I picked up my award from Trophy Arts yesterday and I was so happy and pleased with the work they had done. They are professional and delivered the product in the amount of time they said it would be done. Everyone loved it. Thank you again!!! I will be using Trophy Arts again!!

Be sure and get a written estimate from the beginning. I went to pick up my order and she basically doubled the price from what they had told me. I wouldnt have minded paying what they charged for the nice finished product if they had been upfront. Waiting to communicate a large price change when a customer picks up their order is not professional or ethical! I was pleased with the work but do NOT take their word for the price without getting it in writing!

I had a very specific request and a short window of time to get it finished in and Trophy Arts really came through. Excellent service that worked with me to build the best possible result, despite the limitations I placed. I was impressed with the other products available as well and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

The owner Mike is rude and has NO customer service skill what so ever. I had a project I needed a quote on. I emailed several companies . Mike called me back to regarding a quote. I had emailed so many people I wasnt certain which company I was speaking with so I took his name and number and said I would call him as soon as the top piece of the project came in, which I did. I emailed Mike and asked him to please come out so we can get the sign started. and this is what he emailed me back.I think we are going to pass on this project, you didnt even remember who we were when I called you back, so you are obviously just hunting for the lowest price, and thats not our specialty. We have a 1000 SQF showroom outside of downtown FW, and if you would like to come by and see what we have to offer, we are open from 8:30 - 5:30.How unprofessional and rude. And I dont see anything wrong with searching for prices. I have no respect for this person or his company now. But I will keep him in my prayers..
