I get so many compliments on my haircut, and its all because of my hair stylist, Michelle. She is the best hair stylist (and the nicest) Ive ever met. She is truly talented and my hair always looks fabulous.

They sabotaged my hair. I asked for one thing and they made it worse when I came back for a fix.

I have long hair. I walked in with it all pulled back. Asked for a 1 inch trim and to keep the layers. Somehow I ended up with 4 inches being removed from my bangs. I literally can not pull my hair back anymore. Its literally going to take months to fix this. I usually go to another Supercuts location. I will not be going back to this one again.

The store is nice and clean. The staffs are friendly and professional. I always request Sylvie Tran. She is super awesome and funny. I like the way she cut my hair. My friends always asks me about my hair after I have had a haircut. They like that style too.🤗🤗

I LOVE the hot towel treatment at the end of my haircut. I only wish they would leave the towel on my neck for much longer. It really takes away the days stress and I look forward to it at every haircut..I have been coming to this Supercuts for years. It seems as if they cant keep the same technicians employed there for very long. Seems as if the turn-over rate for employees is high.This location is usually very clean and smells nice. Ralphs grocery store is right next door so after your haircut, you can simply walk next door to get your grocery shopping done or get a quick bite to eat at the Deli counter. If you also have problems with your eyes or need to get your teeth worked on, there is an Optometrist next to Supercuts and also a Dentist office. Many restaurants in this area also. So get a hair cut and spend the rest of your day in this clean, safe and friendly strip mall.

Service may feel simple to come and get. But, the quality was a bit to awful that I had to get the barber to redo a few things here and there. I felt a bit nervous coming out in public with some peers. Decor looks alright though with simple designs. Vibe was too crazy to come for a haircut.

If you make and appt you expect to keep it. My time is precious and this has happened to me several times. Just don’t make appts that aren’t kept

Ive been going to Shannon since I moved out here, to California. She is the best, she always remembers exactly how you like your hair cut. I wouldnt go anywhere else

I would give one star. Today I received the worst costumer service ever! They have a stylist I dont know her name. The elder woman on the short gray hair. She has a terrible attitude and tone to talk to the costumers. I didnt wait to get the haircut. I left. Im never going back as long as she works there.

I happen to like this place, nice ppl and fast service. Im not sure whats going on there, I have been coming here since 2013, last two weeks there is only one person there and today I went in at 130pm and she told me maybe if I came back at 430pm she could see me.are you guys going out of business? I guess I have to find somewhere else, also I went to your site and it says wait time 20mins. that just really changed my mind about coming back.
