We had a GREAT experience here. Tammy is the best. She was so helpful and really took her time with us. She never made me feel rushed to make a decision. She was not at all pushy but available to help and answer all my questions promptly. My three young kids were with me and she was so patient with them and sweet to them! We highly recommend this place and LOVE our carpet rugs. They were ready SO fast after buying them and they are great quallity!

I started out with a remnant from Tim Hogans in Fort Worth 3 years ago. The quality of carpet was exceptional! After 3 years and many dogs it still looked beautiful. I went back and just purchased the same brand carpet wall to wall. I love it everyone loves it and I couldnt of asked for a more personal and professional team from Tammy to the installers. You have a loyal customer for life!

Great service! They helped me with choosing the wood flooring that I needed to match the paint and tile that I had. The floor installers did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. They were also able to fix a broken tile in the middle of another room for me. The did a fantastic job and I would use them again. Thanks Tammie!

I love Tim Hogans. I think this is the fourth time we have used them. Pricing is very fair and is all inclusive. No Mickle and dining like the big box stores. The price you get covers everything. They did an excellent job installing the floor and cleaned up after themselves. Tammy Turndial is the best. She worked with us for well over a month and was not pushy at all. You will be happy you chose this reputable company.

We wanted to replace the carpeting in our house with a nice hardwood. After contacting several flooring companies we called Tim Hogans in Haltom City and spoke with Tammie. While waiting for other companies to get back with us and bid on the project, Tammie came to our home after work the same day to bring samples and take measurements. We drove to their shop the next day and picked out the hardwood for our project from an incredibly wide selection of samples. We found exactly the color, grain and type of flooring needed. After receiving bids from other companies, Tammies was the best price and most responsive. Since their installers are also their employees, it was installed within the week. The six man installation crew was courtious, professional, fast, and very thorough. We couldnt be more pleased with the outcome. The product and installation were high quality at a great value. Tammie was professional yet very personable and easy to work with. The service and process was responsive and on time. We are extremely pleased and recommend them without reservation.

Purchased carpet for our family room here after looking at several other places. They have an excellent selection to choose from, fair prices, and the customer service was impeccable. Our carpet was installed within a couple of days of selecting it. And our sales rep Tammie was an absolute joy to work with, she was amazing!!! Tim Hogans is a great store with a huge selection! And you should definitely check them out. My husband and I went shopping for wood flooring and I think we got a great product for an even better price! Our sales woman talked us into T&L Mountain View and I absolutely love our new floors. She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, answered all our questions and helped us pick the perfect wood for our style. Ive already recommended this place to a few friends of mine and will be using them again.

The first time I visited Tim Hogans in 2012 was to look at carpet for the bedrooms in my home. I had already been to several places and had a general idea of what I was looking for. I was not expecting to find much here so was super surprised when I found exactly what I wanted and at a lower cost than other carpet and flooring stores. I had already been all around the Metroplex but wished I would have stopped here first; I certainly would have saved time and money.A few months ago when I decided to upgrade the carpet in my game room, Tim Hogan was the first place I thought of. I visited again and had the pleasure of working with Tammie. She was FANTASTIC! We talked about what I wanted and I was not rushed at all as she shared options and opinions of what would work. I left with several samples and within a few days had chosen the style and color that worked best. The owner, Tony, came by the next day and measured. Within a week the carpet had been ordered, arrived, and was ready for installation. I was scheduled to work with Jose and he and his helper did an amazing job! You cant tell at all there is a seam running down the middle of the room. Jose is so good with installation, its invisible, just the way you want it. With patterned carpet thats no easy task.In a nutshell, I couldnt be happier! From start to finish I could not make a stronger recommendation for Tammie, Jose, Tony, and Tim Hogans Carpet and Floors. Ill continue to go back and do business with them because I trust them to help me find budget friendly flooring solutions.

We had 4 bedrooms of carpet installed by Tim Hogans crew. They were on time, professional, all work was done in less than a day. Tammy was our salesperson and she was great.This is the 4th time we have used them for flooring.I will do business with Tim Hogans again! We love the carpet.

2 Years ago Tony from Tim hogans flooring put in tile flooring in my wedding venue Paradise Cove.This was a big project and we were under a tight deadline due to to the general contractor running the renovation project and being behind on various things with other vendors.Tonys team made the deadline even though they had to do so working in extreme conditions as they had to work around other contractors that were behind. With all the stressful things going on with the other contractors Tonys team eased my mind daily as they came in always with a great attitude, worked late hours and so much more to not just get the job done but they made it perfect at the same time!The floor turned out even better than I had expected and two years later they still look amazing! Every wedding guests comment on the flooring and how great it looks.I highly recommend this company!!!

Terrible! I completely agree with the other reviews. I had the worst shopping experience ever. First they ordered the wrong tile and wanted me to pay for the mistake. Then I returned some tile and agreed to pay the re-stocking fees, but they tried to charge me an outrageous amount of money, way above the fees of the contract. The invoice did not have the break down of prices, but I had kept the papers where they wrote all the prices to make me do the purchase. I called and went multiple times to try to settle the disagreement, and after some point they started INSULTING me!!! I called a friend of mine who is a lawyer and called the bank to claim my money. I got it back, but at what cost!!!

Carpet installation was bad. All seams show. Tried to resolve so they came out with a hammer to beat on seams. NOT HELPFUL

Excellent prices - especially on samples, remnants, ‘special buys’ - and the staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Installation was top notch as well. Have used them 3 times over the last 5 years and continue to be very pleased!
