Our concerns include the fact that the movers arrived without boxes or packing materials to move the items in our home. They did end up getting some additional boxes, however there were not enough furniture pads to protect everything they moved. Once I voiced my concerns, they assured me draping a single furniture pad on top of our large items was enough.Once they arrived and unloaded at our house, it was clear that was not the case. Nearly every large piece of furniture we own was damaged and needs to be repaired or replaced.The movers also did not bring any floor pads for the old or new home, and tracked in dirt/mud into the house as it was raining. I asked them to put down pads and they said they couldnt get any.Finally, I should have known things were going to be damaged because the movers told me before they started packing not to worry, All My Sons always pays out claims. I told them I wanted our things to arrive undamaged, we did not want to make any claims. The rest of the move they complained about how heavy things were, I would walk into rooms where they would be on their phone not doing anything, and they worked so slowly that at the end of the move they said they wouldnt unpack anything because it was too late at night and they wanted to go home.Our quote included packing, unpacking, and reassembly of items, but they refused to unpack or reassemble anything at the new home. They also refused to pack or move any of our glass table tops, even though glass packing was included in our quote. I ended up wrapping and moving all our glass in my own car.Edit: Customer Service did contact us shortly after my posting this review to discuss our concerns and refund us a portion of our payment. While this doesnt replace or remove the damage to our belongings, I appreciated their quick response.

BUYER BEWARE! Booked Roberts Moving, LLC - ALL MY Sons - Fort Worth TX to move an 800 sq. ft apartment. They pushed to put 4 men on the job, (more $/hr) but I insisted on three men to keep congestion down. (For reference-Two guys with a different company moved us 6 months earlier from the same complex in about 6 hours.) Approximately 4 hours in to the job, I called management to let them know that the job was not progressing at an acceptable rate and that only one of the workers was working steadily and we still had a large amount of goods to move out. Carlos the mgr did not ask questions and did not want to upset the workers by talking to them, he offered to cut the fuel surcharge in half. I told him that we had made the same move 6 months before and two guys did the entire move out and move in job in 6-7 hours each and that they were billing for unnecessary hours. This job was getting out of hand. Carlos said he would talk to them. I went out and worked with them to help get things moving. We got to my new home. BEFORE THEY WOULD UNLOAD THE TRUCK THEY REQUIRED PAMENT IN FULL WITH 1.5 HOURS IN THE FUTURE FIGURED FOR UNLOADING AND 1/2 HOUR FOR DRIVING HOME. I called again and told Trey that they were charging me for too many hours because two of they guys were piddling around on the clock. Trey said all he would do was split the fuel surcharge, I explained that he should discount for low productivity and discount one of the guys. Trey replied: Sorry all we will do is split the fuel surcharge. Not much of a concession when it is already over inflated. To mitigate the problem, I paid them in full so that I could get my belongings back and they proceeded to unload. They took about an hour and a half longer than planned as only one guy was working steady. My wife called since I had already tried to resolve issue with Trey and he had hung up on me. She told Trey literally only ONE guy was working. When all was said and done with the moving process, and we were less than pleased, I started to find that our belongings were damaged and assembled incorrectly. We got ready to go to bed and found they had put my bed together with one of the rails sticking out from the box springs about 8 inches in the front right side. They dropped a chair off the back of the lift gate and damaged it, damaged our headboard and broke our plants. Your packing supplies charge will be out of this world high, because they spend their time wrapping their OWN PERSONAL EMPTY cans and gatorade bottles with excessive amounts of plastic wrap to kill time. Items that actually needed wrapping were not focused on but small items that could help keep the clock running were focused on. BEWARE they will not resolve a problem, they are very good at racking up hourly charges and holding your goods hostage for payment! Damages have to be handled through a claims process! I will say Chris was GREAT. This message does not apply to him, very hard worker.

I cannot say enough good things about the men that did our move this weekend. Josue, Reggie,and Kam were very professional and packed everything with care. They were quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend their service to any of my friends and family who were needing moving services. Thanks for all the hard work!

In August 2021, I scheduled a move with All My Sons Moving. And paid my $100 deposit. On move day, I was informed by dispatch that I was the second movie of the day I had an early window that started at 12 o’clock. By 2:30 pm I started to get worried that the movers are not there and I was told that they were on their way to the first moves destination and they would be to me by 4:58 pm The dispatcher sounded surprised that the driver had not contacted me at all that day And agree to reach out to the driver Kenneth to see what the ETA was for my move. I was told later they were still on that same first move since 9:00 AM that morning. The dispatcher finally told me that they were not going to come and pick up my moving items and it was just a one bedroom apartment. He also said he had no one to send out to me. I asked him what about my deposit and they said we don’t usually give deposits but when ahead and gave me my $100 back. Folks don’t believe the hype as far as them riding off the coat tail of the Dallas Cowboys, moving them at all. I was dissatisfied with this experience more like disgusted. I chose a another moving company and I had to move my things the next day. I work from home and we all know how important that is when you have to be set up and ready to go. And no, I do not recommend All my Sons Moving. The location I booked at was the Fort Worth, Texas location. Communication is the key! These guys failed to even do that not to mention the move.

Today Ramon, Terry, Kyle and Houston did my move today. They showed up early in the morning and were ready to work. They all worked very hard. I panicked after reading some of the horrible reviews, but honestly, I am very pleased with the service I received today. The pricing is the only complaint I have, but it was well worth me not having to do it! I recommend!

The three men that moved our apartment were amazing! They were quick and very efficient. Also, very friendly.However, the final price the company tried to charge me was not what was originally discussed. I was able to get the price reduced. But over $1000 to move a one bedroom apartment in less than 2 hours is outrageous!! If you use this company, make sure to read the fine print!! All in all - the actual movers are great. The people in the office charging you, not so much.

The movers arrived in the allocated time window. I was quoted at $209 per hour due to it being only three man jobs on weekends. They did carefully package everything up (which I didn’t ask for) and were very polite to talk to. The only gripe and reason for three stars is that I ended up having a bill for over $1,100.00 because of a $209 travel time charge and $117 charge for fuel and then packaging materials for $160. Crew was awesome and they moved me quickly. Just the price is going to be more than you expect, so set aside a few hundred extra dollars.

I received a quote for a flat rate and a percentage of fuel charge. I asked if there were additional charges I needed to be aware of and the sales representative said no. I get charged double the price I was quoted at the end of the move. How would anyone feel when you think you have an idea of cost, only to be charged double? I will never use this company again and will not recommend it to anyone. Do not use this company to move you. Completely disappointed. And on top of that, the movers spent 30 minutes of the time I paid folding blankets and sitting around talking and/or wasting time to run the clock. Tried to talk to the sales representative and they basically said too bad and hung up on me. Hung up the phone on me more than once in fact.I don’t ever leave reviews, but I am so upset by the way this was handled and the poor customer service.

Lauren and Paul were amazing at moving my parents very old and very valuable antiques. They took great care to wrap every piece of furniture and take their time loading and unloading everything. There are good companies and bad companies just like their are good and bad people in this world. I still believe that most are good. However, we regretfully found a bad one in All My Sons.I won’t go into too much detail because plenty of others have already done so. Please read the reviews first! That was my mistake.There are a lot of extra fees that are kept from you. We were quoted $340 which seemed like a fair price for moving next door. We were done in 1 hour and 22 minutes! So we were very happy, until they charged us $725. I’ll leave it at that.You win some you lose some. Life goes on. Hope this helps someone!

Not really happy. One man went into my granddaughters room. He wasn’t suppose to be on the third floor. The cleaning lady caught him. The company’s charges were way too high. I’m a senior with limited resources. Carlos called me and I found him a very easy person to work with. He is a very nice man. I want to thank Dustin for making my move easier for this 81 year old lady.

We had to store our furnishings while in transition. The first experience, packing, loading and storing was great. I could not be more pleased. However when retrieving our furnishings from storage to our destination, it was quite the opposite experience. I asked the driver if they would unwrap all cargo and carry off the paper, plastic wrap, & boxes and put the beds together, as promised by the salesperson, & he indicated his crew would. When they unloaded the last piece of furniture & boxes, he got in the truck and started to leave. We asked, are you not going to do what you said? He reluctantly came in and helped us remove all the packing, then drove off without picking up all the waste. We were going to give a tip, however they left. Not really a good experience. We have contacted the company regarding our missing refrigerator handles, with ONLY a promise to replace. Mind you this was about 6 weeks ago. Crickets. No I could not recommend this as a pleasant experience and none of my friends or acquaintances will receive a recommendation to use this franchise of the company.

Cameron Johnson and his crew were absolutely incredible. I am blown away at how quickly and efficiently they were able to get all of our stuff to our new place. They were kind, respectful, professional, energetic and very hard working! I will be requesting them next time we move! 10000/10 recommend them to anyone moving.

I simply expected a little more. We paid a hefty price to have our items moved and didnt squabble over the price afterwards. However, I felt like the person who appeared to be in charge at the site was really dragging her feet during the move to up the price. She greeted me sharing her issues and the fact that she had been fired and rehired within the past three days with this company. She stopped working to take a smoke break. Then, she and the driver of the second truck had a huge argument outside our home. Lastly, a medicine bag of ours was opened, which we had sealed inside of a box among our belongings. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company.

I would definitely recommend All My Sons Moving and Storage. The stress of moving was removed when I spoke with Trey and Carlos. They ensure that I would be in great hands on my up coming move. And they were right! Cameron and his crew (Ramon and Lisa) were very professional. They took extra care with our belongings.

I used this company for the 2nd time a couple weeks ago. My first move was very professional and they handled my items with care. The second has been a disaster.First, the movers were late in making it to my apartment within the 3-hour window provided. They called stating they had to stop and get gas. I guess this move caught them by surprise since I only scheduled it 2-months ago.As they were preparing my furniture and televisions, they only used the plastic shrink wrap. There documents state that all items should also be wrapped in quilts. I never saw a quilt during the entire move. After arriving at my new apartment, surprise items were damage. 1. My leather sofa that was only about 8-12 months old had three tears on the back corner and 1 on the bottom right corner. My 82 inch television had 3 small cracks in the lower left corner. When turning it on the entire left side pixels were damaged. This cannot be repaired. This television was 2 months old. The cost to replace these are $1,200 for the sofa, and $1,300 for the television. I was told my the movers that they would give me the claim information. That never happened.I called the salesperson who provided me my claim information and it was submitted. I received their response stating they would settle for $270.00. I will state I did not take out supplemental insurance as I had a very good experience the first time.I will say this moving company is almost double, in some cases, in price so I expect a higher level of service.I will never use this company again based on how this was handled and am looking for some type of assistance with the Better Business Bureau since they did not follow the policies they outlined in their agreement that quilts would be used.Please look for other companies and do not support this group as they will not provide you a proper level of service.

Couldn’t have been more satisfied with the quality of the work they did and couldn’t have been more satisfied with their demeanor. They were very pleasant all while working really hard. Be aware that All My Sons Moving company may call you the DAY OF your move to cancel like they did me. The day of my move they called to say their crew got Covid and they cant move me for a few days. I should have known because they werent confirming my appointment like they said they would. You would think they would have prepared with backup crews. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

Things started out well. Was told all the charges (1 hour drive time fee, 14% fuel fee, hourly, etc). Move day came, 3 movers were supposed to be there between 8-830am first move of the day. 9:15 came, no call, no movers. I call and dispatch informs me that they worked late the night before and couldnt legally be at the office until 9:30. I understand the legality, but we should have been contacted as we were on a time crunch. An hour later I get a call great news, youre getting a discount! We dont have the 3 movers we told you you were getting, I only have 2 guys to send so it will cost less per hour. So now they are late, short handed (which lets face it, probably drug the job out even further) & trying to sell it by giving a discount which was really just the regular 2 person hourly rate. Movers were nice but other than that NOT IMPRESSED. Paid way too much money for not a great company. Do not recommend.

This company had me from the time they walked through my door to do an on-site estimate. The price was reasonable with other two I shopped, and they were so personable. I felt like I knew them and could trust them. Ashley was great to follow-up with me prior to move day and during the move.On the day of our move, it was pouring rain of course but that just made the job a bit more challenging in addition to our heavy furniture. This crew of 3, Collin, Jay, and Kyle did such an awesome job. They made sure our carpet was covered and stayed dry and clean. They packed everything so carefully with quilts and shrink wrap, nothing was wet at all!No scratches, no damage of any kind and they were such champs. Jay was the heavy lift/muscle man, Kyle the leader, driver, planner and I cannot forget Kyle, the stackmaster and idea man. This team met many challenges during this wet day but they really were a complete, whole team. By far, the best move experience I have ever had.

This location no showed us on our move out date. Jonathan never called back just pawned us off on the Dallas location. Also purposely ignore my number that was associated with my account. I called off a different number they answered right away. Point being just use the Dallas one. King and his boys were amazing.

These movers charged us close to 2000$ to move our furniture as SLOW as possible. They broke almost every piece of furniture that they moved. All while the workers were asking us if they could have beer out of the fridge they were moving. They showed up late to start the job ( knowing that the move was time sensitive) and then with 4 people moved less furniture in 3 hours then we did in the hour before they got there. Highly would not recommend using this company if you want any of your furniture to stay in tact or get moved timely!

Randall and the crew were quick and efficient! They listened to where we wanted what and made it happen. The crew that packed our stuff was great as well but there was a slight miscommunication of what went into what boxes. Overall great service and we would use All my Sons movers again!

Emanuel Wallace is very skilled at packing items, knowledgeable, and very professional. He is a leader and was teaching and setting an example for the other workers. The team were on time and pretty efficient. The only thing was items were left in 2nd bedroom closet and I asked them if they had them...yes was the response. But they were still there. I am disabled so that was not helpful.

I hired this company for Thursday June 17, 2021 in Ft Worth Texas.The Movers were very unprofessional, they argued the entire move and I had to stop them from moving my plants, even though it states they don’t move live items such as plants or animals. Which I’m glad I kept them from moving my plants, because they damaged a lot of my items and my apartment.They Chipped and scuffed a wall, this is a brand new apartment we are the first people to live here.There’s a discrepancy in my bill they refuse to handleThey damaged my items including a record player (I watched them drop my record player box), my TV screen that is cracked and a kitchen aid mixer. My PlayStation 4 has been missing ever since the move and the only solution was to file a police report. They were very rough with our belongings.One of the movers told my friend that they move slow so they can over charge people. I specifically called about my missing item and they said they could not find it. They also were negligent about me signing an acknowledgment after the move and if you ask for any paper work such as an itemized receipt or documents you have signed they are very slow about sending you these documents. Yes this moving company is cheap, but it’s not worth the cost of damages to your items.I absolutely do not recommend these movers, they will damage and steal your things and take no responsibility for it.

The guys who came to move my daughter were very pleasant and efficient. It took under 2 hours to move her things to storage. However, I believe we were overcharged by several hundred dollars. Kyle was kind enough to refund some back, but this was crazy expensive for a small move!

Collin Goodman and team were terrific! On time, efficient, and very personable. We moved items from an apartment, items in and out of our house and finally items to storage. It was heavy hard work for five solid hours and they were great. I would highly recommend them!

If I could rate no stars I would. This company called us (employee Antoine) the day before our scheduled move and said they would not be able to do our move because their trucks were full and wouldn’t be unloaded in time and the soonest they could do it is a week out! We couldn’t get anyone else to call us back when we asked if we could speak to someone in management. We were told “Carlos” would call us back but did he? Of course not! We thought this was a reputable company but apparently not if this is what they do to customers who were scheduled way ahead of time yet call less than 24 hours of the scheduled move time to cancel. We were so lucky to find a reputable local company that saved the day for us after we explained what happened. They were awesome and at our house on the scheduled move day by 9am!Buyers beware.. If All my Sons cancelled on us the day before it may happen to you too. Save yourself the trouble.

WARNING!!! Do NOT use this company! They talk a big game on how professional they are, quote you one price on the phone, take $100 deposit, then when they call to schedule the price doubles! And if you don’t like it they’re more than happy to cancel, but they will keep your deposit. It’s an absolute scam! I regret calling this company. Don’t make the same mistake.

I booked with All My Sons three weeks before my move and paid a deposit. When I got the quote for the move I explicitly explained I had only one day to move from my old house to my new house. This was completely out of my control and if you’ve dealt with this housing market you’ll understand why. I’ve moved a lot in my life from different cities and different states. This was the first time I ever hired movers because I wanted to make my move as stress less as possible. I’ve moved during ice, snow and rain and had some of the worst moves possible yet this move became the most stressful move I’ve ever dealt with. I was told my movers would be at my house at 8 am. By 9 am no one had arrived and I was getting nervous. I called the company and was told they were about to be dispatched out to the job. Another 30 minutes or so passed before I got a return phone call and they admitted that all of the movers had called in for the day and they couldn’t move me. The only thing they could do was refund my money. I asked them to keep trying to find someone, anyone who could come in to help move my items. After 30 minutes they called again to say that no one was available. I was left scrambling and desperately calling mover after mover after mover, hoping that someone could come out. I was fortunate enough to find someone who had a cancellation that day and could come move my house. This company did absolutely zero to help me in terms of offering a back up or providing me with help locating another provider due to their screw up. I realize life happens and you can’t always control a situation and normally I’d be sympathetic to that but they should have had some kind of back up to prevent leaving me and my items essentially stranded. Had I not been able to move I would have been in violation of signed contracts to leave my old residence.

The service was great! They said they would be in early afternoon, and the on moving day, they were here by noon. Three gentlemen came to move our belongings and they were quick and effective. They were also very nice and respectful. I would definitely use them again for my next move!

The whole process was extremely easy and seamless! I needed services for a local move between apartments and just didnt have the time to spend to do it myself. Cameron and his team were life savers.They were quick, careful, and clearly knew what they were doing! Definitely worth it.I do, however, wish they had a 1 hour minimum instead of 2 hours though.

Chris Allen and team absolutely killed it. The guys were not only professional but extremely personable. They were quick and real secure with our belongings.

They quoted $179 per hour in labor, which sounded fair. They didnt bother to impart in clear terms that they would bill $120 for packing supplies (tape and wrap) whether we used it or not. We needed very little and some of the things that needed to be wrapped, werent. They also charged $179 for the truck (fuel, etc.). Never mind the fact that the vast majority of their drive time was spent getting to my place. My fiancé and I lived a mile and a half apart and the new place we moved into, together, was smack dab in the middle. Yeah! $179 for that.A day before my move, I was called and told that my move, which was scheduled for 8am was going to be pushed back because the intended crew didnt show up for work. The moving crew eventually arrived at my apartment at 2:30pm.And if that wasnt enough, we also had a crew of newbies moving us. I was told by the general manager that we would be taken care of by one of their best crews. Hm. The one in charge had been working for the company for only a few months and the other two, far less. I heard the head guy say more than once that if his regular crew had been there they would have been finished in half the time. Having witnessed the two rookies stopping to suck wind and kid with each other, I believed him. So, in all, I spent over $1200 for what should have cost about half that.So heres a suggestion to everyone out there looking to move. Consider the advice I was given by one of my co-workers. Save yourselves a LOT of money and trouble. Rent a U-Haul truck and a couple of guys through them to help do the move. Yep! From what I was told, you CAN rent professional movers to help you. As for profess ... movers ... NOPE! ... I just cant call them that!I was taught at an early age not to tell a lie!Tell them to just keep moving on!!!- also … they left out apartment without even telling us and when we tried to call them back - they did not answer the calls and then blocked our numbers!Best of luck! ☘️ 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I spoke with three different people who quoted me three different prices and finally once we agreed-upon one ( $658. 2 hours w/3 guys & 1 hour drive time ) I gave the girl my information to pay the $100 deposit. On the day of the move the general manager Carlos called me informing me that he would not send the crew out unless I paid the total cost of the move, because I had not paid the $100 deposit, his employee took my information but did not charge my card for the deposit, I think that’s the company’s fault not mine. Carlos would not work it out with me at all!!! I tried to find another company that would come out the same day but everyone was booked in advance so I called all my Sons moving Company back and got a young man named Antoine who said we made a mistake we will work things out with youBut you will have to pay the total cost of the move before we can send a crew and I will split the fuel cost with you because of our mistake.The movers showed up and the head mover told me the price they charged was wrong and you need to call them because it’s gonna cost more than what they quoted you and three hours later they were still loading the truck at their own pace. After loading the truck they sit in front of the house so long I had to go to the truck and tell them we’re on a time clock, you need to get moving, we get to the location and they start unloading the truck and the guy tells me we’re gonna need to be here another 2 1/2 or three hours so you will have to pay that in advance before we remove anything else off the truck.Adding another $455 bringing the total to $1113 for the move, it takes the guys another 3 1/2 hours and the last thing they bring in is my dining room table without the legs and once they bring the legs in and put them on they don’t tighten the legs on but they flip the table over and I asked did you tighten the legs and they said no we’re going to get the drill and will come back and tighten the legs, after waiting for about 30 minutes for them to come back, I went outside and saw that they had left without tightening the legs back to my table, I called the company and the company said they’ve turned in the truck and gone for the day but we will have a crew come by tomorrow and fix the legs to the table, on the next day about 2 PM I called the company and they said no one had finished a move yet, but soon as someone finishes, we’ll call you and send them to tighten your table legs, that was Friday April 30, 2021 it is now Tuesday May 4, 2021...Carlos the general manager is very unprofessional and very rude and disrespectful, the company made mistakes on their own behalf with different price quotes and sent emails with what they quoted and was still saying they did not and then with proof of the email they still didn’t try to work with us.Everything on my behalf was set for April 30 and if we could have gotten any other company to come out we would NOT have used all my sons, but they had us over a barrel and they knew it and use that to get more money out of us!I would not recommend my worst enemy to use that company!!!

They moved me from a 2 bedroom apartment to a storage and took 7 hours! I moved into the same apartment in 3 hours with different movers. The total for the move was 1200$!! They took their sweet time and added a 139$ fuel charge, 129$ trip charge, $120 packing material charge, and $870 for labor. The movers smelled of marijuana when they arrived and were in no hurry at all to load the truck. It took them 5 hours just to load the truck. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! They will take advantage of you.

All my sons was exceptional! They were very informative from the beginning. I read a few bad reviews and I was a little skeptical but was I impressed! They were so awesome! I will highly recommend them to everyone. I have nothing bad to say about this company. A few people said they were expensive but you pay for what you get. If you want quality care your going to pay for it. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. One of the newer guys dropped a box (my fault for not tapping it good enough) and they are going to pay for the new dishes we get. They take pride in their work and for that I am very thankful.

DeVante Green and his team were very professional from the time of the initial call upon their arrival to the finishing of our move. They handled all of our items with caution. They were very respectful and polite. I recommend their services. We had a very tight schedule to move out of our home, go to storage and get to the airport by 5 pm to catch a flight to Pennsylvania due to the loss of our our family member. Everything was completed in a timely manner and we arrived at the airport on time. Thank you DeVante and team for an awesome job! .

Had appointment for rep to show up and price our local move. Rep did not show up for appt and when I called AMS said it was a schedule glitch. OK, that happens so we reschedule for next day. Rep doesnt show up on day 2. I call AMS and Im told theyll have to price it over the phone. We went room by room and I gave this a list of every piece of furniture, boxes, pictures, etc. that needed to be moved. Carlos (the GM) informed me that the price would be $867 (three hours for four guys). We have a one story house and most of the stuff has already been moved out to the garage, which theyre able to back right up to. They package and loaded everything up and we drove about 5 miles to the storage facility where they backed right up to the front door. As they started to unload, the lead presents me with final bill for $2400...including $800 in packing materials, $300 in fuel surcharges, and $300 in travel time. What am I going to do? Carlos tells me to pay it or theyre leaving with it. Two of the movers were even telling me how wrong this was. I called sheriff, but AMS started closing up truck. im blocking back doors, which they slammed into my legs. one guy wants to fight me and tells me my body doesnt look like it could handle him (not sure what that meant cuz im in pretty good shape for 60 years old). It was a fiasco. They eventually got away only to be pulled over by sheriffs office. Turns out there was nothing sheriff could do in civil matter. In the end, I had to pay the full amount to get my stuff unloaded but who knows how much was broken in the process. Wife and i will go to storage unit tonight to check it out. Im not interested in pressing charges...the moving crew was in a very awkward position. Just strongly recommend not doing business with this company.

Dajhon and KC did a really great job communicating ETA, wrapping furniture, moving my things to the different locations needed. They worked quickly and made sure everything was where it needed to be.My only complaint, that has nothing to do with the moving crew, but the company itself not establishing the moving hours or windows times earlier than 3 days before your expected move date. Had I been informed initially when I called a MONTH prior I could have made a decision on if that worked for me. Instead of going off of the exact time I gave them. Also at the time of booking I should have known about any added taxes and excess fees that would be added along with the basic moving cost. NOT at the end after the work is already done and now my bill is 200$ more than expected.

The actual movers were great and even agreed with me that their office hides fees from people. I was quoted a flat rate no hidden fees which is the whole reason I went with this company. Got to the end and was hit with outrageous fuel charge, packing material charge (plastic wrap that I didn’t ask for), and other charges that doubled the price. The office are snakes and not helpful at all. Do not use.

Was going to move with this company, but Im glad I didnt. Had our move scheduled, and received a call to confirm our move. 2 days before the move, and they try to surprise us with a $120 to use tape and plastic wrap, which is less than $20 to buy. After finally giving in to this ridiculous fee, they then told us our move is going to be at 7 AM, even though we agreed previously to be the 2nd move of the day when we booked. We needed to be the 2nd move due to us not being able to get our keys till 10AM. Due to the unprofessional nature of the staff on the phone, and the several red flags, we thankfully abandoned ship before they tried to over charge us like many other reviews have stated. Definitely avoid this company at all costs.

Ruben G and his crew were fantastic!! Very professional nice and FAST!! I highly recommend this company and especially Ruben and his crew. You won’t be sorry! They were very honest and on time! I can’t say enough about this company! I’ve used them twice and have had excellent service.

I had a horrible experience. I will never ever use movers again. 2 days before the move I was told that I would be the second move of the day. I never heard any thing after that until I finally called after 12 PM the day of the move as they had not showed up or even as little as called yet. The mover mentioned to me that the first move of the day cancelled their move so I am not sure why they showed up so late. On top of that they damaged my new home and we had to paint and repair the walls. Charged us $100 for packing materials after they gave us two boxes because the woman before you left them and we dont need them so you can use them. It cost me $752.01 for a 2.5 hour move. I was told on the phone that there was a $14 charge for gas, turns out they meant 14%. I had a tiny 600 sq ft apartment and had sold most of my furniture so there wasnt much to move. The largest things they had to move were a recliner and a bed. The truck was maybe a quarter of the way full. On top of all of that we had to help move things and when we got to our home the only things they put where they were supposed to go was the larger furniture. Everything else was put in the living room and left for us to move. It was very obvious that they were not concerned about our belongings. They put very heavy boxes on top of a box that was clearly labeled FRAGILE and the box collapsed. They didnt assemble any furniture like we were told would be done. I regret using them and will now never use movers again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! P.S. Its really upsetting that they only respond to the positive reviews and none of the negative reviews.

Moved partial furnishings and a ton of pre-boxed stuff out of a townhouse from Fort Worth, TX to Hot Springs, AR. Movers were cordial and professional, but basically ran out of time to do a good job. They wrapped all furniture as promised to a point, and then they seemed to run out of time or gas! At the end of the 6 hours allotted time, they were basically just putting furniture into truck without wrapping. They also just announced they were leaving, and had to be called back to pick up loose items such as portraits and shelves.When back door was open for unloading, major wood furniture was just stacked in truck without wrapping protection. There was plenty of wrapping material on truck that was unused.Major issue with moving big pieces on a dolly instead of carrying it with two people. Had several kit-built entertainment centers, and a desk that were not made to be put on end. Since it was all put in storage, any damage will not be known until later.Overall, not sure if problem was with estimated time to load and unload, or crew just wanted to finish and get on the road.Would not recommend using ANY local mover for an out of state move due to rush to get truck loaded, and then travel into the night to get to destination and then unload next morning in order to get back to home base. Would use a Nationwide mover for that kind of move again.

These frauds use Google reviews to scam what they actually are. They make their employees push for good reviews by paying them $5 per review. Although you may see a good review in reality these people are bottle of the barrel scum bags. Biggest one of them all is Carlos

My mom used them to move from Ft. Worth to Springtown, TX. She hired a team of 5. Thus team disassembled every piece of furniture she had dropped the pieces in her new home and left without assembling anything. The crew chief said he was told to leave everything unassembled! Then later stated he thought everything was assembled. This team even lost the screws and fasteners so that we can barely assemble the furniture ourselves. I give 2 stars bc they sent out another crew that assembled what they could.

My experience with this company was great. Devante and his crew were awesome. They arrived early and never stopped working! I had to ask them to take a break. Jenny was also great. She told me everything to expect and was very helpful and professional. Even checked in on the move.

They were very professional and got everything moved for me relatively fast. They were careful, and didn’t damage anything. It was definitely worth it to hire them to help me move.

The 3 young men who came to our house were kind. However, we expected them hours earlier (we were second in line [1st was 8 am] & expected them around maybe noontime. They had an extra busy morning, so they didn’t get to us until almost 5.We were quoted for 3 hours & had allocated funds for that amount of time. We had everything packed and only washer, dryer and butcher block-no other furniture. We moved about a mile down the road. It took only one truckload, but still took almost 5 hours.I’m not sure how (because they wrapped everything) but our dryer was slightly damaged and one of my framed prints was lost. It was a gift, so pretty upset about that.When I called the company, they did email me claims forms, so there’s that.Not quite sure if we’ll use them when we move again.UPDATE: I called regarding our claim (over $300), and was told that “the claim was sent and offer was expired”, however, they would give us $99. We never received the email. This place is a RIP OFF. At least it was for us. I had read some good reviews, so we used them, but NEVER AGAIN. We will be moving again, but will use someone else.FYI: they start the “clock”(when they begin charging) when they are leaving their last job-so we paid for their drive from 30 minutes + away, until they arrived….😑

They were patient and understanding; took extreme care in handling the entire process from wrapping to moving furniture and items. They delivered exceptional service to ensure our satisfaction. We will gladly refer others to All My Sons.

If I could give All My Sons negative stars I would. I do not recommend anyone to use them. I called a week prior to moving and scheduled a date to move. I was told I would get a confirmation email however I didnt see one so I called to double check everything was still good. The rep I spoke to advise the previous person had me for a completely different day then I requested. She was able to change it to the day I needed. The day of the move finally comes. I get a call at 10:30 AM advising my move has been CANCELLED because all the movers were sick. Manager Antwon advised he called other men to see if they could come in and do the move however the didnt want to. Antwon advised he could reschedule me for Thursday when our lease was up that Monday! Luckily we found other movers within an hour to come move us the same day. The company was the Move Place. The were very quick and less expensive then All My Sons. I would recommend contacting them and do not contact All My Sons.
