First, I am a big CTOS fan and customer. Love having options. My direct sales rep and his team of people are willing to help even if I have to fly into DFW to obtain assets for production. Just make sure you always do a thorough Pre Trip and Inspection of any asset rented or retrieved from any branch. Give yourself extra time during inclement weather / ice storm. Definitely Recommended.
