Been using Cummings for over 20 years. Great people and great customer response. If an issue comes up - they are there to correct it.Moved homes about 6 months ago but didnt and wouldnt change my pet control service. They really are the best.

Josh and his crew did an amazing job, everyone including the girls in the office are super easy to deal with. Very knowledgeable about the service and product they are providing. I got my inspection done, every room was checked and when the team arrived (early since they were ahead of schedule AND called to make sure earlier was good) I showed them the main area that I have seen activity at, and then efficiently treated the entire outside of the home, treated inside my garage and then spot treated the areas inside my home that had been affected. 10/10 would recommend and defiantly going to use this FAMILY business again.

This is by far the best exterminating company Ive ever experienced. Nate, the owner, advised me on an infestation and Jeff, the technician, took care of it. Since then my maintenance service has been nothing short of exceptional, with Jeff getting my home mostly free of insects (if I do see any theyre dead, or close to dead), which Ive never experienced, especially in the middle of Summer.

Long story short, they came quickly and saved the day. Courteous people.We were starting a bathroom remodel and as soon as workers opened the wall they found termites. I’m in Chicago while my wife is in Scottsdale for the project and was totally panicked. I knew our Condo Association used Cummings, so I called them at about 7:30am forgetting the time zone difference. The very friendly attendant said the manager just happened to be nearby to our location and he came over about two hours later. He inspected the area plus found another infested area behind a large wall mirror on a different wall that we never noticed. Happily, they were able to come treat our condo that morning and the project was not delayed.I’m not going to suggest that everyone could have such fortunate luck by having technicians in area with time to do the job, but I’m sure happy with them. Everyone involved was very courteous. I should add that four years ago carpet installers found termites under the carpet they just removed and ANOTHER company took two weeks to come and treat.

Used them once to eliminate a termite problem. Afterwards theres a $150 warranty to pay each year, and with it you get a free inspection where theyll treat, and will also come out to treat if any termites show up in the year.Even though theyre listed as Monday through Friday, apparently Fridays dont actually work.First week I scheduled it I got a call the morning before saying the technician canceled.Second week I didnt get a call but the technician just didnt show up, so I called and they had to reschedule.Third time they call an hour before the scheduled appointment saying the technician is sick and well have to reschedule again.I think the technician doesnt like working Fridays.Once this years warranty is up Ill be using a different company.
