Have had my taxes done Mirta Rodriquez going on 15 years now in the Fountain Hills H&R Block. Her knowledge of the tax code and her ethics is/are superior. She can handle any and every tax situation imaginable and has a way of putting the tax payer at ease. Cant say enough great things about her. This office has many tax preparers all of which are very talented.

Quick professional .

This year for filing our taxes for 2015, we decided to make it easier to file and get questions answered. My husband made the appointment and stated that the person doing our taxes had 10 years of experience. However, her last name was Spanish. It turned out to be the worse service we have ever had. Her language was absolutely horrible. I couldnt understand a word she said. I wanted to leave as soon as she spoke, but didnt want to insult her. We were charged $185 for a half hour of her broken English. Thats $370 an hour. This person wasnt even an Certified Public Accountant. Quite expensive, I thought, as it turned out we ended up doing a basic filing. It was a complete waste of our time. Also, she had us do an electronic signature to ad to our forms, but didnt show us the forms until the end. I was totally unhappy with this service. I WILL NEVER use H&R Block again. WHATS WRONG H&R Block hiring a person who CANT CLEARLY speak English. We were put in a very uncomfortable situation. Also, I felt the office was totally unprofessional looking. I wear better clothes to sit and watch TV. Although the person was a pleasant person, we shouldnt have to be put in a situation such as an English barrier. We did our taxes in an office in Fountain Hills, AZ. I gave one star, but I would have give 0 stars if available.

Mirta Rodriquez has been doing our taxes for many years. now that we have moved to Phoenix we still take that long ride to still have her do the taxes and it worth the ride..She is a great and a very special women that we call our friend. Cant Thank her enough.

We had a horrible experience at H&R Block. They made a huge error that my husband caught, which would have caused us to pay $5,000 in taxes that we didn’t owe. They then continued to file incorrectly which my husband caught again and had to walk them through an amendment to fix, because they were incompetent on how to code our simple accounts. We paid them $500 when my husband did all the work for them, and are unwilling to make things right for us. We will never return to H&R Block.

You guys charged too much for your fees and nothing was explained to me until after all the paperwork was done they should explain to people before you even start your session on if you dont file with them that they charge you but no they didnt explain any of that if I walked out and denied your services that I had to pay $100 they never told me that they just pointed to the wall and in small print it said I would have to pay $100 in a picture frame which I suggest that everything should be explained before the session startsso thats why I would never go back to you guys again are we for anybody because you guys do not explain that at all!!!!
