This has been a great experience for my husband and our family. The facilities are very well kept, and the attention to not just the patient, but the family members involved as well, really gave me a huge amount of appreciation. The program is very thorough. Strict, but not impossible. And the intake process with Sarah was amazing. She was available all hours of the day to answer my questions, and helped make the process so easy to get him started.I really think this organization has it together. At the end of the day, the assistance is what they need to move forward with their journey, and FHR definitely achieved that goal for us.

Luckily I was blessed with good people like Sandy, Cherise, and even the owner John and many more that helped me begin my journey into finding myself again and leading the healthy life I deserve. I went to Fountain Hills Recovery for mental health treatment. Although they specialize in addiction treatment I was still helped immensely by every staff member the quality of care was top notch. Why Fountain Hills? My daughter was transferred there from another facility because the other facility actually told me they would be a better fit for her. They were right!!At Fountain Hills, the facility and staff were wonderful!! They got my daughter to engage in group meetings and open up to her therapist. In our family visits, it was like she was a new person. She talked, we cried, we laughed, we touched on things we never had before and we worked through some unspoken family issues.At the other facility, my daughter kept threatening to walk out. At Fountain Hills, she asked to stay as a resident during her IOP therapy which made her stay there around 60 days. Though this was my first experience with recovery, I cannot believe you could find a better staff anywhere. They were completely concerned with my recovery as well as others in our group. They are professional, yet caring, and personable. This helped put me at ease and made opening up about my issues a non-factor.The facilities are very nice and well maintained. Though I was housed with 11-12 other residents at the time, the housing arrangements allowed me the space to be alone when needed and provided the company of others to discuss our situations in a supportive environment.I would definitely recommend Fountain Hills to others facing a time when a change is needed in their lives.As far as the admissions process goes, it was completely professional and hassle free. Most of the staff here really cares about you and your recovery. There were a lot of changes in the staff here during my 90 days but it seems that is better now. Management makes a lot of changes with little explanation as to why. Overall glad I went here.

Our loved one is currently in treatment at Fountain Hills Recovery. Im amazed at how much of a difference our loved one has improved while being in their care. Instead of being catered to like other facilities, you have to depend on yourself rather than others, ie; cooking for yourself, cleaning, laundry, etc. They also keep you busy through the day/week and have outings for the group. I had an amazing experience at Fountain hills! As a health care worker for thirty years, I found myself abusing alcohol during the 2020 fight against covid 19. My coping skills were lost in all the isolation that this pandemic caused and is still causing. I successfully completed a thirty day treatment plan. I attended Fountain Hills Recovery (FHR) after leaving a facility that was Definitely not in my best interest. After being home for 3 days I knew I still needed help. I call several places and from the first call to Sandy at FHR I knew I had found my place. She was so attentive to my needs and so caring. The day of check in she called several times to make sure I was okay and comfortable. And when I left she called to see if I was ready and gave me encouragement. Thank you sooo much Sandy, you really are the best!! When I arrived at the FHR house it was Saturday and I had time before Monday to get acquainted with the other clients and the house staff. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I want to thank them all for being so amazing while I was staying there!!!! On the Monday after I got there we went to “Clinicals” where we were able to see a Doctor, Therapists, and did amazing group sessions. A special shout out to Dr. Fetzer, for listening, caring and helping remove my pain with non-narcotic pain relief (I was on prescription pain meds which I started to hate!!). Dr. Fetzer did an wonderful job and she has my heart. The Entire staff at clinical were awesome from start to finish!! They not only gave me the tools to succeed but they gave me the skills to use them. I am now at home and I am doing amazing. I still read my binder with all the great papers to help me each day. I can’t thank you enough FHR and Everyone I met and Everyone who helped me. I would definitely recommend this place to my dearest friends and family if they ever needed help. These people are crooks. In no way, shape or form is this a rehab. This is for people that want it to look like they are going to rehab. They will take your money, no refunds, and then treat you like a jerk.

Fountain hills recovery center was an amazing experience for me. I learned so much about myself, I needed that. The staff and other clients felt like family to me. I felt safe,sound and content.That to me is very important in recovery.

We chose Fountain Hills recovery after much research for our son who had a meth addition. We have been more than pleased with every aspect of the experience.it is not an easy experience by any measure but the staff there has helped us throughout the process.....especially Sandy!!! We have really seen the worst that addiction does to your loved ones. My sister lost her battle July of 2019 and not a day goes by we don’t think of her. My son has been struggling for the past 5 years, and has completed multiple treatments with another facility. He has come close to death on a number of occasions and my husband and I have done all things parents should do to help save his life. We know he has to “want” the help and do the work. His journey isn’t over and he is still in treatment with Fountain Hills as we speak. My rating is based on my communication with staff and specifically Sandy! No ones wants to be a part of the “family members of addicts” group and her check ins and passion for the patients is reassuring. Thank you thus far and look forward to the journey ahead.

This treatment center was an important step in my recovery. Staying sober is really dependent on what you put into it, but they gave me all the tools and resources I need to be successful. Simply put they teach you how to live a better life. Im so grateful for the staff and program at Fountain Hills. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. If youre trying to get sober good luck to you, Fountain Hills Recovery would be a great start in your recovery. There is a lot of great things I could say about this place but the most important are the Therapists, they have a lot of knowledge, and they practice what they teach. I have so much respect for what they do and how they structure their program. Im 9 months sober and my life is better than I can ever remember.

My experience with Fountain Hills was extremely valuable. I came in with the anticipation of staying 30 days & ended up staying 90 days—the reason I opted to stay 60 extra days was the tremendous value I found in the program & the progress I was making. Group sessions are eye opening, informative & well lead by the counselor while also encouraging client interaction.Nate was my primary therapist—he was very insightful, gave honest feedback, pushed me out of my comfort zone to grow in areas lacking, and always made time to talk about anything going on in my recovery. He absolutely enhanced my personal growth & made my time at FHR of value. Juan & Amanda are the other two primary therapists, they are excellent at what they do as well & would recommend them to anyone.The balance of one on ones, group sessions, AA meetings, yoga, going to the gym, and outings (hiking, movies, top golf) was beneficial to the mental, physical & spiritual aspects of recovery.I would 10/10 recommend Fountain Hills Recovery to any of my loved ones or friends in need.

I loved this place. Therapists and other staff were took very good care of me as if I was their family. Therapists here took care of me and was willing to go any length to help me stay sober and taught me how to live life way exactly I needed to live and with happiness and free of anxiety and fear. No words can describe how they work the program at this place. It just works like magic. This place is a must stepping stone spot to restart your life and continue to live in peace and happiness. The way that this center will be personalized to your unique struggle. Come get you some real help. This place has nice facility and safe environment. This treatment center incorporates the 12 step program as long as you are willing to follow and surrender. I personally that 60-90 day stay is highly necessary to get the most out of the service they offer and there are so many sessions that might not be listed that will help you in the long run to keep you stay alive and sober.

Excellent experience going through the fountain hills recovery program. From the first phone call made until the day I left I felt a sense of compassion and care from the staff. The staff to client ratio is great and provides a great mix of individual and group therapy, while also showing that you can have fun and laugh in recovery. Fountain Hills Recovery is an amazing treatment center. They provide beautiful living accommodations at multi million dollar houses. They have groups 7 hours a day at a extremely comfortable clinic. The primary therapists are real. They do not coddle you. They use an aggressive form a therapy that forces you to look at yourself. Its not always fun but necessary for growth in recovery. Most of the therapists are alcoholics/addicts in recovery themselves, with years of experience so they know exactly how you feel coming into rehab and they know what is necessary for your recovery. They truly care about saving your life. All the other staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. I am recently out of inpatient treatment and I am so grateful Ive acquired the tools to navigate a sober life! Thank you FHR!

I have been fortunate enough not to need the services of Fountain Hills Recovery but nonetheless felt compelled to write a review based on my knowledge of this facility. I can speak of the dedication and commitment of the owners seeing this facility come to fruition from conception. The level of their awareness for the needs of the facility is nothing short of remarkable. Fountain Hills Recovery not only taught me how to get/stay sober and work a solid program but also how to live as a functioning adult. Fountain Hills Recovery is the treatment center that had the greatest impact on my life. From the age of 20 to 26 I have been in and out of treatment over 15 times. All the other treatment centers just wanted to talk about feelings and let me do what I wanted. The therapists here not only focused on the underlying issues but also made me look at my behaviors. I learned that we thought our way into bad acting so we have to act our way into right thinking. My addiction got to a point where I felt there was no point in living. Today I can honestly say life is a blessing and Im happy to be alive. Im so grateful for Fountain Hills and all the staff. Majority of the staff are all in recovery and can really understand where your at when you come in. They are able to relate to your struggles and give you the tools to get through. Best treatment center I have ever been to and I would recommend any loved ones there in a heart beat!

Not what they advertise...womens house in total disrepair, no phones, no visitors...broken hot tub, no weight room/no massage/unheated pool. My advise: tour the house before you check in!

When I first came into Fountain Hills Recovery I was completely broken down, miserable and didnt think being sober was something that I could accomplish. I had been in and out of treatment centers for the past 8 years and quite frankly didnt know how to live my life. The staff was able to guide me and show me things about myself that I was too selfish to realize. I cant count how many therapists that I have had in my life, but these were the first ones that have been able to get through to me. All the staff have bleeding hearts and I was able to see the hope of recovery through their actions. On top of all that, the facility is beautiful and they take you out to nature (such as: Sedona and Payson ect.) and other outings. I am so grateful for the opportunity to come here, because now I have my 1 year old son back in my life, can give my family peace of mind, and can actually lead a life that is worth something. They showed me that the 12 step program can work if you follow a few simple steps. I havent felt happiness since I was a child; it felt out of reach to me and I can honestly say that I am happy today.

Fountain Hills lied about everything they offered to me over the phone and they do not run their Facility Well, They have house managers handing out medicine which is highly illegal and also lie about how much therapy you receive, Don’t trust what they say
