Jeff was referred to us by a family member that has used Jeff for multiple projects. We had rock speakers installed outside near our patio and pool which is fantastic. We have surround sound system in family room. We are impressed with how easy and clean the installation was. First contacted Jeff at Integrated Automation in 2018 to upgrade my subwoofers. At that time I asked for his advice on upgrading my entire entertainment center and he said if you are happy with it no need to change it now. It was refreshing to hear candid and honest feedback from someone who had my best interest in mind. Fast forward to 2020 as Jeff and his team just completed an audio and video upgrade to take advantage of the latest technology improvements in streaming. In addition Jeff improved the sound quality of my existing outdoor speakers with his recommendations. We bought a new home that came with a tower of audio video equipment that wasn’t connected nor did we know how to use it. There were ceiling speakers in multiple rooms but we had no way to connect to them. We had contacted several different companies with no success due to the type of equipment we had which was higher end. Once we contacted Integrated Automation we knew our problem was finally going to be solved. From our first phone conversation, Jeff said he could get the job done and came out to evaluate the system a couple days later. Five days later he came back and in his no nonsense way got to work immediately. Just a few hours later our system was working and we had music in all our rooms, TV’s were working and all the components. He was patient with us and taught us how to use the remote as well as the apps on our phones. Can’t say enough how much we appreciate him and his company for their professionalism, integrity, and knowledge. We’re customers for life.

Looks beautiful and sounds great. Jeff went out of his way to fine tune the soundboard to our personal expectations. His follow-up on earlier projects has always been stellar. Integrated Automation just installed two TVs in my home. We moved one to above our fireplace, in which there was no electricity or cable. They did a great job with the installation.
