Universal Office Systems, LLC is a great company! I bought a Kyocera printer/scanner/copier from the company. Their support service is amazing. Craig was very helpful in installing the device and showing me all the functions that the device offers. I highly recommend this company.

I recently inherited a 1918 Underwood No. 3 typewriter. It was a mess ! Craig was able to tear it down, clean it up, and get it working again like a charm. Hes one of the few who still knows how to work on these older machines. Hes responsive and his rates are very reasonable.

Craig Simonian came to the office and serviced two of our IBM Selectric IIs. These are very old typewriters and I appreciated that he had the extensive experience to do some clever work arounds to fix up the typewriters.
