The people working December 26th at 1:30 couldnt have been more perfect from check- in to the end. They took care of everything, passed out cake, drinks and even lit the birthday candle. I know someone came in and let everyone know to go to the other rooms but it didnt feel rushed, it was a peaceful transition besides excited kids. This place gets 5 star. No complaints.

Had my grandsons 2yr birthday party. He loved it. A girl that attended accidently left her shoes in the bounce room and when we went back to try to find them, they were not there and no one that worked there even cared about our problem. They were Nike shoes and the employees probably kept them.M

This is my childrens favorite place to go! There are so many different and creative options for indoor and outdoor play. My 2 boys utilize all of their energy there and are always excited to plan the next visit to Pump It Up!

We looooved Pump it Up! We just hosted a 7 year old birthday here and Im not sure who had more fun... The kids or the adults! It was a fun & smooth part. Add in the sweet & outgoing party hosts, and this party was one to remember!

Fun place but would not recommend a birthday party here. The party host rushed the whole experience. We had to set everything up ourselves, as well as do everything such as drinks, cupcakes, and i was so busy trying to get everything passed out and hand my son his presents that i didn’t have a second to enjoy the party i paid for. Very disappointed in the party host here.

Disgusting place. Not suitable for kids.There are loose extension cords next to wet floor sign. Are you seriously considering this? The inside smells like feet and sweat. Mostly feet though.

Worst experience ever. The people they have supposed to be watching everything only watch their cell phones. We had a serious issue with some other kids. Nobody cares. The manager was not there, and nobody cared we were upset. The manager never even returned my call. The place was dirty and musty. Never again. Dont waste your time or money. Its a dump.

We had our daughters party here and it was great! The attendant was so thoughtful and helped make the party special. We jumped for 1 hour and then went into the party room for cake and presents. The workers helped clean up everything for us and even walked our gifts out to our car. It is a great place for a kids birthday!! Thank you for making our little girls party so special.

Naturally, the kids loved this place, but it seems really dirty. I made my family shower and change when we got home. The eating area was not cleaned well from the group before us. There are just too many kids going through these rooms back to back. I dont know their cleaning schedule, but we are not going back here for any of our parties. We were not hosting, so I am only speaking as guests. All the kids were really hot and sweaty. The heat was cranked up and we had to track down some water so the kids could get hydrated. Even many of the parents that were just standing around were overheated and thirsty. The staff is not helpful. There was 1 guy that was helpful and seemed to be working. The rest...not sure of the purpose. One guy did take pictures, but he made it perfectly clear that was all he was there to do. The required video at the beginning is a joke. Everyone is talking and laughing, even if you wanted to pay attention...you couldnt hear anything. Its a fun concept, but not something I would really recommend.

Fun times in the a/c.Room A for 45 minutes:Big inflatables for toddlers, an obstacle course, 2 big sides, and another jump to jump obstacle for the 5-9 year olds.Then well go to Room B for more Fun in the a/c. It was $17 for a 5 and 2 year old for 90 minutes.

All I know is the last visit there was OK the employees were nice but you always feel so rushed when you go and we got into the last room for the prize that my friend paid everything should’ve been already ready in the party room.

My friends daughter had a birthday party here and it was so much fun! I didnt actually get in there and do very much but I sure had a ball watching the kids. The energy and fun at they exuded, I collected and kept. LOL too bad I cant bottle it up and sell it. Where Id be rich in two seconds flat. Underwear if you go here, you will have fun.

My 6yr old son had his birthday May 2, 2019. We had about 17 kids, EVERY PERSON in our party had a GREAT time! I could not be any happier, everyone enjoyed the place, and my son said he had the best birthday ever! GREAT staff, from the front desk lady, to the party pros, I wish I could remember their names. Thank you so much pump it up, you gave my son a great birthday. The price was reasonable too, you took care of every, we just showed up and had FUN!!! 🥳

We recently had our sons 14th Birthday party here(6/6/2020). EVERYTHING & EVERYONE was great! Although we find ourselves a in a very difficult time with the whole COVID-19 we felt pretty safe having our party there. Our party was the only one in the building. So we were basically only interacting with our own family members and friends. The staff did an amazing job throughout the whole event. Very professional and understanding. Everything was wipe down and ready for us when we arrived. I know they had clean that places up,I could smell it. They provided hand sanitizer throughout the whole event as well which I was a big fan of. I’m honestly so happy we were able to do something fun for our son on his special day. BIG THANKS to all the staff that was there to help us out! We definitely recommend Pump it up!

Fun place for kids! Go during toddler hour and it’s only $5! Supervision seemed adequate and the front desk was super kind! The equipment feels a little run down, outdated but kids definitely don’t care. One thing to consider is sometimes only one arena is open so if your kid loves a certain inflatable, you have to chance it on if it will be available that day! We had fun!

COLD AS ICE! Went to a party and the heat was off. In the Dead of WINTER! I was shocked to see that they had made no provisions for the children, knowing that their heat was off. It seems the only thing offered for the inconvenience was for the party to be rescheduled for a different day... When I heard that I thought it was absurd. Reschedule a party that was planned weeks in advanced? They could have at least offered a discount or extra food or even thrown in some free passes for another visit. What a shame. With low temps, how are kids supposed to have fun and parents be comfortable in a situation like that? After that debacle, I know I wont be having my childrens parties there. I feel really bad for my friends who paid to host a party at this place, and were put in the precarious situation. SHAME!

This place is AWESOME! We had my sons 3rd birthday here and the staff was amazing. Ashley and Joe made sure everything was taken care of. We didnt have to worry about anything. They rotate the too so the kids dont get bored of the equipment. The staff even climbed up the bounce houses to help the smaller kids. Just all around great service. The place was very clean considering their clientele. I would recommend to anyone whos throwing a party but doesnt want to deal with the hassle.

Weve been to Pump It Up before, but today was our first time hosting, my sons 6th birthday. The entire staff was amazing! All very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely host a party here again!

The staff seemed nice. However in the bounce rooms they werent actively checking on the kids/parents. One guy sat on his phone texting almost the entire time. When we were supposed to go from one room to another it wasnt even empty yet and theyre telling us to grab our shoes..I had to so my son from running in there with a bunch of strangers because they opened the doors early. The party room was better. The staff was helpful in there serving pizza and cupcakes. The equipment in the bounce rooms looked like it needed a good scrubbing to clean it and there were several tears in the blow up bounce houses where you could see air blowing through. I realize kids are going to tear stuff up but theres something to be said for maintenance and upkeep

Went as guest to a birthday party. Well organized and a lot of fun. We loved the diffrent rooms and me and my husband joined in the fun.

Went there Sunday March 17 2019 for open jump at 3 PM. The person in the front desk is horrible. We arrived 15 minutes early before 3 PM. My son just fell asleep so I told my husband to go in first with my daughter while I’m giving my son at least 15 minutes to take a nap before I take him in so he doesn’t throw a pit inside (He’s two btw). When my son woke up, we walked in but this person in the front desk won’t let us in because she said they’re full and there’s nothing she can’t do and I was surprised 😯 but What I do not understand is why she can’t do anything about it, while there’s tons of people coming out.also, It’s not that I have a dozen kids with me. I can’t let my son wait outside while her sister is inside playing. It’s not fair for him. And this person has no consideration and her customer service is horrible. She didn’t even talk to me nicely. When I was trying to get a waiver for my son,because she keeps asking for it and it when I tried to get it, she told me that it would be wasting my time because he still can’t go in anyway. Honestly if this place needs to make income then they need to hire people with experiences and most importantly have a customer service experience. Also. If they’re not busy they need to clean and sanitize the place. Sorry to say this, but this place smells like stinky feet. A piece of advice, Take action on one person complaining, because one of these days, this will spread like a virus and it’s bad for business.

Got invited to the birthday today.I have to say it’s not the most fancy party place. But the employees there who took care everything for us are incredible. So efficient. So polite.After kids playing,They even made sure everyone got hand sanitizer before they ate. How thoughtful.I’ve been to so many parties. This time was the best. Kids had so much fun. And it wasn’t too crowded at all.

I absolutely positively love this place! They are super friendly and they let you jump and play with your kids without bothering you. A lot of places dont want adults jumping and playing with their kids, but this place doesnt mind at all, so my son and I have so much fun here. He doesnt like it (at other places) when I cant play WITH him, because its not as fun for him.Anyway, Im actually going again today, weve been here probably ten times already. Just check their event calendar for open jump. And yes, weve had parties here too and were equally as pleased.In conclusion, it is the atmosphere that sets this place leagues above the rest. They are nice people and are very relaxed. You feel like you are at home, they treat you like guests and dont hover around when you are trying to have fun with your children. I highly recommend this place!

Poor customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I got the run around for three weeks straight before being told to go online to schedule open jump. When I complained to the general manager by email, I did not receive no type of apology what so ever, she just kept saying open jump schedules are online and what location is close to me like I wasn’t aware. All I wanted was a apology for me and my family that’s it and that was all!! That’s all it takes sometimes is a apology showing some type of remorse. But none. On 11/11/19 when I went to the location and received the gm email I was provided with the wrong email to begin with and had to call and get the correct email from the answering service. Once again POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The place is super to celebrate a birthday and even more if it is a private party. The party helpers are always there to answer any questions although it would have been greater Idf they smiled more but other than that it was really nice

Great place to let the kids jump it out. There are 2 bounce rooms and you are in one for about 45 minutes then switch to other. 7 total bounces but they are huge. 3 were slides, obstacle courses and one that was like a field with basketball & soccer goals. We have pogo pass so free admission for us but I think its fair priced. Wish they were closer. 4 stars as they could probably use some updating.

We went for the Saturday open jump glow session for $8 per kid from 5:15 to 6:45 . Be forewarned, you only actually get to be in the glow room for about 40 minutes since they make you stay in a different room until 6pm, then they make everyone leave at 6:40. There are literally only 3 bounce houses in each room. Ultimately not a bad price I guess, but the staff members werent helpful and Ive taken my kids to much cooler places before. 2 stars.

Its an okay place its not much fun but they do have good service

Not a good Time, Threw cake on plates for the kids, had zero patience for it. Cake was a high end one like we always do Custom made. The price for adding 3 horrible pizza and two sodas was 50 bucks! Price gouging at its best. Pizza was cheap and tastes bad, not to mention it was a 5 dollar number. Two liter cokes are 2 bucks each at high store. So 50 bucks for 19 dollars of food. Plus if you want your own food. Its an extra 75 on top of the inflated price to have the party there. With what I spent we could have had a much better time at Another place. Not to mention the staff in total was all under the age of 21. It seemed they needed adult supervision themselves. The one highlight was a young Man watching our party he was courteous and nice. He tried to make up for the horrible treatment by the manages and owners! Go there if you would like to waste your money and like to be price gouged!!!! 365 dollars to learn a bad lesson!

The kids had a blast, some of the adults had a blast bouncing too. The Pizza was great! They made it super easy and I would recommend to anyone that wants to have an excellent time. My only advice would be this: Even though the pizza is very tasty, if you do not want to feel rushed...go for cake and presents only after the kids jump. There are two jump rooms and you get 30 minutes per room. After that you get 45 minutes in the party room. For us it felt a little rushed trying to fit pizza, cake, and opening presents in a 45 minute setting. Might come back next year for my daughters next birthday! :)

Overall a great place for kids to work off some energy. We would probably take our two kiddos back when were in the area again. I was not a fan of the rotations of the rooms. I would have preferred both rooms to be open at the same time, but maybe we just came at the wrong time.

Good place! The kids love it and the young staff are great. Groupon promotions are available. I personally like the massage chairs they have placed in each bounce area.

Its ok for I little fun. But, after pay to enjoy the place your self with your family, they still charge for the games machines they have in there. No too cool.

Fun for the kids

Upon arrival, there was a horrible smell inside the building. I was told the age considered for children was 3-17 years old. The staff during the party did an okay job. The person taking the pictures did not get a good picture of the birthday boy, but of almost all others. Once I got ready to check out, they told me that the age for children started at 2, then told me if they could walk they would be counted. So three different stories on what is considered a child. I was also told multiple times before arriving if I did not have enough kids I could be reduced down to the lower package and get a refund. I initially reserved for 15 kids, but only 9 showed up. I asked to see the list of kids they checked in because I knew I didnt have 15. They started telling me about kids that signed a waiver but did not come, so I asked to have those taken off. She initially did not want to remove names that I requested. They did not check names as my guest arrived, they were only going by who signed a waiver online. So I asked to have my refund. I was told that I would still have to pay for an extra pizza since the 15 package came with 3 and the 10 package only came with 2. Again, no one checked with me on how many kids I actually had there and I had way too much pizza for the amount of kids. End result, I did not receive a refund and the lady that checked me out in no way tried to accomodate or satisfy me as the customer. I will not return, nor will I encourage anyone else to. They need to do a better job at checking in children and checking with the parents before hand.

This place was way cooler than I expected.I came here with my niece for the first time.This place has all kinds of bounce houses.There are little toddlers running around everywhere, just trying to catch their breathe.The Excitement is REAL.

Update - they opened at 10:15am. Just running late. All good.Showed up for free jump on 4 May at 10am per website. Door was locked and lights off. Called number, but got automated system. Wouldnt tell me the hours, and no hours posted on the door. Several other parents, kids there and just as disappointed...

6 giant bounce house/slides in 2 rooms. Nothing extra special. We werent terribly impressed, but it wasnt too bad for $5. Not filthy, but could have been cleaner.

Fun place. Really, yes designed for ages two and up. There are no special bounce houses for smaller children. But since it wasnt busy during toddler time, my 10MO still enjoyed it.

Absolutely LOVE this place... If you have not been...GO. My kids and I ALL have fun. I take my shoes off and go with them. Its great bonding and a great destresser. The only reason I give it a 4 star rating is because they are VERY LIMITED on their hours. You get about 2 hours a day for OPEN JUMP...hours of their chosing. (Which you can find on their website. )

There arent a lot of fun things for the adults, not are there comfortable places to sit. But the bounce houses were pretty great, and the addition of a bubble machine added a nice touch that got everyone in a pretty festive mood. I cant speak for the price, because this was a group event and the host paid, but it seems like the kids had a great time.

I have to say I was a bit worried after reading reviews from other places... As soon as we walked in we were immediately greeted with a smile and introduced to our instructor. After watching a short video we were on our way to jump. Joe was super helpful and fun with the kids! He showed them patiently how to use the equipment and even gave them tips on how to do things. Before we left he even remembered to say happy birthday to my son. I recommend this place ESPECIALLY if you have toddlers since they have a early toddler jump... I didnt hate the price either 😊

We have been attending open jump and birthday parties at the Fort Worth location for several years and I have noticed a considerable improvement here. We chose to have my 7 year old childs party here on a Saturday and it was worth every penny! New bounce houses, fresh interior, VERY helpful staff all made the party a hit. We had many different ages at our party and our attendants engaged with all the kids while making sure things didnt get out of hand. They were super helpful and attentive even while training a new employee who was also very polite and helpful. The party room was set up behind the scenes, so I didnt have to lift a finger or worry about forgetting anything. Their enthusiasm and finesse at running the event had the kids excited but also kept the chaos to a minimum.

Kool place! My first time here. For the bday party they move the group around from room to room. Pretty nice!

When we entered the first room it smelled awful and musty like there might be a mold problem. Then we went to the second room and sure enough one of the bounce houses was closed because it was covered in water from wa roof leak. Very dangerous environment to be in especially with kids if there really is mold. The smell is enough to convince me to never return.Update: I just asked about the mold smell At the front desk when we were leaving. We decided to leave early because the smell was worse in the second room and the carpets were wet. The lady at the front desk denied it and said the water problem just started that morning and said there was no odor But the employee working the room told me she had reported the water leak over the weekend.

Pizza looks disgusting and taste even worse! Air conditioning is never on. Kids spend more time getting water to cool down then playing.

Had my end of the year party for my softball team here. Scheduling was pretty easy and they went over the rules very well. However staff wasn’t very organized and said we owed money for extra kids that were not there.

Bouncing area is decent...but you only get ONE HOUR of jump time. And they are set times, so if you get there at 3, you get 30 minutes to jump. Be sure to find out free jump times so you know what time to arrive. Price should include at minimum, 90 minutes.

My family likes this place its decent, but only thing I wish they would do is cut off at certain age. So the older and bigger ones can not jump, my poor little ones kept falling down when they would get next to them on the bounce house and they would cut infront of them just because they were bigger kids.

The front area smells nice and clean. Wish the inflatables rooms didnt smell so much like old shoes. The kids are OBSESSED though, so well be back for sure!

I took my jiu jitsu kids to this Pump it Up for making honor roll. I was really impressed with the service. They took care of all of our needs and made sure the kids had a great time. They even played some of the racing games with them. The equipment is all clean and well maintained. We will definitely go back.I also rented a bounce house from them for an open house event and they sent someone to set it up and watch the kids safety. Great experience with that too.

This was our 1st time here. My children came home with a few lice bugs in their hair from here. They most certainly didnt have lice this morning and after leaving and taking my daughters hair down she had bugs in her hair!

I was very disappointed in this location. We have been 8 times, and today I am finally writing a review. As a childcare provider for 13 years, Pump it up at this location is not something that I will recommend. It is dirty, the staff are very rude, and they are very unorganized. There is no supervision during open play. While kids are going down the air slides older kids are pushing kids down, and running up the part of the slide as children are going down. When you ask the staff to please supervise, they give rude responses as the staff are teenagers. Kids are allowed to break all the safety rules they have posted while in the jump rooms because there is no staff superving in the rooms. We have been many times and it just gets worse. A place for children needs to have competent staff.

This place is crazy. We went because we had a free ticket, Im really glad we didnt pay full price. Its hot in the play rooms and their play times are short. I would not take my child younger than 6 here if it wasnt the toddler Time. This is difficult for me because I have children from ages 8-3. I was so worried about my youngest child begging ran over by older children. I will not be back. My older children also got bored easily.

My 3 yr old grandson always has a good time jumping, sliding & making new friends.

I had my 5yr old party here this past Sunday, it was the worst experience for me and my guest! This is the fifth party we have had here and Im sure it will be the last. Out party WAS to start at 11:30, we were told to be there at 11:15. Well its hard to get into a party when the management does not show up until 11:40 to unlock the doors! My family and ALL the guest arrived over 20 minutes (had to stand outside, the LOCKED doors) before any management showed up to unlock the doors. The manager, Brianna (in a hurry because she was the late employee) pulled into the parking lot and parked about 4 inches away from on of my guests cars so she could not get in or out of her car (I have pictures)So everything from there was MASS chaos, I couldnt even enjoy my own daughters party. My childs party was not in the computer system for the parents to sign the waivers when they walked in.One of the bounce houses was not filled up in the first room, laying over the bounce house with the balls, so the kids could not slide down the slide. MY guests parents had to help get it moved and aired up, thats was not MY guests responsibility! They tried to make it better by adding 30 min of extra jump time, and they didnt charge us for the glow party. Thats all fine and dandy, but this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a kids birthday party. Extra jump time and not charging us a measly $30 did not make up for the irresponsibility and incompetence of one person no being able to do their job. The bathrooms were nasty both mens and womens, the birthday rooms were not cleaned as usual. We usually get offered hand sanitizer before we go eat pizza, not this time! All of this again because 1 person the manager on staff that day could not do her job! Its not like that day was any different than any other day they open at 11, so this day was no different than any other! Its pretty bad when 2 of the other employees are sitting outside with the party guest waiting to get in as well. SO FRUSTRATED, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Great place for kids to burn off energy. My son was not quite ready for all the bounce pads because he just turned 2. The only down side is the horrible smell of feet I guess thats to be expected at a place where kids have to take off their shoes, but it was an overwhelmingly horrible smell.

No place for toddlers yet they charge $8 for them, they let you play in 1 room for 45 min then the other room for 45 then they kick you out. If you dont like basketball your out of luck because there isnt a lot of choice. It took 10 min just to sign in . the website does not tell you you only have 1 1/2 hes so dont be late!

Really enjoy bringing my grandson here. I didnt like how the price remains the same while summer camp goes on yet the kids are confined to one room.

Oh my gosh this is an amazing place for children I even got inside of the jump houses and slid down the slides with my children it is a great place to have a party and if you go on Groupon you can probably find it fairly cheap
