSIDE - Far less if any beggars, solicitors, smokers & bitter employees outside then their competitors. Parking lot is not there responsibility as far as trash goes, but the lot is clean with many places to park. The only down side to this lot is the BAR in the corner of the plaza that sometimes has drunks hanging outside or acting foolish in their vehicles (driving too fast, parking too close & loitering nearby.) This is mostly only an issue at night.:: OVERALL :: I am happy to shop here & I find that anytime after 7pm is a quick, easy experience. The store & staff are friendly and always working, I do not know about the fresh department as much, but it appears clean and well stocked. Give them a try if youre tired of big box stores and a lack of variety!

They are doing a great job following guidelines and keeping everyone safe! I was checking out and my cashier saw a man walk in without a mask. She said some code over the loud speaker, then I saw her manager grab a Brand New mask ( $1.99), walk over to the gentleman and asked him kindly if he can use the mask while he was shopping. They give free masks to anyone who is shopping and doesnt have one. They also have disinfecting stations for you to use for your cart. On top of that, all the workers are always polite and friendly. Yevon was my cashier and I enjoyed the little conversation we had while I was paying.

They have a really affective way to cash out makes the lines go by super fast.

The store opens early and they have a good selection of food products at good prices. Much more convenient than the big membership stores.

Yhe cashier asked me to pull my mask down when I was buying beer! in the last 6 months Ive never had that issue since the start of this pendemic. the worker had a lack of concern for my safety and the others around me. she should definetly be reprimanded. lane 1

Always fresh produce and excellent prices

Two of the employees wore mask with their nose exposed, one customer had his mask down with his nose and partial mouth exposed, and no one seem to care. A manager passed by he didn’t seem to care either.

Smart N Final is GREAT...I LOVE THAT STORE! And the Associates that work there are MOST ALWAYS cheerful and helpful. My only issue with all the stores is they dont open check stands fast enough at the busier times of the day, but theyre getting better.

One of the nicest smart and final store. Night and day ..my brother in westminster shops at this location. Their produce section well kept and displayed. Prices are cheaper in most things compared to other large chain supermarkets.

They arent doing the 6ft distancing at the registers. Calling the next people inline before current people are finished, we had people standing right next to us.

Shop here all the time! The meat in the vacuum packages are delicious and is a great value at the price. Much less expensive all the time than the meat that is on sale at other supermarkets. Their First Street brand name items are good quality, also, especially the shredded cheeses!

My favorite place. Good prices and fresh fruits and vegetables.

This is a well stocked smaller market. You can buy in bulk or the smaller sizes are available.Prices are very competitive for a grocery chain with a lot of competition. It is a clean store with ample parking and friendly staff. Very conveniently located.

Got some bad steak about a week ago. No big deal, returned it.Tonight I got Terrible-stinky rotten salmon.Asked for the manager, got Jorden.She says, yeah, happens to everyone! Nothing I can do about it. Said the meat company they use is so terrible that she doesnt shop there! She said the produce is even worse! She even said someone got sick not too long ago from eating a cooked chicken that was under done.Wow! Never in my life!Me and Smart and Final are done.

Its a clean store. I has everything that I need for daily meals. It accepts Google Pay. There are rarely long lines since the store is very quick in opening new check out registers if there are more than 3 people in a line.

Today I got bad experience in this store. I am a regular customer but never experienced anything like that. Associate Jordan was very rude. She came to help out and she choses a customer in the other line to help him and I told her I was in line before him she answered me in very rude way I will serve him first and then you in rude tone of talking. I felt offended by the way she responded. I am a regular customer I never experienced in this store something like that.

The EXTRA really seems to matter. The produce section is much better than other smart and finals in my experience. The selection is much better than ALDI across the street though ogten ALDI has vetter deals on what they do have stock.

You can find most of what you need here with reasonable price. Staffs are friendly

The store only has 4 registers. The store is doing so much business from 3-8 pm no register should be closed!!! THE LINES IN THIS STORE ARE HORRIBLE. IF YOUR IN A HURRY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT HAS MORE THEN 2 CASHIERS AND HEY SELF CHECK OUT. NOW THAT WOULD BE GREAT BUT KNOWING THE MORONS THAT RUN THE STORE HE WOULD ONLY PUT 1 SELF CHECK OUT IN.
