I used this company for about a year before moving recently. Outstanding service at a very affordable price....definitely the most affordable price in town (for chem.s only). They helped to make our move even easier by offering a free months service to the buyer of our home. Again, nothing but good experiences here.

Good weekly service and our typical chemical guy was great and reliable. However, customer service is truly terrible. Encountered billing issues several different times and was never sent a billing reconciliation, like I was promised. Not a huge issue, although irritating. But, when one of their employees, Chris, came out to clean/repair my filter, it was rough trying to get him back after the additional parts came in. I understand scheduling issues around the holidays, Im not unreasonable, but when you blame the customer for scheduling delays and the issue is really that you went hunting on the days you said youd be able to come out and then make several other excuses, rather than owning up to your time management deficiencies, that is not okay (photos of text conversation are in photos section). Dont care about the money, its the principle of the matter. Then, I called the office and person I spoke with didnt care at all about my frustration. Wouldnt be surprised if they respond to this review with excuses and blaming the customer again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If you are currently using them I would highly recommend to have another pool company check your levels so you can see what is truly going on. I have used this pool company for about 3 years at two different houses. I recently moved out of the area so I needed a company that would provide more than just chemical treatment. I had multiple companies tell me they either would not at all service my pool or them servicing my pool would basically be like chasing their tail because of the stabilizer levels. Per industry recommendations the stabilizer levels should be as low as 20 ppm and up to 100 ppm. Metro has mine at 200 ppm. After extensive research I have found out that my chlorine that they are putting in my pool and I am most likely paying for is completely useless because the stabilizer is locking the chlorine and not allowing it to do its job. It is now going to cost me at least $350 to have another pool company drain my pool about 90% and rebalance the chemicals once new water is added and that doesnt include the cost of refilling my pool which will cost about $150-$200. I asked Metro if they would be willing to drain my pool for me since they are the only company that has touched this pool since I have owned the home and their response was we do not do any maintenance. I next asked if they would cover the cost to have another company drain and rebalance the water and was told very adamantly that they are unwilling to fix their wrong. Again, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR LEAVE THIS COMPANY ASAP!

This place is impressive. They come out every week like clockwork and keep my pool in check. They do it damn well too. I see the guy on my Ring camera actually taking time to check things out too.

Very disappointed with lack of service. Came to the house and wrote what time he was there and that was it. Pool was a mess and extremely overpriced for only chemical services. Do NOT recommend.

After the winter my pool was green as the River Nile!!Trips to the most popular pool stores for water tests and hundred dollar solutions were wearing me down!! A friend suggested I try Metro!! I thought I would have nothing to lose -as all forthcoming solutions were not working-so I gave them a call!What a difference! In a couple of treatments my pool was looking the best that it ever had! The pool is a joy now and friends and family can relax and enjoy their swim time-isnt that why we have pools in the first place? The company does what it says it will and stands by their commitments! In addition, Im not paying hundreds and hundreds of dollars to take home heavy ineffectual chemicals that I have to administer and hope that will work!! Hooray!
