Couldn’t find a place to alight my Tesla model s with 3rd party camber kit. Not even Tesla of FW could do it. But Fonzie was able to do it and bring everything to a positive/neutral camber and toe. Could not be happier. Literally ever shop I called said they could not do it. Did not make sense. Thanks Fonzie!!!

Having my truck serviced here was a wonderful experience. Fonzie is up front with the cost of the repair, and I received frequent updates on the status of my trucks repairs. Additionally, Fonzie called a few days after the repair to see how the repairs were holding up. If I have a problem with any of my vehicles while Im in Fort Worth, I will definitely be returning.

Walked in, ol boy was a bit quick to jump to my suspension being trashed but no harm done Id have asked the same questions in his shoes since its vital to know for a proper alignment. Great service and I cant say I didnt watch from outside. Thoroughly enjoyed how meticulous and careful I saw him being throughout the entire process. Very impressed with Fonzie and I will for sure be back to Mikes for more service. Almost forgot to add this is on a freshly 6 inch lifted f150 King ranch with over sized tires, something most shops in this town have told me they wont touch, yet Fonzie didnt say no. He took his time and was very meticulous in assuring that it was done right and even rechecked it after to be sure. Definitely highly recommended for sure.

I was told $89 for the alignment on the phone but when I got there he told me it could be up to 2hrs in labor time Because it’s a classic truck and the alignment is more involved, which I knew. So i approved the 2 hrs and told him that if it goes over 2 hrs to let me know. Well I go to pick it up and surprise they charged me 2.5hrs, not 2hrs like i approved. I asked him about it and he just wanted to fight with me about it so I paid the bill and left. I’m driving my truck home to find that even after a $243 bill, my steering wheel isn’t even center. I won’t be back!

I have only ever had one issue with my car that he wasnt able to take care of but he knew exactly who could and was able to get me in touch with the right person that was the cheapest pricing in the area. Mikes Brake and Alignment is amazing, the best and most trustworthy customer experience my husband and I have ever had with any mechanic. Even if their shop is slightly out of your way to get there, it is totally worth it to get this level of customer care.

Lilia confirmed every repair Fonzie would be performing on my car then offered me a beverage while I waited. Fonzie introduced himself and also offered confirmation of the repairs he was going to perform. The repairs went great and sooner than estimated they called to let me know my vehicle was ready for pick up. Price was exactly as they had quoted and I was not hassled to spend more money. Horrible place!!! Since I walk in!! They told me right away; they can’t do anything till they inspect everything.. I knew from that moment they were going to keep the $45 they charge for inspecting the car before alignment and if you want to get the problem fix they deducted the $45 from the total.. I know for a fact they just want to keep the money or get more work them and get even more money! Said my rod were not good anymore.. when they just got replaced at Nissan Grubbs!!!! Zero stars if I could

I called for an estimate lady was nice on how she explained it but soon she started to interrupt me and than said ok and hung up in my face and didnt let me ask anything else if she is rude on the phone than how is tje place in general

Probably the worst customer service, ever.Purchased a groupon for the state inspection, although I didnt realize that you were supposed to make an appointment beforehand. But as Fonz liked to point out maybe next time Ill be sure to read the fine print. (I was too baffled and I didnt want to go back but had already purchased my groupon) I then made the appointment, got the inspection, only to find out that my windows on my 2013 bug were too tinted to pass inspection. I found this really odd, because Ive had it pass inspection every year for the past 3 years. Needless to say, I got a second opinion and it re-inspected and it passed with flying colors. Dont go unless you want to be ripped off. Sadly, I I ended up spending wayyy more money than expected. But, I guess thats life. Save yourself the time and the money and go somewhere else. lol
