I have had an incredible experience as of late with staff and attention to our needs in the apartment. Communication via emails updates are timely and keeps us current. The grounds are attended to fairly often; thus, providing a clean environment. The property is located close to town, library and the lake with fountain that makes it convenient to shopping, eateries, and walking.

I have been so impressed with the leasing office before and during my move in; Alan and Michael are wonderful! The apartment (remodeled) is exactly what I wanted and I am very impressed with their amenities. If their was one thing I would change is the placement of the refrigerator doors. The refrigerator is next to the wall and the doors open towards the wall; not away from it. Beautiful and tranquil place; dog owners will love it!

Our experience was excellent! They got us in promptly, the apartment had recently been renovated, clean and very comfortable floor plan. We enjoyed working with Jessina, she is very informative about our questions. She also prompt in taking any actions needed for our move in date.

I just want to commend Shaun, one of the maintenance staff. He changed my dishwasher all by himself in no time.He even went above and beyond. He noticed that my main door has a gap that could affect the temperature of my unit and without hesitation recommended to fix it. He even explained everything to me. Shaun has a very friendly character, respectful and very knowledgeable on what he is doing. Thanks much!

I have lived in Arrive Fountain Hills since January 2021 and really enjoy being here. The neighborhood is very friendly and peaceful and we love the amenities that are offered and available. Jasmined, the manager, is very understanding and easy to communicate with; she has been a great resource and helped us in a lot of situations. I needed a short term rental and Arrive Fountain Hills had been recommended to me. So glad that I had followed up on that recommendation. Jasmined was my main contact from beginning to end and was always welcoming, courteous and professional. The property was quiet, clean and in a good location that met my needs.

For two years we had the best management and loved this place. Now there is a new management that doesn’t have any concern for your pocketbook and they will hold you to the finest details on your paperwork so beware.

I recently moved from Oklahoma to amazing Arrive Fountain Hills. It was a painless over the phone move in which was a huge relief after my 18 hour drive I was able to just walk into my apartment. Were in-between houses right now and signed a short term at Arrive. Theyve been incredibly easy to work with and accomodating, as our dates and needs have changed a few times since discussions began. Germaine was great while showing us around the property, and Jasmined made sure that the lease experience was stress free. We love Fountain Hills and are happy to stay here while we find our next home.

My fiancé and I are completely new to arrive apartments but the place is beautiful and it has so many amenities. Jasmined has been very kind to us and very helpful especially with the parking situation and is doing her absolute best and it is very appreciated by my fiancé and I.

Valentines was amazing this year! Arrive Fountain Hills provided dinner and drinks with a #paintnight #arrive #cruisinwithcanvasTravis and Allison are excellent property managers and care about our lifestyle and well being. Shawn and Tony have diligently been working on upgrading our property including new shower heads, smart doors and facets, beautiful new lighting and more. The pool is a luxurious hangout spot where you can BBQ and relax with friends and family. Its no wonder this is a place you cannot wait to #arrive, theres no place like home!

New management has been on point! We had an issue with a major appliance (dryer) needing to be replaced and it was done very timely. Even in the time waiting we where updated nearly daily. Ended up with a brand new dryer! Rob and the maitnece team handled this very well.

I stopped in to schedule a tour and I was highly impressed. Not only was the property beautiful but inside of the rental office was immaculate and felt safe to be in with Covid still amongst us. I was greeted by the manager. She was very helpful and had thorough detailed answers for all of my questions. I look forward to renting from them and thanks again Jasmine for all of your help.

I love it here it’s so peaceful and the staff is great if anything is wrong they are always very quick to fix whatever it is. Other residents are all very nice as well.

So far our time at Arrive Fountain Hills has been excellent. There were issues with appliances when we moved in, but Rob and Jasmined were very responsive in getting us fixed up so we could settle to our new home. I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Jasmined was particularly helpful with us having to view the apartment via video from Oklahoma and do all the paperwork online and emails. Rob also has been excellent with helping us out with the appliances as well as smaller issues. The gym is first class with just about everything one needs for a great workout! We are very excited to be here and look forward to the future.

I love this place. Coming from California and being displaced by the fires it is so heartwarming to be welcomed to a community with open arms by the professional staff Jasmined and Matt. I am very impressed with the location as well as the cleanliness of the whole property. The neighbors were friendly and spoke . These are unprecedented times we are living in and its just nice to know that there are still very kind and professional. I will be submitting my application for a move-in ASAP.

I went in with a friend that was looking at an apartment and the gentleman that helped us Matt was extremely professional, knowledgeable and was a great help. If I may I believe he deserves a raise he goes above and beyond. I’ve never felt I was in better hands ever.

We have been residents for about 9 months. The location is amazing, the property is well maintained and landscaped, the office/pool/gym area is beautiful and the staff is top notch. If there are any minor issues, all office/maintenance staff address it promptly. No complaints..

He and Allison answered all of our questions, helped us fill out the application, and were able to secure us an apartment in less than 24 hours. The new manager has been horrible to the residents here. She tells residents she is gonna do a walk through in everyone’s place and evict whoever she needs to. Other residents have tried to renew their lease but she won’t allow it even though she has just started here. People really enjoyed living here before she got here. I looked at this place as somewhere I would feel comfortable to live at for years to come but she makes everyone uncomfortable and pretty much scared that they could lose their place at any given time. I am outraged and would not recommend this to anyone because to put in so much money to have a nice place and be harassed and be scared to lose your place for no reason isn’t worth it. Jasmined has made this living situation difficult and I would have recommended this place to so many people before all of this happened but now knowing so many people in town I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I hope corporate or some management can take care of this before all residents decide to pick up and leave.

This has been the easiest community to live in. Everything I need is within walking distance, there’s a beautiful fountain, lovely walking trails, and the view of the stars at night is just breathtaking. Along with all of these perks, the front office staff far exceeds anyone’s expectations. Allison and Travis are the absolute best. Simply amazing.

The property management team is amazing. The property is beautiful. Allison and Travis are so amazing. One of the few teams that genuinely cares about their residents. I walked in and they knew everyone by name, I am amazing at their care and attention to detail. Shawn the service manager has amazing attention to detail. I visited as a vender and was stunned just at how well this team functions. Wonderful group of people, worth a discussion if you are even considering moving to the area.

Arrive Fountain Hills is one of the most beautiful properties in America. Allison May and Travis Robinson are so sweet, professional, patient and handle any situation like a diplomat. The view from my apartment is breath taking, the trees and flowers are so pretty, easy access to my car and the pool is stunning. The work orders are handled immediately and being a senior citizen I know the staff will help me with anything. After living in Scottsdale, AZ for forty years, this property is by far the best.

Allison and Travis are, unequivocally, the most professional, knowledgeable, polite and helpful property manager and leasing consultant that I have ever dealt with. I have lived in Manhattan and Los Angeles and feel that these two would represent any property with dignity and grace. The property itself is spectacular. The grounds are exquisite, the pool as beautiful as any five star resort in America and the view feels like one is in the Himalayas. Everything is well maintained and the maintenance crew is punctual, helpful and efficient.

I have to say that Shawn, the maintenance supervisor is GREAT!He is always friendly and very helpful. Whether the job is big or small hes always very prompt and willing to get it done in a timely manner.

We moved in while it was still Ridgeveiw. Pervious owner skimped and cut corners. Staff lied about condition of property and upgrades ( there was none) The new owners and and staff have made much needed improvements. Super friendly staff. Any maintenance request done in a timely manner and right the first time. Love the staff. Can’t beat the view .

Shawn Bergert is one of our maintenance staff and he does above and beyond the job hes been hired to do. Example, we had a leak on our kitchen sink and we put in a maintenance request and within 24 hours he was there to fix it. He noticed that tightening the water valve under the sink stopped the leak. But he said that instead of just tightening, he would replace the valve with a brand new one because once those valves leak they will leak again in the future. So he fixed it RIGHT the first time. We appreciate that attention to detail and Shawn thinks on his feet ... he very intelligent and knows what he is doing.

It was a nightmare moving out. Was way overcharged. I was stolen from and all I got from jasminde, was thats too bad. With the amount that it costs to live there, its not that nice. Theyre no security cameras by the way.

Great place to call home! Will be happy once the upgrades are done. I do a large amount of online shopping and the package lockers will help immensely. Will update my review once promised upgrades are done.

This is the perfect location in Fountain Hills! Youre in the center of town and close to everything. The views of Four Peaks and the surrounding mountains (and the Fountain!) are stunning. Travis and Allison in the front office are so great to work with... theyre very friendly and always willing to help and answer whatever questions any of the residents have! Any maintenance request Ive ever submitted has been fixed that same day. If youre looking to rent in Fountain Hills, this is truly the nicest option available.

My parents been living here for a few months now. Allison and travis in the office was extremely helpful and answered all their questions. When ever they need help and I cant make it.. they are always in the office willing to help.

It was a nice place to live. I missed Tiffany and Ann Marie when they left. They were really good to me. Never had a problem getting anything fixed or replaced in a timely manner. I left because the new management raised the rent and from what I hear raised it pretty high and people left when their lease was up. Guess they expected to get Scottsdale prices in Fountain Hills. Doesn’t always work that way. Wouldn’t mind moving back but not at their prices. Not worth the price and I have lived in very nice places and safe neighborhoods in Scottsdale.

I have had such an amazing experience so far with Allison and Travis from Arrive, and I just wanted to share for any potential renters that may be skeptical.My boyfriend and I came in after 5pm on a Monday night just to take a short tour and see a few of the units we were interested in. Allison greeted us, and showed us 3 different units, with 2 different layouts to see which we would be more interested in.We let her know all of our concerns/wants/needs from the start and she was very helpful in addressing them all as well as answering any questions we had.We never initially intended on submitting an application that day, we were simply interested in obtaining more information and confirming a few things I had read online about starting a new lease, deposit amounts, etc. But we ended up applying the same night because we really felt it would be a great move for us, we got approved the same night, and started the process!So far everything has gone incredibly smooth. We have signed our new lease, due to start on August 31st, and are patiently awaiting our move in date.Wish we could have made it to Casino night this past Friday, Aug 23rd, (which we were still invited to, even though we arent officially moved in yet!) but we are definitely looking forward to the next community event!Finding a new place is always a headache and a half and I am very grateful to Allison and Travis for making this such a great experience so far! We are very much looking forward to moving in this weekend!! :)

LOVE this place! I lived here for three years and was very happy. After moving out of state for four years, I’ve returned to AZ, and couldn’t think of a better place to return to and call home. The grounds are always maintained beautifully, the apartments have excellent storage and are very nice quality, and the office mgr & asst mgr, Judy & Penny, respectively, are fabulous!! They are professional, efficient, friendly, and go out of their way to help. I’m thrilled to be back home at Ridge View, and highly recommend them.

The stars don’t matter. I just wantTo complain about the management closing the pool at a great, great amazing time of year. So lame and I know it all comes from them wanting to put more money in their pocket. Terrible. Then to tack a notice stating the pool would NOT be closed anytime before Oct. 3rd. Only to find the pool drained on Oct. 1st. Great Job!

You know you would think during a time like this big companys like Ridgeview/ Arrive would be understanding to what the community is going thru. But no all they care about is theyre money. Which is understandable but to have the nerve to send an email to their tenants, stating do u need help hurry and apply for unemployment, o and heres the numbers to how much the government will be sending you. Shows exactly they dont care about there community. How sad

HORRIBLE. 0/10. Lived here for years, the first year or so was great! After that it’s gone to hell. The police are here once a week for something or other. The pool is always freezing. The hot tub is broken and does not and has not worked for about 3 months. There are 6 or 7 belligerent drinks that sit at the pool every day and night. The office staff over charges, under charges and messes up rent every month. Apartments leak whenever it rains. No parking if you get home past 2 o’clock. There is also a serious problem with fire ants and lizards on the grounds. I would not recommend these buildings to anyone who may be looking.

I wanted to just say a few quick wonderful things about my experience here at Ridge View. I moved in about a year ago and this is by far the best apartment community I have ever lived in. All of my neighbors that I have met over the past year are very nice. Its a very small community and has more of a family feel which is great for me as I moved away from my family over a year ago. All the staff are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Every time I call the office with any questions or concerns, they address it immediately. The community is always kept clean and the views are amazing. I dont plan on moving any time soon!

After reading the previous reviews I am shocked to see this! I have lived at Ridge View coming up on 5 years now and could not be happier. I know quite a few of my neighbors since I have lived here a long time now and everyone that I have spoken to is also very happy here. Everyone in the office is always so pleasant and willing to help. The maintenance staff are wonderful and always come right away to fix anything that goes wrong although not many things have gone wrong. The grounds are always kept clean so I am very proud to call this my home. I read the one review about children not being able to play outside, I can say that there really a lot of places for them to play as it is too dangerous in the parking lot and no one is permitted to go in the desert preserve area. My grandkids come over to play sometimes and I am always outside with them, watching carefully in case any cars come around the corner but they always move out of the way if a car comes. We do live in the desert and do often get some visitors from the wild but you just have to leave them alone and they will leave you alone. I love it here and I know all the people that I have spoken to also love it here as well. I would definitely recommend Ridge View to anyone that is looking for an apartment.

This place has gone done the tubes since Arrive has arrived, if you are looking for the peace and quiet of Fountain Hills go elsewhere. They are making all these so called improvement the place is always bustling with blowers chainsaws, and the improvements are not even needed. This is just a reason for them to jack up the rent which they are doing. Forget about getting a hold of the office staff you will always get an answering service and a call returned in maybe 3 to 4 days if your lucky. I am so fed up with this company already, and will not be renewing my lease, I have been here 3 years and would have like to have stayed, but I do not like how they do business with there nickel and dime tactics. On a positive note the maintenance guys are great. Oh and thanks for installing the spotlight LEDs now I can barely see the stars because of the brightness they are putting off. Ugh.

Anna Marie is a b*tch. She makes it uncomfortable to even call or stop by the office. They try to stress the whole if youre late paying your rent you will be charged late fees yet they dont post your rent until days later online. Not everyone has time to stop by the office and drop off a check or money order (because they dont accept cards in the office). Thats the whole convenience of having the ability to pay online!!! You cant charge late fees if youre the ones posting rent late...WTF?!As far as the apartments themselves, theyre okay. Not anything special. The appliances are outdated, the counters and cabinets are cheap looking. The only real complaint is the rude staff.

Was great place to live, but was promised an upgraded unit and paid for it. But did not get all I was promised. This appears to be a ongoing problem, so make sure you walk your apartment prior to signing the lease.

Air conditioning is poor, not well insulated, and high electricty costs. The new mgmt charged me for rent two months after I moved out and after my lease. Dishonorable and not a team Id shake hands with in a business deal.

I have lived here for a year and a half. The office and maintenance guys are awesome. It is quiet and safe. There have been only two issues. There was a water leak above us and they fixed it and repaired the damage in a day. Our washer malfunctioned and it was replaced with an hour. They are always on top of any issue here.

If I could post negative reviews I would. New leasing agent as of a little over a month ago was very rude since the beginning and wouldnt work with us at all. Just all around bad experience since she has taken over.

I lived at this community for a total of 3 years, in two different apartment homes. My experience at Ridgeview was nothing but positive. The office staff always treated me with the utmost respect, and made me feel like I was part of the community. My maintenance requests were few and far between; when I did have an issue, it was handled quickly and accurately. My 2nd apartment had the most spectacular view - best in FH - I truly miss living in that apartment. Good times. Would recommend Ridgeview to anyone looking for an amazing apartment home in FH.

Whole experience with these people started with the typical pretentious, sleazy, high-pressure sale you usually get while looking for an apartment.Definitely steer clear of this place, especially if you have kids. I was suspect of the reason we were denied and told we could never apply again, that it had to do with our two little kids and now Im certain after reading what I have here and hearing what I have heard from other professionals in the rental business about this place. We were accepted and then shortly after that our rent quote was increased substantially, then when that didnt sway from renting and have us going away they made our deposit twice as much and still we agreed because we wanted to live there. The day before signing they came came up with some BS about us being rejected and never allowed to apply again because we allegedly gave false information on our application, which was total BS. Ended up costing us a lot of money now that we have to make other last minute arrangements after telling current place we are leaving at end of the month.Someone needs to tell these people that it IS ILLEGAL to deny people if they can prove that they have no evictions, judgements, and they do not owe rent money to anyone. Making up your own rules as you go along will only get you so far.Dont waste your time visiting this place. The other apartments across the street are full and this one isnt, and its for a reason!

Terrible office staff, always losing or misplacing packages. Never fixed anything timely and apartment wasnt ready on move in. Dont live here if you get a lot of packages or plan to move elsewhere. They will withhold mail that still gets sent to them. Dont move here!
