I have done business with Crisp-Ladew for many years. I recently had a visit from the local fire department and was required to have some deficiency repairs made. Called CL and a technician was dispatched very timely. The tech was very professional, had a great personality, and was a good conversationalist. I will definitely continue to call Crisp-Ladew for my fire protection needs.

Its probably been about two months now since crisp ladew finished their job at my business, and I think Ive given their name away at least three times to associates since then. I experienced nothing but professional, high grade, clear, and concise customer service. It really could not have been a more pleasing experience. The man that came out to do the install we needed was incredibly polite and really knowledgable when we had questions. Wonderful service.

My system was red tagged. Crisp-Ladew made the required repairs and placed the system back in service within 24 hours. Job well done!

Fast and friendly extinguisher inspection

First time using Crisp-LaDew Fire Protection which provides an outstanding service. I will definitely be using Crisp-LaDew in the very near future for additional work and will highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their fire protection system upgraded.

Absolute nightmare to work with, sent me an obviously incorrect invoice, when I refused to pay threatened to red tag the building, when I demanded a re-inspection because the first invoice was incorrect tried to charge me for the reinspection claiming that the fire heads were painted and I had a third-party clean them. They were never painted and it wasnt mentioned in the first report. As their compromise they tried to make me pay half of the reinspection invoice from their failure from the first inspection.They finally zeroed out the invoice and apologized but it took months and dragging a state fire marshal into the matter.

Bad customer service and pathological liar.
