Rented a 20kw from Dallas branch and carried it to Woodward, Ok (356 Miles) The unit was not checked in properly, (checked with service manager). Long story short, I called the branch closest to Woodward and talked to a guy on the counter named David. He told me he had this under control and would take care of it.
