Jonathon, Bryce and Tom were warriors when it came to fighting the insurance company to obtain a complete new roof. The installers were professional and did an excellent job.I tell every home owner I know, if they need a new roof, Regency is the only way to go.

They were very professional. Helped us work with our insurance to replace our roof. Once the insurance approved everything, they replaced our roof in a week. Great experience!

Working with Jonathan and his crew was a really great experience. He was very active in communicating with me and my family and letting us know what needed to be fixed and why and showing us rather than doing a take my word on it approach. Very professional and friendly, i felt like i could really ask questions about the process and trust the answers because it wasnt shady or lacking detail. He was also very helpful in coordinating with my insurance and because I knew what was happening in the process I was able to get my insurance help covering the replacement cost. Then when it came time to replace everything the team was in and out super quick, i did not think a roof could be fixed that fast. Honestly wonderful experience and Im keeping his number incase i need any future contract work done.

This company spent four months arguing with my insurance company leaving me hanging on a roof repair because they wanted more money. When they decided to accept the amount from the insurance company they threatened me if I didn’t let them start on my roof. Very unprofessional and pushy. When I decided not to use them they sent me a bill for $3100 for there time arguing. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are just out for the money and do not care about the home owner at all. After they threatened me I got another contractor and my roof was done within a week.

Regency Restorations is incredible! My husband and I had no idea that the minor wind damage to our 15+yr old roof qualified us for a full roof replacement and upgrade completely paid for by our homeowners insurance! Bryce Cox worked professionally and efficiently to get my home a new roof. The roofers completed the job in two days even during a severe heat warning. The job is well done. Jonathan Starr and Tom Geno Regency Restoration recently completed an awesome job on my roof. Other companies contacted me about repairing or replacing my roof however when I ask them questions on the procedure they were never really clear about what was going to be done. Jonathan and Tom were great because they told me they would be working with the insurance companies and the solar company because I have solar panels on my roof. I thought it was going to be a nightmare but I needed a new roof. When we decided to go ahead and start this process however it wasn’t A nightmare. Jonathan Starr and Tom Geno both dealt with the insurance company and also with the solar company. They sat on the phone on hold whenever they couldn’t get through and then they would bring me on the line to talk with the companies but they always have the answers to every question the companies had for me. I probably wouldn’t know all the answers so it was great to have them always helping me. When the solar panels were finally taken off by my solar company Regency Restorations came in and had the old drove off in a matter of hours. The materials were delivered on a Monday I thought it was going to take another 3 to 4 days to have my roof completed however they were finished on Tuesday afternoon it was absolutely incredible. They even replace the TV dish so I would not be charged to have it re-installed by Direct Tv to save me a lot of money.We contacted the solar company to replace the solar panels they gave me a a day in January which was ridiculous. 3 months without solar was totally unacceptable. Again Jonathan got on the phone and now my solar panels will be put back on next week.Jonethan and Tom both have followed through with everything they said they would do and even more.For those of you who have solar panels on your roof and you hesitate to have your Roof replaced because of the cost of removing and replacing hem, your worries are over. The only cost to me was my insurance deductible.Thank you again Jonathan and Tom for all your hard work.

Jonathon and Brice did a great job on my new roof. They were able to get my insurance to pay most of it. I highly recommend both.

My husband and I worked with Regancy Restorations to have our roof redone they did an amazing job we love the way it turned out Johnathan and Tom were so easy to work with it they handled everything with the insurance company and once they started our roof it was done in 2 days they were super friendly and always answered the phone when we called we would highly recommend them for any roofing needs!
