Well, after having several contractors bid on the installing my new tankless water heater and having deal with lots of missed appointments, no call backs, and people being late even when I was trying to give them money! I never knew it was so hard to get work done. I found the guys at Bradley Mechanical. They arrived on time and were very efficient in getting the work done. The installation required some creative designing with the existing drain and supply lines. The locations of those pipes were in a very precarious spot and several people told me they may have to tear out walls and ceilings in my finished basement to get it done.I called Bradley Mechanical and Brad Bradley came out and talked through an approach that made the most sense. The quote was even lower than most of the other bids, but the warranties on my tub and fixtures were only good if installed by licensed plumbers, which Bradley Mechanical is.I felt good about going with Bradley Mechanical, but was still holding my breath after being burned on a previous project that never ended, never completed, and the contractor left me to try and track down his workers to show up myself.Brad had the crew manager call me and tell me the installation would take 2 separate trips and would take 2 days. Their guys were early every day, completed everything on time and moved a 350lb tub in without so much as a scratch to a wall and even hauled off my own materials that I had.I cant tell you how happy I am with their service, timeliness, and their respect for leaving no trace.I would recommend them to anyone for any remodeling project!!!

Recently I had an issue with my furnace not blowing heat. It was not installed by BM. A good friend and home builder recommended Bradley Mechanical. It took a couple of times to diagnose the problem but all the replacement parts were covered under the warranty, They were very professional and friendly and clean and responsive. Their service charge was very fair and I would highly recommend them!

I know mike bradley to be a very good businessman as well as a good mechanic his work is very well priced and is in and complete in a timely manner
