Consumer Beware,We contacted this office for haul off of waste bed liner material. The Rep Jeremiah came out as you might expect. We had 3 55 gallons drums and was quoted approx 1700 to dispose of the material. This was on 4-12-2018. Several weeks wend by and no show to pick up materials. I called Jeremiah to follow up why the materials havent been picked up and tell him that I now have about a dozen misc. partially used cans of latex, and oil base house hold paint that i need him to quote and haul off. A couple weeks later, Jeremiah came by to look at material and box up and set to pick up material.A driver arrived to pick up materials. I met the driver and spoke with him a couple times while loading the drums. He finished loading and then loaded the pallet and had an unauthorized person to sign the invoice for the haul off without my knowledge. The next morning i received a copy of the invoice and noticed a HUGE charge that was never discussed of $5240.00. I immediately tried calling Jeremiah and left message with the Fort Worth office explaining that in needed a call back and that i didnt authorize the $5240.00.It took 10 days to get a call back from Kevin White (Jeremiahs supervisor) to tell me that I never requested a quote in writing and that it was too late to have the materials brought back to me.Jeremiah told his boss that we had 60 cans of paint (LIE) and i have the entire loading of product on video. I feel they delayed calling me back so that it would be too late to have materials brought back to me for other Legal disposal options, $50 to buy paint material paint drying chemical from Home Depot.Kevin White and Jeremiah, employees of Safety-Kleen Systems have lost a customer due to bad business practices and Lies.Feel free to reach out to me for further details.
