Instructions were clearly given of what we wanted. The price reflected our request. On the day of the event she arrived 45mins late, 15 mins before start time to set up. The price quoted made me think a professional set is what we were getting. She didn’t even look professional with a rag on her head. I know Texas was hit with snow and ice and high electric bills, but don’t rip off customers. Never will I book with this company or refer them ever again.
