Elevator emergencies are tended to by a call center with very few people working in them. For the past 2 days we have called to report trouble and were on hold for over 20 minutes each time. The recent software update has resulted in an entrapment within the elevator and out of service cab for 2 days now. Sincerely hopeful that this can be resolved this trip out.
