I called this service at 11:30 pm and came out and assessed our problem, Second floor toilet overflowed and never stopped. He came out and removed the water and started the drying process. Clint was very responsive and keep us informed and walked us through the entire situation.

We were very fortunate to have had Clint and PuroClean, not once, but twice! Our son flooded the upstairs bathroom months ago and Clint came out and walked us through the process and took care of everything. Then, recently one of our water heaters went out and got our laundry room and garage wet. We called him again and he came out and assessed the damage, gave us our options, and took care of everything. I have complete faith in him and although I hope we never have to use him again, if we do, I know we have someone we can trust.

A few days ago I experienced a rather minor leak from my air conditioning system. My AC tech did his best to clean up the water damage, but a large ugly stain was left on my ceiling, and he warned that he couldnt get the insulation and the floor of the attic completely dry. He suggested that I should have the situation in the attic looked at in a few days, just to prevent the occurrence of mold. I noticed when I looked at the water damage companies online that most of them were committed to solving the big problems. I was concerned that my relatively little mess would be of no interest to them. But PuroClean stood out to me as one company that might be willing to at least take a look. Clint came to my house quickly, and took the situation seriously. He was thorough and diligent and most of all fair. He declared that all was well, and did not try to deceive me into having something done that I didnt need. I was highly impressed with his professionalism and his honesty, and I gladly recommend him.
