Ive been using TidyGuys for awhile now, and each and every time they have been punctual. On some occasions, they are running early, and they always make it a point to reach out to me to see if it is okay to arrive early. My response has always been of course. Their team does a fantastic job of cleaning my home. Ive never had a complaint on their service. They use an app called HouseCall which helps to keep track of scheduled appointments and to make payments with a click of a button through the app. Great job TidyGuys!

This is THE place to get your car detailed!!I just brought my dads 2011 GMC 2500HD SLT and it hasn’t been cleaned in 2011 since my dad bought it 😂 and I walked up and I was so confused that this was the truck, prices are SUPER reasonable cheaper than the dealership and so much better!!!Awesome job, MOST DEFINITELY coming back and I’m REFERRING you guys for sure to everyone that I know that’s looking for a detail!

From the moment they showed up the level of professionalism and experience was top notch. My car was filthy and they made it look better than brand new and I am almost scared to drive it as I dont want to dirty it at all!If I could give 6 stars I would and I cant wait to have them back out!

Wow, I had really been wanting to try these guys for a while. I had them come out to give an estimate, and a day was set. I signed up for a once a week service. About 1.5 weeks ago, I got a call wanting to make sure that I wanted the time selected, and I confirmed that I did. Today I opened email, that they had been trying to reach me, to change times, in which none of them worked. I stated that I might need to another service, and Ross said, it might be a good idea. I couldnt believe it. He replies it sounds like there might be have been some confusion, no not on my side. They had called and confirmed it. At this point, he hung up on me. I had set this appointment in the third week of April...wow. Tidy Guys must think that they have gotten too good for Fountain Hills, and could careless about customer service.

I have to give a HUGE shoutout to TidyGuys in Fountain Hills. They went above and beyond what they even needed to in my home today. It’s been so hard for us to keep up with everything lately and walking into a spotless house today felt like a weight off of my shoulders. I surprised my husband and son. My son was so excited when he walked in his room to it being completely spotless with his bed made with his “king crown” at the bottom of it! (Too cute.) I really am extremely grateful and to all the moms, or anyone that has a lot going on and can’t keep up with the house as much as they would like, you need to contact them! It’s worth every penny! The professionalism and thoughtfulness will keep me a customer for life!!!!! We LOVE TIDYGUYS!!!!!

I cant say enough good things about TidyGuys! I have been a client for exactly a year and they are getting better and better. They work as a team and are super efficient. They are in and out of my home within an hour and a half. They are also very personable and friendly and I feel comfortable with them in my home. They dont seem to mind my two very furry cats and the fluffy tumbleweeds they leave behind! The cleaning products they use are mildly scented and not overpowering and they reach all the nooks and crannies that I never cleaned myself. I LOVE the way my house looks and smells after they leave! My only disappointment is that I cant afford to have them come more often!

Tidy Guys are great! They provide their own equipment and supplies (a big plus with me.) Super polite, super professional. And not afraid of a little pet hair - lol. Ive been a client for several months now and am very pleased with the work theyve done for me. They always show up and at the pre-arranged time, do a very good job and are always so cordial.
