SO MUCH FUN! We had a 75th Birthday Party for our uncle and got a Party Bus for the entire family, which was a party of 20. Our driver Jeremy was so accommodating and we loved having him as our driver. We had him take us to a restaurant about 30 minutes away and had the bus for 4 hours total. When we were finished eating we drove around and went to get ice cream, then took the scenic route back home so we used every bit of our time. He was exactly on the 4 hour mark with the excursion and helped us make a memorable experience for each and every one of us. He even had a wonderful play list going as we traveled about! We highly recommend Cowboys Limousine.

We booked a Hummer Limo for a local prom for 12 kids. Overall we had a good experience. Communications, booking and payment was easy and fairly clear. The limo was just over 20 minutes late which made our ambitious schedule a little more challenging, but they managed. There was an issue with the original vehicle while the kids were at dinner. A replacement was sent for the remainder of the evening. This was handled promptly and as the person who booked (but was not a passenger) I was kept appropriately in the loop on the situation. It really just added to the adventure and everyone took it in stride. The kids had a great time overall and will remember this night for many years to come! Thank you!

My son and his friends said the party bus was the best part of of prom night. The driver kept me updated throughout the night with text messages so I really appreciated that. The company was always quick to respond to my phone calls and emails leading up to prom. They did a great job!

My birthday night was going fantastic until my driver went from professional to unprofessional. There were sign from the beginning but I was celebrating so I didnt let it get to me but as the night went on it got to a level that was unexcusable. The behavior began to escalate at 11 when our reservation was to end. Mind you at 10:30 I texted the driver informing him that we were going to be late coming out and to not leave us that the restaurant still hadnt brought out our food.Instead of him replying back to my text, at 11:15 he decides to enter the restaurant and look for us to inform us that we was over our schedule time. I told him thats true but my contract said we can go over as long as a card was on file which I had. We then finally left the restaurant at 11:30 or 11:45 because he was rushing us this is when things got worse and scary .We pulled up to our drop off location and Im existing the bus he ask am I the one who booked the bus I said yes he then goes on to demand a tip which I was caught off gard because my contract stated that tips are not mandatory and being that his day was easy 5 hours for on an hour of driving total I wasnt going to tip. I then asked could his tip be added to my overage total he said it could but he not going to because he wants cash.I informed him that I didnt have any cash and I didnt know what he wanted me to do he then back the party bus up in order to block my car in and wouldnt move until i produced a tip. Because I felt so uncomfortable I asked if I could go to the seven eleven and get money off my card so I go to the seven eleven to get the money off the atm he then comes in the store and stands by the door and watches me. I give him 40 for the tip and say good night he then says this isnt enough that I need to pay his tip and the overage in cash. I told him I wasnt going to do that because the company had my card to file and thats the way the overage will be paid and if they have a problem they can call me.My drivers behavior was so out of line and scary and not to mention unprofessional.Because of my driver what was a beautiful night turned into a scary nightmare. Please when booking dont let everyone one leave before you get in your car. I hope the driver receives disciplinary actions for his behavior.

Buyer Beware!!! Their strict no-refund policy means you could be on the losing end of a rotten deal like my daughter was for her graduation celebration.The limo they sent was a 2001 Lincoln that had been recently rebought and patched up. The paper license plate on the back of the vehicle (no plates on front at all) read 71550Z6 2001 LINC Jul 03, 2020.There was a screw sticking out from the frame inside the car (see pics) so it had to be pushed in every time we entered or exited. There was visible rust (see pics) and corrosion (see pics). Someone had done a terrible job trying to hide deteriorating roof exterior by just painting over it (see pics). One of the passenger doors didnt close all the way (as in you could SEE the gap with your bare eyes).The contact repeatedly told me no refund and offered only to extend my service by 30 minutes, and said she hoped my daughter was enjoying herself.The General Manager (Lee) called the next evening, as I had requested, along with a woman named Rosa. He said he was sorry the car didnt meet my expectations, and he mentioned that a hummer limo had broken down just the week before! (As though the comparison would make me feel better about the trash car they sent us). I asked Lee directly if the car met HIS expectations and he refused to answer the question. Instead, he replied that other people had used that limo and did not complain. He also told me three times that people have different expectations.If you expect a corrosion-free, rust-free ride that doesnt have a 1 1/2 inch screw pointed toward your head when you enter and exit the vehicle, then your expectations, like mine, must be different.With Rosa on the line, Lee made several promises, including sending me an email with a discount for my next booking and a few other amenities. So far, NOTHING has arrived in my email. Silence on their end...So BUYERS, LOOK AT THE PICTURES, and decide for yourselves.Note: The driver, Shawneque, was professional in every way. I review her separately as she is in NO WAY a reflection of this business.

We had the best bachelorette party on the 20 person party bus! Our driver, Shaniqua, was an angel. She took great care of us and made sure we had a great time. Would definitely recommend!

Do not use these guys! I paid the guy cash at pick up with tip already, because I didnt think we were gonna have a bad experience. Our driver left us at the casino at 1AM, having to Uber all the way back to Fort Worth. We were also told we didnt pay the driver. I received a phone call today apologizing for the experience and was giving a free hour on our next booking. No thank you, I will never use your service again.

Rented a limo for my daughters 11th birthday, she had an amazing time. We were dropped off at dinner and her ride around made her feel like a princess. Costumer service was great 10 out of 10 and really appreciated the fast response on any last minute questions we had.

We rented Limo on 07/07/18. Limo arrived early and had cold water and ice. Driver was courteous and respectful. The ride from the Omni in Frisco TXto the wedding event center in Anna TX was smooth. The bridal party enjoyed every single moment. THANKS for a great service.

Worst experience ever. The lights went off while driving around. Parts of the lighting system fell down on people in the limo. The tv didn’t work. I called and complained the next day. I was told I would get a $50 refund. I have not received it. They have blocked my number. I am unable to call them now. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

It was the first and last experience I will have with this company. My daughters quinseañera was 8/10/19 the driver claimed to be stuck in traffic so couldnt make it on time to my house to take my daughter to the hall where she was having her mass, we had to driver her there which we were late to. When we left mass to go to the lake and take pictures, the kids were sweating of how hot it was because the limo didnt have AC the driver turned it on on our way back yo the hall, and to top it all off the driver almost crashed on his way to the lake in rockwall. The kids where never offered water or anything. It just seemed like this Limo company was totally unprepaired. Limo also took the kids 40 minutes earlier than what he needed. I am so disappointed, and will never use them again!

We shipped a limo Bus for Cowboys Limousine. Alma Lopez the owner paid with a fraudulent check check bounced for $2000. We delivered unit with NO problems and on time. Haul Away has pressed charges in the state of Florida. We have filled out subpoena documents with the state attorney office in Texas. STAY AWAY!

Ray called early in the day and made sure we didnt have any change of plans due to the rain. I told him no change in plans and ask that he please arrive by 5 with ice and cups. He confirmed that he would get the ice before he arrived. At 2 min until 5 i called to make sure he wasnt having any trouble finding the house. He then told me that his GPS said 7 min away and that he had not stopped to get ice. He arrived at 5:15 and we werent able to leave until 530. We stopped and got our own ice. He did offer to pay for the ice but we didnt care at that point. Upon arriving at the dos xx pavillion, Ray refused to pull into the limo/bus drop off location, claming that they were going to charge $100. When i argued that the traffic guard had just told me that at gate 8 we could pull through he then claimed that the limo could not turn that hard of a right turn and that he couldnt get into the space. Several other limos and buses pulled through. We all walked from the street corner. I asked the gate guard about the fee and he said there was no fee and that that gate was specifically used for limo drop off.*late arrival*failure to provide agreed supplies*limo uncleaned from prior event use*didnt drop off at limo/bus location at event*poor communication with driver

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LIMO SERVICE!!! We hired this limo service for a event on November the 3rd, it was the WORST service ever. The limo arrived 40-45 minutes late caused our daughter to arrive one hour delay to her Quinceñera mass service and the driver drove reckless causing my daughter to fall and slide across the limo on one abrupt stop the driver made. Her back was hurt and her hair updo was ruined even before arriving to the Ceremony. To top it off the driver dropped off my daughter to the venue 45 minute early stating that he had another venue to arrive to by 6PM, given the fact that my scheduled time was from 2PM-6PM. When I asked him to please explain why he was book to pick up at six when our drop off was as six as well the driver told us he had no idea he was just following order and that he was also upset with the company because the company had given him the limo dirty and with no gas just 20 minutes before my event started and that was the reason why he was late. I called the limo service by phone and after the third call Alma answered and told me management would contact me to discuss the issue. Days passed and no one contacted me, I followed up by email repeatedly and finally the owner called, she was not apologetic at all, said she would follow back up with me to see how we can further resolve the issue and ones again never returned to me until today I hear again from Alma..... Not the owner.... Horrible Service do not use them if you want your event to go as planned. They will ruin your day.....

Please never hire this service is very bad hire them and they never came to pick up the bride I paid 2 weeks before the event and never they will arrive. Think before hiring this service.This service is malicious, think about it before hiring them, I contracted them because I saw that they had 5 stars, but it is false that I paid them two weeks before and they never came to pick up the bride. It was a nightmare. Think about it before hiring this service.
