Terrible! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their restaurant had run out of everything but burgers. There was one person running an omelet station for breakfast even though they advertised a full menu. No coffee was made. The staff was rude. Front desk never apologized or offered compensation for the lack of advertised amenities. Dont expect anything but a roof over your head and a room that smells like a litter box.

The smell of this place: wet cigarette smoke, mold, and mildew. They are running on a skeleton crew, which I get, but I was never told by the hotel staff that my room wouldnt be cleaned during my stay, nor was there a notice in my room about it. I had to get more clean towels half way through my stay - with the smell, I couldnt use any bath towel more than once. The horrible smell was the worst in my room - it actually gave me a nasal infection that took me a week to get over.Also, you better give yourself an hour (or more) to participate in the free breakfast if you want eggs. There is 1 staff person making eggs 1 customer at a time, so if there is a line, you will be waiting a while. The whole morning crew is on slo-mo, which is surprising for a hotel that seems to cater to the business crowd.I wont ever stay there again, and my office has taken it off the list of places to stay when people come to town.

The free breakfast was really good, just make sure you are standing in the correct line for it. One for eggs, one for everything else. I waited in what I thought was the main line for 10 minutes to be told to go stand in another line for 15 just for eggs. Silly… There was also a towel shortage as you had to phone the front desk requesting them. Due to short staff, our room was not cleaned in between the nights of our stay, and the power outlets in the lamps next to the bed did not work. My cell phone did not charge and died over night because of this.

I stayed here in May and accidentally left two very expensive brand new bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the shower. I called the same day and asked them to hold onto it until I was in town again the next month. The woman I spoke with assured me that they lock up left belongings in the housekeeping office and only housekeeping has a key for it. She confirmed with housekeeping that they picked up the bottles and that they were locked away for my return. I got back in town and went to the hotel and of course the bottles were gone from the locked room and housekeeping has no recollection of it. I hope they are enjoying my super expensive shampoo and conditioner. I will never stay here again. If staff can take from customers after they leave why wouldn’t they do the same while here. Super disappointed as it is really rare that I splurge on anything nice for myself so was counting on getting them when back in town. Just sad but expected these days.

The lady who worked night shift yesterday on July 25 gave me and my siblings a hard time. She made us bring our dirty towels down just so we could get some new ones. She wouldn’t serve us and was very disrespectful and disturbed our peace. We couldn’t enjoy our time because she treated us differently. The whole hotel smell like chlorine. Everything is overpriced.

Rooms are super clean and staff is mediocre at front desk at night. Day staff much better imo. No issues other than them not cleaning our room on a two night stay for staffing reasons. Other reviews have mentioned same issue so it seems to be the norm. They dont tell you up front which imo is the wrong way to handle it. A note under your door that looked photocopied tells me the reviews have some merit. I will stay there again only because of the super clean feel of the rooms. If I have to stay longer than two nights I probably will look elsewhere.

This hotel is a rather elegant and quiet place except when the trash is being picked up before Dawn. You wouldnt know that youre near a highway intersection. The room was very comfortable end the welcome staff courteous. The biggest Omission for these properties is always the breakfast. Today they offered omelettes and Waffles, but you couldnt prepare them yourself. Since I needed to leave very early, the line that had formed was prohibitive. The real egregium, though, was the fact that they offered no breakfast juice whatsoever. I am happier with juice and no food than I am the reverse. Obviously, I need to lower my expectations.

Checked in on a Sunday and checked out on the following Friday, NOT ONCE was my room clean or bedding/towels refreshed (though it was requested). When I called down to the front to ask why I was told “That has to be requested but you can come down here and I can give you fresh towels” .... yeah by all means don’t bring them up! For $120+ a night I don’t know why you have to REQUEST a room to be cleaned 🤷🏼‍♀️ Then Thursday morning of my stay I was woken up at 5am to trash trucks dumping multiple dumpsters all around the hotel. I know the dumpster route isn’t technically their fault but why wouldn’t they speak with the trash company and schedule their pickup for a later time?

This particular location has earned more than a 5 star review with their amazing amenities for the price. This location is by the nicest one Ive had the opportunity to book for my work travels. They have a very courteous and knowledgeable staff. Its a very hidden gem in S.W. Fort Worth that Ill be staying at every time Im in town for my job. Good food, great drinks, and an even better experience!

When we walked into the room we noticed a very strong odor. There was water damage on the ceiling & mold growing around where they had painted over. We found hair in our bed. We didnt ask for another room because upon arrival I had asked for a lower floor, but was told they were at full capacity. The staff was friendly. The overall room experience, not so great.

Positive: Good location close to restaurants and a Target for miscellaneous items. Room was spacious and comfy. About an 18 minute drive to sundance square/downtown. Negative: I saw one little roach in the bathroom and another unknown little bug on my room ceiling that kind of disrupted my peace of mind. I subtracted a couple of points for that.

10/10 recommend this hotel! Stayed the weekend of Feb 26-28. Indoor pool, puttputt, big rooms, clean, amazing hot free breakfast. Most of all though was the staff. They went above & beyond for EVERYTHING we needed. My 6 year old son has a broken leg & they bent over backwards to make sure he still had the full experience of everyone else staying there & to make it easier on me since I was there alone with multiple kids (one of which was hurt) by myself. Everyone was amazing but the night staff that week was by far my favorite!

I have traveled across the lower 48 states the last 15 years and stayed in almost 50 hotels/motels. This is the WORST hotel experience I have ever personally had. Never would I have thought a Marriott would be my worst experience. The noise level from other guest was absolutely ridiculous! My wife and I complained almost every single night about a room next to us or across from us. Please believe we understand normal noise, but grown adults wrestling at 01:30 in the morning or running from room to room and letting the doors slam until 03:30 is unacceptable! Not one of our direct neighbors had any since of decency. When we first complained on 3/28/2021, the man that worked the front desk stated “Mam there’s nothing we can do about that”. This was his statement, without making any attempts to address the situation. I’m sorry, do you not work for the Marriott? We complained again on 3/29/2021with zero assistance with the situation. On 4/1/2021 I personally walked down to the front desk and informed him to either call or go up there, it’s not my job to enforce good order. If he cannot, I can just call the police. Well, he moseyed up the courage to politely ask the guest to keep it down. Luckily the man never came back and the noise continued. Look, I’m not trying to make something out of nothing but believe me when I tell you to AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST!!!!!

If I could give 0 star, I would. Horrible hotel condition, and rude and unprofessional customer service. This is by far the worst hotel we ever stayed.My husband and I arrived at the hotel around 7pm on Friday for a 2 day stay. We were given a hotel room on the first floor when he specifically requested no first floor on the reservation. The hotel desk manager was present at the time during our check in. Not only did she not apologize, she became defensive and told us she didnt see that on her system, and that was the only room available per our request. As we settled in room 101 and I went to take a shower (while my husband was out grabbing some supplies at Lowes), the bathtub just would not drain. Nasty water was coming back into the bathtub, which posed a health risk. I had to jump out of the shower and requested to change room. Unwillingly, the front desk clerk gave me room 401, but at the same time warned me that I might get charged for both 101 and 401 since we used the room.We moved to room 401 after my husband came back from Lowes. As you can imagine, after unpacking, packing, and unpacking again, that was about 10pm and we were soaked with sweat. As we walked into the room, it smelled bad until we turned on the AC. My husband went to the bathroom to try to take a shower. This time, nothing but scorching hot water came out of the shower head no matter what setting we tried. This time, my husband went down to the front desk and there was no other available room. We went to sleep dirty, tired, and angry.We decided to check out of that hotel to find another one. We approached the front desk day shift clerk and explained our situation and ask for the manager for a refund on our horrible experience. She told us the manager wont be in until 11am and gave me her card so we could call.I called the manager, Ayda, around noon and explained our situation, she told me the best she could do was to give us 30 dollar discount because we did stay in the hotel. Not once did she apologized for our horrible experience at the hotel, she was non stop cutting both me and my husband off when we were talking to her. Ayda also told us we should have waited in the hotel until she came on shift so she could call maintenance to fix our room. She and her staff were unapologetic, defensive, argumentative, and rude. We have been staying in Marriott exclusively for years and are Sliver elite members. Not once we were treated like such until now.On top of that, the General Manager Serena Ogden was supposed to call us yesterday to address our concern, but she never did.

Great staff, very professional and friendly. The bartenders are great. Breakfast omelet is cooked up fresh with a nice selection of ingredients. Waffles are made to order as well. Coffee is from starbucks. The rooms are clean. The amenities are great and the lobby area is well done. A great value, I highly recommend and would repeat.

While the staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are big and comfortable, I had to give a 1 star rating. What I found really disturbing were the number of guests traversing the hotel and elevators not wearing masks, Nobody was confronting them. And they were openly flaunting not wearing a mask. There were signs everywhere stating they were required. There were signs stating they will not be served unless they were wearing a mask. Of all the people in the hotel, 50% were wearing masks. Of the 50% that were wearing masks, 1/2 of them were not covering their nose. Until this pandemic is over, I will not be returning to the hotel until the guests are forced to wear masks. My health is more important than their righteousness.

Booked room 2 days in advance. Manager sent an email 51/2 hours before check in saying she didnt have it. Wasnt checking my email at that point. Was driving to get there.By the time we arrived it was to late to get another room close to where we wanted to be. They gave us a small room with a pull out sleeper sofa. The light in the bathroom didnt work. So called down to see if it could be fixed. They said maintenance had left for the day so they could not be fixed they offered us another room which was wet where they had sprayed for germs and stuff everything in the room was wet. I put all of our stuff in the room and left to go to the show. We missed our dinner reservations that we had and had to end up going after our comedy show. And the next day when we checked out we found out we got charged for two rooms. Never had so problems at this name brand motel. Very unsatisfied and disappointed

If you want to spend money to stay in a Marriot and have the employees here tell you that noise all night long from guests is AOK then this is the place for you. Door slamming, partying, slamming into walls, yelling etc all night long and not a single thing was done about it from the front desk after calling 3/5 nights and going and getting an employee to physically come up here. If your coming to get any sleep at all DO NOT STAY HERE.

We called the front office and waited for someone to show up but they never did. We called back and all we got was an attitude from the front desk telling us if we dont like it we can leave. The room was very nice, and at a great rate. I liked the decor, and the bed was nice and comfortable. Also, the air conditioner kept the whole room very cool. Shower was nice and warm. Everything was clean and well kept. Now, the worst part of the property was the parking lot. I drive a Hyundai and it was a challenge to find a space. If you have a crew cab, youll need to be careful. Second was not much variety on TV. Very limited channel selection. Third, the room phone was not hooked up, in fact the cable was missing. Finally, in house food options need work. At least offer a hot breakfast buffet, even if its at the typical high hotel price, and not included. I went to the Dennys on Hulen and SW Loop 820. But other than those, its very nice and good value.

The receptionist at this place was very helpful and the check in process was very smoothly. The new beds were very comfortable to sleep on. Breakfast was delicious and tasty. Although we stayed for only two nights, the experience was memorable and I would definitely stay there again. Recommended!!

This was the first time staying at the Courtyard Fort Worth West at Cityview. We wished we wouldve found this facility sooner. A complimentary breakfast would be nice, but the stay was wonderful. Your staff was very pleasant and professional. We will definitely be staying again as we have Dr appointments in the area.After a 4 hour drive, it was a relaxing night. The bed was very comfortable. We love that the check out time is noon. Thank You.

This hotel was recently remodeled and the guest room was very nice with plenty of space to hang out for a reasonable price. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Modern decor. Hotel offers free breakfast but its not a continental breakfast; instead, its made to order. While the food was great, the service was slow due to every order having to be made and delivered to the table. Amenities were normal for a hotel, with some nice options for snacks. Not a whole lot of restaurants or other shops within walking distance, but all easily accessible with a car. Loved that the TV was a smart TV which allows you to log-in to Netflix, Hulu, HBOGo, etc. while in the room. Plenty of ample parking.

Great place with large, updated rooms with very modern amenities with plug in for all your devices located directly on top of the desk for easy access. The rooms have a futuristic feel but softened just enough with curved surfaces to make them very chic. The location is the perfect distance from anything you would want; food, shopping, nightlife are all just a short walk or Uber ride away, but its also far enough away to be calm and away from rush of the popular areas.

The Marriott Coutyard provided everything we needed. It was such a peaceful atmosphere. We had the most restful sleep - great comfortable mattress and bedding. The decor was classy. Wonderful lighting in the suite. Every area of our room was so clean. This hotel is surrounded by tons of great restaurants, but you could have a great breakfast or evening snack or some good food for dinner right there in the hotel. My husband and I have never felt so at home. We owe our perfect stay to a manager named Hosea who genuinely made you feel welcomed.

Beautiful hotel with spacious lobby area. Rooms are very nice but lacking closet/drawer space. Definitely better for just a night or two. Also were not great at paying attention to reservation notes. But the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the entire hotel made up for that. Check in was simple. Once we were in the elevator another guest told us the hotel let their liquor license expire so no drinks! We like to unwind at the hotel which is why we chose this place, luckily Main Event was close. The room was steamy and very hot upon arrival and it took several hours to cool down, we had to leave to room for relief another good reason Main Event was close. The only mirror is in the bathroom which makes it difficult to get ready when someone is in the shower. The rooms are dated. I could have stayed at Holiday Inn Express and saved some money with better amenities. We wont stay here again because our first impression was not great. There are plenty of hotels in this area and we will try one of those next time.

Girl at front desk was rude. Had to change rooms twice and although she was accommodating, she was on her cell phone and never apologized for the issues. First room was noisy and second room had mold on the ceiling in bathroom. There was a stench throughout hotel. This was not the quality I am accustomed to. I cut my visit short mainly because I didn’t want to stay there. I can’t believe some of the ratings. In addition, this area of Fort Worth is rather run down. I really liked the spaciousness. Having kids you need all the room you can get. The bathroom design with the curved counter gives more room without sacrificing needed space. I have not seen that in other hotels . It is as if someone really took into account the flow of a room. That impressed me the most.

Great area, close to numerous restaurants and shopping. Rooms are nice sized and clean. There is a bar and restaurant. Staff is eager to please and very helpful. I feel very safe in this area when traveling alone.
