I wish I could give 0 stars. By far the worst experience with any professional company. Danielle was our notary/proctor for the final signatures for our refi. She showed up in workout clothes, did not introduce herself and as soon as I opened up the door she barged in. Once again, did not introduce herself to the rest of the signing party. She got irritated when I asked her basic questions about the forms that we were signing. I asked her if she was having a bad day and her response was no, Im just really busy. I dont care if I am your first client or your last, when you show up to someones HOME, there has to be some manners and respect. None of those were shown today. This company was recommend from our lender and they have been contacted as well. We almost cancelled our appointment 5 mins in due to her awful attitude. If we werent so far into the process and depended on this for funding, we would not have tolerated her behavior.

Worst experience ever!! If zero stars were possible I would have given that review. Do not use this company to buy or sell your home, very unprofessional and they do not follow up on their end. This company was recording the purchase of a property and completely dropped the ball by getting both parties to sign the escrow contract costing us the home we were buying. After signing escrow paperwork in purchasing a home they assured us both parties had signed and even took a deposit from us. A few weeks later we needed to show the bank our escrow paperwork, which uncovered that the seller had not yet signed. In those 2 weeks the seller decided to back out costing us the home. Oh by the way were selling our house at the same time and now we are forced into an apartment while we begin looking from square one since we were already in escrow. Submitted for a refund of our deposit a week ago and are still waiting....Thanks a lot escrow quick and Lorraine you truly screwed us.....

Im disappointed in this Escrow company I fax some paperwork to open an escrow account I didnt get any call back from Ariel I was trying to get hold of her but the phone just puts me on hold for long minutes NO FOLLOW UP CALLS IF THEY RECEIVED MY PAPERWORK OR NOT IM GLAD I DIDNT END UP WITH THIS ESCROW COMPANY
