Very happy with this rental! The owner was great at communication, texted me directly regarding pick up information as well as installation information of the car seats. He was quick to respond whenever I had any questions. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use them again in the future.

Ryan and his team were fantastic. We had changes to our flights and they were overly accommodating with our schedule changes. The car seat (Britax) was clean and sanitized. I highly recommend using them as they provided a safe and convenient option for families that travel!

This service was a life saver. We travelled by plane to DFW with a 1 year old and did not want to lug a carseat and playpen. I found this company after a quick google search for baby supply rentals. They delivered the items to the airport when we arrived and picked up at the airport before our departure. The items were clean and of good quality. I would definitely use their services again.

Clean Clean Clean. Rented a infant car seat, high chair and crib. Everything was like brand new. Ryan was wonderful keeping in touch and even provided videos on how to work the pieces. Would highly recommend and use them for future service.

Great and easy experience. We rented a portable crib for our guest. The process of ordering was easy. The management was responsive and fast and brought the crib to our home and offered set up and brought extra linens and everything we needed. The crib was nice and large and extremely clean and in great shape. Looked brand new. The linens were clean and also in great condition. It was great for our guest not to have to travel with a bunch of baby equipment and took a load off my mind. We will definitely use this company again.

Couldnt recommend Boutique Baby Rentals enough! They delivered and picked up right on time. I rented a crib, a high chair, a digital baby monitor and a box of toys for my nieces one week stay. All the equipment was high quality, easy to move around and clean. The toy box contained a wide selection of clean, age-appropriate toys that were not broken and worked properly. The crib even came with two sets of sheets, just in case! The day before my scheduled delivery, I received a call asking for the gender of the baby and her age. The deliveries were coming on her actual 2nd birthday, so they had attached two Happy Birthday balloons to her toy box, which was so kind and completely unexpected! I will continue to rent from Boutique Baby Rentals every time my niece comes to stay!

Gave us a gigantic tub of toys for my 10 month old that she loved the whole vacation, and everything else was exactly as expected and on time. Highly recommend!!

We have used Boutique Baby Rentals three times now, and will continue to be a repeat customer. They have made traveling with a toddler who no longer fits in an easy portable pack n play a breeze! We have rented a full size crib from BBR in Dallas and Fort Worth and have had the best service in both cities. We live in Austin and having one less thing to worry about when we travel to visit friends and family is great. I will ALWAYS recommend them to family and friends.
