White Carpet was a disaster Noe took lots of time to get the job done well. Really cared about details and did an excellent job. Noe was so careful not to damage wood floors. White carpet looks like new. Best part used industrial fans to speed up drying time!!

Weve used Sunshine Cleaning and Restoration several times and find their services outstanding. Not only are they wizards at removing tough stains from carpets and tiles, the customer service is superior. When we moved out of our house, prior to listing it, they helped with calls to have a neighbor let them in and have the check waiting for them. The movers dripped food stains from a defrosting freezer across carpeting and the Sunshine staff were able to make the stains disappear. They did the same where the freezer had rested on tile for 15 years. I recommend the companies services very highly; and find the pricing very reasonable too.

BOY DID I LUCK OUR WHEN CALLING SUNSHINE RESTORATION & RECONSTRUCTION. It was 10:30 on a Sunday night when my ejector pump had failed and flooded a portion of my lower level. I live in Fountain Hills AZ so I wanted someone close, which is not always easy to find in our small town. I found Sunshine on the web and they stated Open 24hours, so I thought let me give them a try. TO MY DELIGHT, they answered! After accessing my issue on the phone, instead of price gouging me, which they easily could at 10:30 at night, they said we can come right out, but also offered me some short term fixes to save on the night time call fee and said they could be out at 8:00am. My choice. As I had already done some of the fixes, I choose to have them come out in the morning. As many of us have experienced, your leery of will they show up? Glenn was there at 8am SHARP. And our journey together began. First, Glenn is an extremely nice, honest, thorough and experienced gentleman that I felt fortunate to be working with. Throughout the week he was there everyday, sometimes twice a day or all day when he was doing the reconstruction. With every part of the process he would explain to me what needed to be done, how he would do it and the time it would take. He always called or texted before he needed to come in to plan for a convenient time and always updated me on how the process was going. He would always be sure any replacement materials matched exactly. Each day any work that was done once reconstruction began everything was cleaned up. The first day he was there he also began direct communication with my insurance company, after I asked if he would be ok with that. He and my insurance provider talked through each step and made it seamless to me to get my claim process and paid. My insurance representative LOVED Glenn, stating how rarely she comes across such a honest and professional restoration company. My claim was paid, passed along to Glenn and as they say like it never even happened. I cannot express enough what a rare all around professional and pleasant experience it was to work with Glenn and Sunshine Restoration and Reconstruction. We never want these things to happen, but if they do, I sure am grateful I lucked out and found Sunshine. I have comfort knowing they are always there for help.If necessary, IT WILL BE THE BEST CALL YOU EVER MAKE. Thank you Glenn! :-)

Glenn and Conrad came today to clean out my ducts. They were on time as promised extremely clean and very professional. They paid attention to every detail and cleaned my vents with a toothbrush.
