This shop is fantastic! Everyone that works there is extremely helpful. I was able to get a custom piece done in time for Christmas and it came out absolutely stunning! The four peaks amethyst they have really is amazing. I also bought anthill garnet earring studs for my mother for her birthday and its her birthstone. I cant wait to give them as gifts. Recently bought a sterling silver turquoise necklace through their website. The necklace is gorgeous! Got it as a birthday present for a friend and she loved it! My wifes ring broke in 4 places and the the prongs holding the diamond was slso broken. Found Sami on line . We went and as soon as we walked through the door they made us feel welcomed. They looked at the ring. gave us a estimate which was reasonable gave us a tour of there shop. It was amazing.. 3 weeks later they called us that the ring was ready.. we went in and again made us feel welcomed.. the jeweler did a amazing job on the ring. I highly recommend Sami Fine Jewelry.

My fiancé bought me a beautiful engagement ring from Kat with Sami Fine Jewelry. We went back for a couple adjustments and Kat was so incredibly kind, knowledgable, and patient. We ended up with a different custom style that is truly the ring of my dreams. We got a message a couple weeks later that the ring was ready, but I was flying out the next morning to see my family. She heard that and decided that she would get the ring to me after store hours to make sure my family was able to see it! She has gone completely above and beyond. We cant thank her enough for the incredible experience and such a positive start to our engagement together. I brought in a thick gold chain for repair, as it had broken at the clasp. When it broke, the ring which attached the chain to the clasp had fallen off. Sami Jewelery simply pulled the SMALL end-piece of the actual chain through the clasp and welded it. It is so tight, the chain is nearly rigid against the clasp. Whats more, when I picked it up they asked if I wanted any of my jewelry cleaned, yet they did NOT clean the chain which I brought in for repair. Ill need to have the job re-done, but it will NOT be at Samis. Very disappointing.

I would advise anyone to not use this jewler for anything. I bought an engagement ring for my soon to be fiance and they totally took advantage of me. Paid a nice chunk of money and when I got a second and third opinion from other well respected jewelers they both said the same thing that it was not a high quality stone and evaluated the cost at much lower than what I paid. I regret to say Ive bought lots of jewelry from here in the past and I wish I had not.

I received the Arizona 4 Peaks Mine Tour offered by Sami Fine Jewelry as a Christmas present and the day finally came to take the tour and mine my own amethyst. What an amazing experience! Where do I even begin! Sami Fine Jewelry is AMAZING. I initially took my ring to another store to have it sized. They lost a diamond and replaced it with a smaller, dark diamond. I heard about Sami Fine Jewelry from a co-worker and I decided to have my ring inspected and repaired there. The staff is wonderful! They are all very helpful. The store is very well taken care of and the puppies running around are adorable!! They tested my diamonds in front of me when I left and when I picked it up. Most jewelers dont even do that, so you never know if they replaced them with fake ones. I got my ring back sooner than expected and it looks brand new! It is stunning. The price to have it repaired was much less than I expected. They earned a customer for life. THANK YOU :)

I highly recommend this jeweler. They have always been friendly, helpful and professional. I can always trust them with my jewelry. I had a pair of earrings that I purchased from Samis that kept losing the stones but they let me pick a new set of the same earrings for free. Years later when the earrings had another issue, they fixed them right away even though they no longer carried that brand. It was an unfortunate set of earrings that seemed to give me issues but that was not their fault. In fact, I believe they stopped carrying that line of jewelry because of the issues with the stones. So they are always looking out for their customers and making sure they remain satisfied. Thank you, Samis, for setting a standard above the rest!
