Friendly staff WHEN YOU FINALLY GET A CHANCE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE! would be a great place if they answered phones. They are helpful and kind but its been almost a month and still havent started a session.

I never even had the opportunity to meet with any therapists, so my complaint is specific to their enrollment or new patient process. It took several weeks for anyone to return my calls or answer emails about where they were in the process of getting my child set up for counseling services. After three weeks, someone called and confirmed that they were having trouble verifying my insurance. That was frustrating considering they could have explained that much sooner than three weeks. Finally I reached out again after two more weeks and was told that they had verified coverage and were prepared to offer appointments to choose from. When I replied to that email, it took another week and a half for them to tell me there was some “court order” that they had to deal with and that they needed additional documents from family court to complete the process. I was shocked and confused because I’ve never had a court ordered custody situation with my child’s father and never indicated that to them. The whole process felt unprofessional and I felt like I was jumping through hoop after hoop with no results. I was attracted to the virtual option, but I’ve since found other counseling services that have the same alternatives and have been prompt, professional and accommodating in their on boarding process. Highly recommend folks look for other options for their families.

All of my family got set up with individual counseling. After 2-3 months of us were told our counselors were no longer working there suddenly. One family member had to re-establish with 3 different counselors. Tons of turnover, billing issues, and no shows for counselors. Do not recommend. It’s too bad because it is in-network and so convenient.

Waste of time and money.

Great people who really helped me and my family. Definitely recommend.
