Totally lied.Said when I picked up the plans from his office and paid him in cash all we had to do is take the plans to the city to get the permits so we could start remodeling our house.The city then sent the plans back because they were not correct.Kerry then did the plans for a SECOND time and the city turned them down AGAIN after two weeks.Kerry then said his company was incapable of doing these plans.So we are now out 850 dollars and he will not return our calls or emails.
