I have lived here for 5 years. The first 4 were amazing with Felix being the most valuable employee for helping residents understand fees and rules. Over the last year we have been hit with extra fees almost monthly. It seems they are searching for things to try and add fees to my lot rent now. Sewage charges have increased by almost 10 fold. We used to have a bulk trash day monthly. It has mysteriously vanished and we are now charged $50 daily for bulk trash items. The new property manager seems to only be interested in getting current residents out so they can charge more per unit to new residents. This is not the community alot of us fell in love with and wanted to call home. Currently trying to sell my home so we can find a place that values us as humans and not just a monthly check. Judging by many reviews I am not alone. AVOID UNTIL NEW MANAGEMENT.

Just moved here and I absolutely love our park manager Eileen. She treats everyone with respect, very efficient in getting things done, and quite funny as well. This was a new start for me, and I feel I am in great hands. Come see her and come try out this park. You wont be disappointed!!!!

I have lived here for more than 20 years! Love this place for the great neighborhood and so close to the schools. Anything you might need is just minutes away.

NOTE: I do not live in this community so my rating is not accurate and this is a warning that they have NO RENTAL units.Background: Despite two websites (mhvillage.com and yescommunities.com) having displayed you can rent at this location, they do not currently rent any of their units out. [Update: yescommunities.com took down the rental listings for Meadow Glen as of 20SEP21.] I submitted an application based on those two websites showing rental units and paid $50 for this endeavor. I called last week and was informed they actually do not rent units...well thats great, but after the fact. It is not my fault those websites were not maintained. I requested my $50 back but was denied since they said I can use that application at any other mobile home site on the Yes! Communities website; except, at this time, no other mobile home site in this vicinity is renting! Moreover, as a single father and disabled veteran, that money means something to me!

Dont do it ! They dont care about their residents. Change the rules depending on what color your skin is! And oh forget doing laundry or dishes because the water is shut off at random times every week!

Had a great experience at Meadow Glen. I was able to walk an available home on lot 70. The property was very nice and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and followed proper covid precautions which made me feel comfortable. I met with the sales rep Felix and the manager Esmerelda. They answered all my questions and went over all the information with me. They were very patient with me. I’m definitely submitting my application.

We moved in march 1st .2 weeks after we moved in felix called me . He said he couldnt post the check I gave him until next month.i needed a new check with the late fee. I paid it.april comes and he forgot to put check in bank.Now I owe late fee for that.pay in 10 days or eviction

My mother and I moved here 2018 February 11th I moved home from Florida. To sell.My mother home of 45 years I located this place was thinking that I had made the right decision We paid cash for this manufactured home the right way I thought 6955 Andover Park is a regular manufactured home park located in Keller right next to some of the finest schools in the state of Texas children playing and riding bicycle in laughter in the street I have too. My mother fell and broke her neck she went into rehab and I was diagnosed with liver cancer stage 4 that problem my mother went to rehab and I went Oklahoma City and I was quite ill I needed chemoA few weeks ago we were delivered to our door because theyre afraid of our dogs which I understand let let me make that clear my. dog is a wonderful dog and protective of the family the guy stuck his hand over the gate. He was just doing his job but I do understand where the paranoia would come from. NOW they served with evictions paper out by the end of June .We paid cash for this home double wide manufactured homes not too bad and my mother 84 you want to stress her last year like this .We are paying $600 to have the yard picked up and cleaned out $200 fine to the mobile home park charge . now it would make one wonder Im Native American and it makes me think maybe a little prejudiced.?fot not once have i recieved a phone call nor a knock on my door thou I hve called and knock on thier door meany times i have called home office.and emailed.them with one return email saying i would hear back in 24 hrs and nothing.We have been threw this park and there are trail or s every where it was parked safely not on the grass with a kind note begging them to not tow and what we were doing.I feel the need to say I was a 70s child I played in the neighborhood i and rode my bike .and they have that laughter here and just so it looks neat and tidy you want to.put our children in front of television.

This use to a fairly good place to live. Now that weve had a winter storm here. Weve been told that maintenance would be here 3 or 4 times and we still havent seen them. Tired if being lied too.

IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS, PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. This was by far the worst decision I’ve ever made with buying a home. The neighbors were always loud, my home was broken into 3 times in one summer, and management is a JOKE. The location is great, but I found an actual house, not far away, with a fenced yard, paying what I was paying there. Buying is cheaper than renting from these people. They are not what they claim to be.

So apparently having a near perfect renters payment history AND a perfect mortgage payment history (except when they try to pocket your payment and then when you go question them about it they find it under the desk calendar) and because of them not posting your lot rent on time they evict you.*Amendment *Just called their help line and got the corporate line stating theres nothing corporate will do to help you. So despite being a damn near perfect resident doesnt matter to them.

We needed a place to live 5 years ago, really fast. Are intentions were to move the next year but we ended up here still. Its alway something I think I pay to much rent for this place. But its home for know. The people in the are good people. I have a good neighbor. And I do recommend this place to people

If you can avoid it you should. Its convenient location is okay. For a rent house its fine I guess, however you would be much better off in a free standing brick house with a fenced in yard. Better than apartments, but you cant control your neighbors. Really expensive for what it is, living without a garage is hard.

Horrible mgmt, never seen rent go up monthly before living here. Bad internet, and only one choice. A hole in the ground would be better.

Great location, nice clean mobile home park with tons of amenities!

Units can be rented or purchased. Lot rent is reasonable, corner or large lots have higher rents. If you dont want an apartment but you dont want to commit to real estate, a manufactured home can be a viable option. This location is literally surrounded by $300k+ homes and is sometimes referred to as Ghetto Glen. Having been desperately poor in my past, I can say confidently that this community does not satisfy the definition of ghetto. Blue collar, honest salt of the earth people live and raise their kids here. Every neighborhood has a few bad apples. This isnt Beverly Hills. But the management staff treats you just as nicely as you treat them and all they hope for is a clean respectful tenant who pays rent on time. My only gripes directly related to the property management itself is the occasional unexpected and sometimes frequent loss of water service because theyre having to replace lots of old plumbing lately. Also, theres no fiber optic cable high speed internet available because cable companies discriminate against lower income housing areas. Satellite and wireless services are available.

Dont move here at all!!! We are always calling the cops because of these little punks in our neighborhood. Cops are always driving around and being called. Its hard to get internet service in the area. Weve been without it for THREE YEARS!. If they dont like whats on your property they will remove it without notice and WONT give it back to you. (They took my sons $45 pool that he paid for) when rent is due you must get your invoice stamped because if not they will charge you a late fee even though you did pay for it. So far our utilities went up over $100. (Garbage and sewer) cars are always driving fast in the area and dont care about the kids. The front office dont give a damn about you. They LOVE to gossip about the residents and they put words into your mouth. They tell you what you want to hear and you will get fooled. Read the reviews before making the decision to live here.

They seem not to go by their rules. Water and lights are cut off sometimes to fix. After trash truck comes thru there is trash blowing in yards and streets. To many lose dogs roaming the streets. Street lights not working had to put up are own.

I just watched the maintenence man take my neighbors swing set because he said he was doing his job. My neighbors received no notice to take it down. Again no notice. They will take anything they want from your front lawn. You cant get internet. The office doesnt care about its residents. They are hardly ever there. This place has been a nightmare. At the earliest opportunity we are moving out.

When I bought my house I didnt see the clause where I could not move my house. This is the only reason I am still here I am legally obligated to be.

Just had a tow truck that hslasny been seen in the park back up and tow my truck out my drive way for supposedly being on the grass. The problem I have is he passed about six trailers with cars parked on the side of the road in the grass and didnt tow them. I’m starting to think it’s some racism going on.

Scum of the earth. Drug dealers not being dealt with. Filth in every house. Overcrowding in every house. Promises of evictions and nothing happens. Animals that arent suppose to be here and still no evictions.

Peaceful community on my street but pool is always closed and always saying you pay your rent late when you already took them the money.

The people who run this neighborhood dont know what their doing and will try to scam you in every way possible. If they dont want you in thier neighborhood they will try everything they can to get you out. They will make up violations. If youre thinking about getting a house here DONT!!! Go somewhere else.

I lived in Meadow Glen before they built Timber Creek HS and Caprock ES. I was in Pre-K when i lived here, now i am graduated from high school for 2 years now and i miss that neighborhood. It was when the addresses were 3 digits and there was no park at the front. Such great memories at Meadow Glen!

Awful! The trailers are torn up whenever you rent them, they ripped us off to where we couldnt move for a year, theres gang activity and drugs at night fall, just over all a bad experience.

Absolutely the worst place to live in Keller! Management is horrible and the new manager is even worse. Cant have anything on your front porch, hell they said I cant even have my ice chest on the front porch. The last manager stole four of our foldable Gates. Management also picks and choose who must follow the rules and who doesnt. Cant even have an invisible dog fence because its against their rules. Unfriendly management cant answer or return calls. No one is ever in the office.

Lately very unpleasant to live here, we have been living in the community for 6 years, everything fine in years agoLately they dont pick up large garbage (only the one that is inside the garbage can), and the water is cut off not for an hour or two but you can last a day without water
