8.1.2021 - Always excellent and honest from Wade and Jeff.Wife caught a nail Saturday evening.. Luckily, they are open 7 days a week.. I was able to drop off 8am and picked up by 1pm.Every vehicle of mine, all have their Lifetime Alignment.. extends the life of tires.
I have been coming here for the last few years. Jocelyn, Jeff and Wade have been very informative regarding services for my vehicles. They only make recommendations and never try to up sell unnecessary services, they go the extra mile to breakdown the work they do and provide old parts with a clear understanding of the WHY. I live in HB and work in LA, I come here because of their honesty and experience. Highly Recommended!

My go to for any sort of tire or suspension work. Great for oil changes too. They are busy (because they are good) so make an appointment, but its worth the wait. Wade and Angelica are outstanding.

I called today (Sunday) to see if it was possible to get an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. Even though they were booked with appointments they told me to bring my car in and they’d work it in. Jocelyn called me and advised me my battery needs relaxing and checked the wiper blades!!!I live how nice and accommodating they always are and what a great job they do!!!

Very expensive repairs but what would you expect as a chain or franchise.My grandfather would go no where else for repairs on his Ford because the work was good and proper and stood by the repair.

Wow. Ive been to a couple other Firestones and this one is worth the extra distance. Thank you all for having my car done fast, granted it is Monday and I only needed a wheel alignment and tire rotation. Customer service is great too. I could feel a substantial improvement in the way my car drives.
I have utilized Firestone Auto Care, located at 17975 Magnolia Street, Fountain Valley, Ca., for approximately 20 years. Jeff, and Wade and the other employees have always been courteous and friendly. When other automotive companies told me I had to spend thousands of dollars to fix one of my automobiles when I am out of town, I always wait and get a second opinion at Firestone. I would say that 100% of the time I always chose Firestone in Fountain Valley, because I know that Jeff, Wade and the other staff will be honest with me and fair regarding what actually will resolve the immediate problem. I dont need to spend thousands of dollars to rebuild my cars, on a particular problem. As a Senior Citizen at 75 years old, I have to be very careful how I spend my money. Firestone has NEVER let me down through the years, I will use their service until I die. I recommend all of my friends and neighbors to go to Firestone in Fountain Valley, because they are the very BEST group of individuals. Many times I am told dont worry about this or that item, at this time, we will keep an eye on it. This crew at this location is absolutely amazing! They were able to fit my truck in last minute to fix a flat I had gotten on another job. My next job was in LA in a few hours from then. They patched me up and had me take a survey which, somehow gave me even more of a discount. I wish they accepted tips!

We got a flat tire at 5 pm on the day before Christmas Eve. It was also a Sunday, so most of the places in the area were already closed, didnt have the right tire, or couldnt put the new tire on until the next morning. We put the spare on and showed up at Firestone at 5:30 pm, and they miraculously got the job done by 6 pm when they closed. They also put air in all the other tires, including the spare. The total bill was $100. Jeff was very nice and helpful and saved us from a logistical nightmare on Christmas Eve. We would definitely go back here for future tire service!
Good service, always seems to be busy so ensure you have an appointment.Wade was awesome, I was late for my appointment and he managed to squeeze me in.The only reason it wasnt a 5 star rating was because of the wait. Other than that, it was great.
Always great service, store manager Wade & his staff take great care of you. They always have coupons on hand to help you out, they r detailed oriented and explain all the work they do. Theyve save me $$ over the years with their recommendations. They really go the extra mile. All of my familys cars go there and because they r good they r always very busy which is understandable but with reasonable requests they will make time for you.
Came in for my first alignment, was out fast and they have a unlimited alignment plan which is a great deal especially if the car is newer. My car is driving so much better, really great job. Recommend calling ahead and setting an appointment.
The lady that helped me was very nice and very knowledgeable about we need to be there needed to be done! I cannot remember her name but I was there February 20th around 3:30 p.m. on Magnolia and Talbert in the City of Fountain Valley
So I basically called different places to check prices. I decided to Firestone. When I tried applying the coupon there, they said it was already included in the price they initially gave me.Sure...I didnt get a good vibe from the employees. They didnt look very happy. I wouldnt trust them with my car again.

A good selection of tires. If you find some online (like the tire rack) they will usually match the price. They rotate the tires for free. I have them change the oil when they do. They are fast, friendly and open 7 days.

I had an appointment for 5pm which I made 3 days prior. I needed 4 tires and oil change.. Im 10mins early for my appointment and they tell me they only have 2 of 4 tires in stock... They called me earlier in the day, same day as my appointment, to asked what I needed and to conform my appointment. The lady said making aure i have the tires i do so were all set well see you at 5... Very annoyed with the service at this place.. Will be going elsewhere
Very friendly staff great phone etiquette... I have been to this place a couple of times to get tire pressure checked after a warning and in no time they would help me and wont even charge! Today I went in and was told that I needed flat repair just $20 waited in the waiting room offered coffee and free Wi-Fi... Awesome service you go guys!! 👍👍
I second that this place sucks too. Smooth talkers but they dont know much. Told me their smoke tester is awesome and is really great etc. He is just cocky. All I know is I got charged $600 bucks to fix check engine light codes and got it back in worse condition. No joke. Now they tell me I need to get the transmission checked. They claimed they fixed the codes and NEW ones appeared. I dont believe it.In summary:They dont do what you ask them to do.Told them to leave me with old parts, they didnt.Told me a part was broke and showed it to me. Looked like it was cleanly snapped in half because the whole piece was oily but the break was clean (must have been just broken).They do a good job of calling you back with updates.Change their mind, story.Act professional
Update: a year after the service the starter broke down. It was just after the service warranty expired so I had to re pay for the service to get my starter replaced again! Unfortunately I took it to a different shop first that replaced my battery because my starter had just been replaced. So I got an unnecessary battery replacement and then had to pay for my starter to be replaced again. Knocking off a star just because they can’t help it if the equipment was faulty. Just a bummer that the service wasn’t covered.Dealt with my emergency break down very quickly for a busy Sunday. If you know in advance, I suggest booking an appointment on the website first :) Polite service and honest pricing. Thanks guys!

Ive taken 3 of my cars here over the years and I always get them back with more problems or the problem was not fixed. Took my brand new Honda in for a blown tire recently and purchased a new set of better tires.got it back with a bad vibration and alignment problem. Now Im taking it somewhere else because Ive totally lost trust in them. They tried to fix the air conditioning in another car 3 times and $3k later, I took it somewhere else and they fixed it right away. If I could rate a 0, I would. DONT TAKE YOUR CARS HERE!
Im so thankful to Brian and Jeff. I needed two tires ASAP while in town from Arizona and these two guys went above and beyond to get my not so available tires ordered and into their shop so that I could get back on the road quickly. Awesome service!
