Dropped off my car this morning and picked it up the same day. The red leather interior of my car looks AMAZING! From the second I walked in the door I was greeted immediately by a big friendly Dog. Upon making my way in with the amazing dog by my side I was greeted by a friendly front desk clerk and she was nice and courteous! One of the installers came through and greeted me as well super nice friendly staff! The install looks amazing and my car looks like a million bucks! Didn’t install Katzkin heated seats the way Katzkin sold me on them, didn’t reinstall a seatbelt bolt, didn’t bother to lock my truck when they left it outside in their parking lot, didn’t reassemble a rear cup holder on my truck; had to revisit them later for them to finish. Poor workmanship on back of back seat. Won’t give them future business or recommend. This place cut corners! Sloppy work!

Took my Avalanche to get a sunroof replaced. Turns out it was a recall on the brand of sunroof so i paid niothing, it was all under warranty, set up a appointment had me out in 30 minutes and still made it to work on time. Counter lady aweosme and nice
