Ive never had a bad experience here. The staff is always super kind and helpful.Ive also had some terrible haircuts, also which I have gotten corrected here.I guarantee its the most straightforward and best quality haircut youll get in Fort Worth. I especially recommend Patrick because he is professional and down to Earth. Paired with an awesome price, these people always send you out with a smile and a sexy haircut.Im generally a harsh critic on reviewing places but these people are truly a gem in Fort Worth. Get your haircut there!!!!

Great haircut and service but NO AC!! I think they should have disclosed that their AC was out when I scheduled my appointment and I was pretty surprised when I arrived by how hot it was inside. They had these portable swamp-type coolers everywhere that were so loud, it made it hard to communicate with the person cutting my hair. This is August in Texas and the heat index that day was 104 and the temporary coolers had it down to maybe 85 or 90 in the store. I dont know how long the AC had been out but I assumed it was for a while if they had those other coolers in there. Great haircut but miserable environment.

I searched many places in the area and since I usually read reviews before going, I saw that Patrick’s name was mentioned quite a few times. I brought my boyfriend here and Patrick was ready for him up front. Patrick was very careful, very friendly and professional at the same time, my boyfriend had nothing but good things to say about him. It’s by far the best haircut he’s got in a while! We will definitely be coming back soon!

Trash! Can’t trim a beard no less even finish the job. My mustache wasn’t touched, that’s part of a beard by the way. Beard wasn’t shaped up at all on the side of my face. I was better off looking homeless with an affro on my face that I was after I left.

This is the first time I have been to this Floyds. I had a great cut and conversation with Patrick. He did exactly what I wanted and he was very friendly. A lot of times I have been disappointed in cuts or conversations but I was super happy with this location. I will definitely be returning, thanks Patrick!

The professionalism and quality of Kylie is off the charts. She was absolutely wonderful, she takes her time to make sure the customer is satisfied with their haircut. Shes definitely a keeper, Im from Indiana and was told to come to Floyds for the best haircut, and Kylie is the best stylist Ive ever had!!!!

I have been going to Sarah T for over 2 years now here at Floyds 99 on West 7th Fort Worth. She does a great job every time. She is a stylist that after a few appts, she already knows what you want. Staff is very friendly as well!

Just moved to Fort Worth and have been going to Supercuts for an average haircut. Decided to try this place out and was very impressed! Sarah cut my hair, she was very professional and friendly and gave me an awesome fade!

Ok. Im just going to cut to the chase and say it. Floyds is FANTASTIC. Im so glad I found Floyds and beyond grateful to have had Jillian trim and shape my beard. She did a phenomenal job and was a blast to talk to while she worked. Her husband showed up, cutting hair at the next chair, and they gave me some spectacular sight seeing tips and restaurant recommendations. The service was superb in all regards. Fast, friendly, and on point. If I come back to the Dallas/ Fort Worth area again I will be back for more of this incredible service. Thank you Floyds and especially Jillian.

I got great hair cut. Employees are nice. But when I see 2 employees not wearing a mask it is concerning. Even though we do not want to and as much as it sucks, that is currently the mandate that must be followed. It is what it is unfortunately. Businesses are loosing their liscense because of this type of thing so my advice is to be careful.

Excellent place for Mens haircuts. This has been my spot for a couple of years now and Ive never been disappointed, even with different people cutting it each time. I dont love the ambiance, but theyve never done me wrong. Also, its really affordable compared to making an appointment with a stylist at Tony & Guy or another similar place.

This was my first visit to Floyds and it was the best haircut experience Ive had. I came this past week as a walk in and i was so lucky to be able to get Kelli H. She was welcoming and understood my type of hair and how I wanted my haircut. If you have thick straight hair like me or even if its your first time going, I highly recommend Kelli, she was amazing!

New to the area, called around looking for someone who can cut a bald fade. After calling Floyd’s, they easily set me up an appointment with Mary G. A little nervous as my pervious barber had cut my hair for the past 10 years, I never really had to explain what I wanted nor how to cut my hair in a long time. She patiently listened to everything I had to say then gave me a look like “I got this” and did an amazing job! Anyone looking for a haircut similar to mine or even more unique I’d highly recommend her, she’s very good at what she does. I’ll definitely be back!

Sarah is so sweet, patient, and SO GOOD at what she does. My husband and I also go here for our haircuts! Floyd’s is such an amazing barber shop. Absolutely love this location.

Floyds 99 Barbershop is a very good place to great a quality haircut.They were able to take me as a walk-in and I only had to wait 10 minutes. The decor is very rock and roll and so is the music.I had a good time with the last cutting my hair and she was very skillful and gentile.I have no issues recommending this place.

What a waste of time! Showed up as a walk-in to get my son’s hair cut and was told the wait was 10-15 minutes. After sitting patiently and waiting for around 30 minutes and seeing about 10 people helped before us (not all appeared to be appointments), I got tired of waiting and asked about the status. I was told that they got several “requests” and those were given priority. They’d try to work us in, but we’d have to wait at least another 30 mins. before they could get to us. What a joke! With that kind of service, we’d rather patronize a barbershop that appreciates our business.

Presumptuous and rude: My 2:30 afternoon slot was actually pushed until 2:45 as the shop decided to override their own schedule! So the nice barber rushed to finish my cut (ugh) and not to a completely good outcome. It was over by 3:05. Hair looks ok but not special or spectacular. Moreover, he trimmed my eyebrows, which is nice. But he did so without asking me in advance, and it turns out one of them is shaven slightly more than the other (which I didnt notice until I got home). Super ugh! And no neck massage was offered, as advertised. Like I said, they rushed my cut.I needed an extra special pro on my hair today for an event, but I think my neighborhood stylist could have accomplished as much and better. Im convinced now theres no place like home. (Have to get some humor going here.) Floyds has been inconsistent in the past when Ive gone to them, and that was true today, in my opinion.

I had the most amazing time while here for my appointment yesterday, the shop looks so amazing with the art. As well as all the hair techs had such great personalities. Wesley cut my hair and Absolutly rocked it. I’m so excited to come back and see her again! Thank you so much guys!

Other than the price of a standard haircut (a little high in my opinion), this place rocks! Literally and figuratively. Found it by chance two years ago and have been going ever since. Everything is clean and tidy, the barbers and stylists have their own tools, and the music is just to my liking. The girl who cuts my hair is awesome, always chats, and Ive feel like its a laid back cool place to go.Only reason it isnt higher is due to price, everything else is phenomenal.

The rest of the staff is highly skilled and when she is not in Jordan does an awesome job ensuring I have a top notch experience! I drive about an hour to get here once a month to have my sons hair cut. This is the only place I have found to consistently do a great job with his cowlicks. No matter who cuts it here, it always looks fantastic.Tonight, without an appointment, I decided to get mine cut as well and I am so glad I did. I LOVE it! It is the best haircut Ive had in... maybe ever?!!! Kelli H is amazing! She listened and cut my long hair into a perfectly angled bob. I also really enjoyed her company. Has four girls at the counter not practicing social distancing but want to take temperature with a non Medical thermometer. They never keep anyone that is good. Girls at desk are not friendly.

Kelli is freakin awesome. My last few cuts here were less than stellar and I was seriously considering not coming back. I figured I’d give Floyd’s one last shot and I’m so glad that I did. She spent over an hour on the cut/beard trim alone and made sure every aspect was to my liking, all while being very friendly and personable. It’s very refreshing to see someone willing to take that sort of time to get it right, rather than rushing through just to get the next guy in the seat. I will definitely be back!

I love this place! After my 10th barber around the DFW, I found Mary at this Floyd’s Location. I am very picky with my haircuts and she gets it correct every time. She takes her time to do a fade and doesn’t rush through it. This is my go to spot for haircuts. Frequent it so much that even the receptionist knows me. Mary is truly a gem there!

I’ve been to this place multiple times and have had multiple different hair stylist’. I have got to be the most anxious person about receiving hair cuts as I have had the worst experience in the past at other hair places. That being said I have ALWAYS left Floyd’s satisfied with the cut I received from many of their stylists. Be open and tell them exactly what you want and how you want it.

I rarely leave online reviews, but this one was a must. Ive tried 15 different barbers over the past several months as I recently lost my 10 year barber due to him moving to another city. I cant believe there are this many barbers in the greater Fort Worth area and none of them can cut hair. That is until I met up with Kelli this AM. Hot damn, this girl can cut hair. I love coming here because the atmosphere is really cool, they play great music over the loudspeakers and a lot of the people who work there have specializations so you know youre getting a good service for the price. Shane is an great barber, MD works wonders with hair dye and Kelsey is awesome at womens cuts and keeping my undercut in shape. Be sure to call for an appointment - walk-ins are popular.

As a first time visitor I informed the barber about my last experience with a barber shop (2 years ago) and how they messed up my hair and cut my face with a straight razor. She seemed to know how important it was for me to have a good cut. From the front and sides it looked great. Then I get to work and see the back of my hair and it’s a disaster! I don’t think I can muster up the strength to go again. I will be finding ways to cut my own hair from now on.

I recently got a haircut at this place and I have to say it was the best haircut that I ever got from anyone. Emma is a great guy and he gave me a completely different look from where I was. He gave me sort of a combo pompadour style. But the thing that was great about my experience is that I dont just trust anyone to cut my hair and especially since I had been growing it out for 9 months. He took his time, asked a lot of questions which I think is vital in getting a haircut. He was very detailed and meticulous which I like. Great place to go but ask for Emma he is the best!! Kb

I made an appointment for both of my boys, they are 5 and 7. I checked in with the girl at the front desk and waited for them to call their names. I watched as several other men came in after me and my kids were taken care of ahead of us. 40 minutes later my oldest was seated in a chair. The stylist did a great.job on his hair and was sweet, but she left loose hair all over my son. Over an hour later and my youngest has yet to get a haircut, the stylists have looked right passed us, or seemed like they were uninterested since my son is 5. I have already paid for both haircuts and product, but am requesting a refund on the haircut and product.I will not return here. Just because I have kids doesnt mean I cant afford to tip well.

I wouldnt normally go to a barber for a haircut but I am trying a new haircut. I gave her 2 pictures to help reference the new cut. She butchered my hair. Not only did she not give me the cut I wanted she gave me a horrible male cut. If she would have told me that couldnt do the cut I would have accepted that and went somewhere else. Its si bad I am going to buy a wig to cover it until it grows enough to fix it! I will be calling to get a refund.I changed my review due to how I was taking care of. They gave me a refund and referred me to a better stylist to fix my hair. I will definitely go back!

Showed up as a walk-in and was told it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait. 45 minutes later a customer who arrived after me who did not appear to have an appointment was taken care of before me. I looked at the other barbers/stylists and none appeared to be close to finishing their haircuts. I decided to leave.2 stars because I have had similar experiences in the past but with a lesser delay in wait time.I have not had a particularly bad experience with an actual haircut.

When I started going years ago, the cuts and service were great. I’ve always enjoy the razor nape shave and also the back rub. But over the last few months, they’ve gone downhill. Mostly due to some employees taking shortcuts and not having a good work ethic. I got stuck three times with one individual that would flat out not give you a back rub. Last time I went, a couple of weeks ago, the clippers were used instead of a razor to the nape of the neck. WTH?! Obviously the staff are not on the same page and are inconsistent with the services they’re supposed to provide. I’m also the type of individual who tips regardless...well that’s my fault. I’m never doing that again. As a matter of fact, I’m done with this place. Maybe it was the luck of the draw that I ended up with some of the laziest people. They should go do something else if they can’t get on board with the company’s expectations.

Ive had some good haircuts in the past but let me tell ya, the guy with long fingernails, if ya know what I mean, gives terrible cuts. My sideburns are two different shapes right now, not cool. Definitely would not recommend and I am not going back.
