My assigned project manager, David E., is great. He answers my questions quickly and thoroughly. I have used NationWide Disc once before and the quality is top-notch. I had some difficulty uploading my song files and artwork, but I managed to work it all out with a few attempts. It was a bonus that I got 5 free t-shirts! I will most likely use them again for my next album.

One of the best sites and company you could ever hope to work with..the entire experience was excellent..everyone i spoke to gave me detailed guidelines and how things were going and all were super pleasant to talk with and helpful, going above and beyond that I got exactly what i wanted and they did an incredible job...i highly recommend this group of people to satisfy your needs as a musician. I used Nationwide for our first CD, and the experience was really great. I was completely new to the whole process but my representative, Blue, walked me through each step I had questions about and was very proactive about pointing out things I was missing. The CDs came out great! And they have some of the best pricing out there. I definitely recommend them!

Customer service is excellent. Emails and phone calls are returned in a timely manner and every person Ive dealt with has been courteous and helpful. Turn around time on orders is excellent and the quality is good considering the low costs.

Nationwide disc offers a good product at a fair rate, particularly for smaller quantities. However, mind the small print. There is a $50 charge for any changes that need to be made after you get the production schedule email, so double check your work and ask questions before you hit submit. Ive had a few issues over two orders with Nationwide but their team has been able to resolve them for me and I will consider to keep an as option for future projects.

Blue was great to work with! Very friendly ... knowledgeable ... efficient. We got the job done rather quickly on the phone.

In one day, I placed two separate orders with two separate shipping addresses. They sent everything to one location. It was a complete disaster and the best they could do was to offer to send another order that wouldnt arrive for another 4 business days! The project manager was rude and obnoxious without even a hint of an apology. Will never do business with NationWide again. Stay clear.

Op notch work done professionally and quickly and most importantly custom tailored to your specific project. Both mastering and production design were done with a real understanding of how a project should sound and look - all tailored to the customer needs. Will be back for sure!

I have had a great experience starting this project. This was a first time for me taking on a task like this. The work is just about complete, waiting on the artwork to be completed. David Eyerman is my project manager. David has done an great job helping me get things done. He has answered every phone call and any questions I have asked of him. This is the second time in a row that you have come in price-competitive with the other two disc makers we have used in the past, The service and help that i got from my production assistant Shea was extraordinary.

Everything moved along really well. I received my CDs on the day they were promised. They look and sound great! This is my 2nd CD with Nationwide and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I recently completed my audiobook in a local entertainment studio in Maryland. I then had to deal with the issue of finding a company capable of putting my digital recording to a CD or DVD. I searched long and hard. Through countless internet searches, I found the perfect company with a patient and pleasant staff with the capability and capacity to provide high-quality work at a reasonable price. Avoid this company. The Nationwide made a mistake on our artwork. I pointed it out to them on the proof, and they sent me a corrected version. Then they printed the wrong artwork on 1000 CDs and refused to take ownership of their error. When I placed my order they advertised a satisfaction guarantee. The project manager insisted the printed artwork was from the proof I approved and didnt seem to care that I was not satisfied.

Nationwide does quality work- they are very helpful- and sometimes I am behind the 8 ball and they always come through! I have done a dozen or more records (CDs DVDs) with them. David Eyerman - Blue Richards and Stephen Sullivan are quite the team. You cant go wrong and they are very competitive price wise. Good Folks! Jim Salestrom

We selected a duplication service for our quarterly CD production four years ago, and have continued to use NWD for our last fifteen orders. I have used NationWide Disc about three times for my own albums. The first time I used them the service was noticeably superior to the subsequent times. I found it increasingly difficult to get a timely response, and the last time I ordered my discs (which were a re-order) the color was about ten shades darker than the previous discs. Since they were the main company I have used in the past few years, I recommended NationWide Disc to my tour mates Back Down South from the Netherlands-- and chaos ensued. They put so much effort into their album, flew all the way over from Europe to tour with me, and counted on profits from their new album for the tour. They drove about an hour before we left for our tour to pick up the discs due to a delay in shipping. When they put the cd in their car stereo to listen for the first time, instead of their beloved album, they heard some random Spanish worship songs. Nationwide printed some random, unfamiliar Spanish worship songs on their album with the Back Down South album art. Instead of their albums for their first American tour, they had to buy discs at Staples and burn albums the whole tour.I was witness to their phone calls with NationWide Disc, and it was stressful for everyone on the tour. I couldnt believe the ineptitude and the terrible attitude of everyone they spoke with. It took weeks to get the refund taken care of, and by that time the tour was over. They didnt rush to send new discs, and demanded that the band find a post office and ship the random Spanish worship cds back to them so that the band would be sure not to use the cd wallets.NationWide was incredibly rude and unapologetic for their tremendous error. They caused a huge amount of stress and hardship for this band and Back Down South could barely get their money back. I have rarely encountered such despicable business practice, and will never use this company again, nor will I ever make the embarrassing mistake of recommending them to any of my friends in the industry.

Nationwide Disc is the ONLY place we will have CDs made! The staff is always friendly and efficient, and the quality of product is top notch.
