I just completed my first ever car purchase at Hiley Hyundai in Fort Worth. Brent was the salesman who helped me out, and he curated a truly top-notch experience. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and transparent. I felt as though his priority was to be as helpful as possible and to ensure that I found a vehicle I loved at a great value. He was helping several other clients at the same time as me, but I did not at any point feel neglected. I am very appreciative of his help, and the experience as a whole!
Walked in to inquire about upgrading my vehicle since I constantly get correspondence from this dealership in the mail. I also get my oil changes done here. The service team is excellent. Too bad I can’t say the same for sales. I was never acknowledged when I walked in, although the salesperson Makayla saw me when I drove up and walked in. The receptionist had to ask her to assist me. I could see all over her face that she really didn’t want to. She pulled up my info and told me I’m another salesperson’s customer and walked off. I sat in the lobby thinking she called someone else to assist me. No one ever came and I walked out. As I left she was happily assisting an older Caucasian man. People of color spend your money where it is appreciated. They won’t get another red cent from my purse.
I HAVE OWNED FOUR HYUNDAIS IN MY LIFE TIME AND I WILL NOT BE OWNING ANYMORE. I CAN NOT WAIT TO TRADE IN MY CAR FOR A DIFFERENT MAKE. I HAVE HAD A RATTLING NOISE ON MY 2017 HYUNDAI SANTA SNATA FE SPORT FOR ALMOST A YEAR AND I TOOK IT TO THE DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPT AT THE 9000 WEST FWY FORT WORTH TX. THEY CHARGED ME LIKE AROUND 300.00 AND THEY DIDNT FIX THE RATTLE NOISE. I CALLED THE SERVICE DEPT. AND THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO DRIVE FOR 100 MILES FOR THE SOUND TO GO AWAY, WILL IT DIDNT!!!!! I CALLED AFTER AND NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH IN TAKING MY CAR THERE. ITS NOT RIGHT TO PAY MONEY WHEN THEY DONT FIX THE PROBLEM. WHAT I HATE IS THAT I HAVE A RECALL AND I NEED TO TAKE IT THERE BUT I WILL FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP AND SEE IF THEY CAN HELP ME. I AM NOT A HAPPY HYUNDAI OWNER.
I was going through some family changes and needed to sell my Hyundai Palisade and downsize to a smaller vehicle. I have always loved Hyundai’s so I stuck with that dealership. We had a great experience buying a car here. We were from out of town and the dealership worked with us to get everything buttoned up and in place so all we had to do is drive up and sign. They gave us a better deal than we were able to find anywhere and the finance guy, Cheyne, was a pleasure to work with. Ive bought a lot of cars from a lot of dealerships, and the experience I had here was one of the smoothest.
My AC compressor went out and the repair was under warranty. The service department was so easy to work with, diagnosing the problem quickly and despite the repairs taking place over a holiday weekend, they worked hard to make sure I would have my car back fast! I was only out my vehicle for a couple of days and I appreciated their efforts. Highly recommended! Many thanks, will be back.

Worst customer Service, not very helpful.Price was changed on one of the vehicles I was interested, I called to see if we could honor some discount for the “typo”, Chad was very rude and unprofessional as I asked, why was the price changed from one day to the other, after I had shown interest for that pricing the day before. I had submitted a Credit application and was told to come in, I was in contact with Edgar where I said I would be coming in soon as I live 1hour away. As I ask if anything could be done Chad said “you should’ve came in yesterday if you wanted that price” in a rude sarcastic tone. Overall bad experience and would not recommend to anyone.

I have a 2015 Hyundai Sonata that I just purchased. The engine seized so I brought my car to this dealership. They’ve had it for 2 months, and every time I call to check progress it’s a different story as to why it’s not getting done. John has been the only helpful representative in that dealership. I was told I would get a loaner car while they had it and that I was in the next 5 to get one 1 month ago, however when I talked to John he said I can’t even get one because I’m 19. To a certain extent I understand being backed up but this is inexcusable I’ve had to make 2 car insurance and car payments since they’ve had my car without any sort of compensation!

Bought 9 cars from tim ames. They must be doing something right
Zero communication or accountability. Dropped my car off there Tuesday morning. I was told it should take 24-48 hours to repair two cracked rims. Its covered 100% under warranty. Its Friday, and Ive called Wed, Thurs, and today and havent been able to reach anyone but the front desk lady. She asks if I want to set an appointment or speak to an advisor, so I ask for an advisor. I then get transferred to eternal hold. I called her back and explained the problem, but her response was well that means theyre busy. I let her know Ive been dealing with this issue since March and actually moved my appointment to this dealership because they said they could get me taken care of. I asked her if I could speak to the GM and she transferred me to Scotts voicemail. Left a message and havent heard back. Called again today and got his voicemail again. The lack of follow up with Hyundai as a whole has been atrocious. As much as I like Hyundai vehicles, I dont think Id buy another one. What good is a warranty if I have to drive my broken vehicle for months and when its finally getting serviced, Im not given any updates on the status? Now my car is basically being held hostage and I have no way of knowing when it will be ready.
The worst service! No communication. My muffler was stolen while on their property for 9weeks and they claim they are not at fault. My windows were left down and my car smells of mildew and is covered in tree particles. Going through different channels to get things done because they simply don’t care about customer service. Do not take your car here.
First time buying a new car and my husband and I had a relatively good experience with Hiley Hyundai! They seem like an honest dealership that doesn’t try to screw you over. We worked with Brent and he was awesome. He was so down to earth, friendly, and never tried to push anything on us. He gave us plenty of time to think on things but stayed in touch with us without being obnoxious or pushy! I’ve never met a car salesman like Brent! He’s definitely a great addition to the team at this dealership. Hiley had the best stock in the DFW with so many options; we couldn’t even consider another dealership. We got our car for a fair price and we will definitely consider Hiley Hyundai for future car needs!
Called to talk to a salesperson, they asked for me to come in and talk in person. They answered my question, but could have easily answered over the phone without me having to drive to the dealership.Since I was already there I asked if I could set up an end of term inspection. I was told I had to do that down at the service building. At the service building I was told I had to go back up to the sales building. When I was waiting to talk to an employee to help me, he snapped and said he was in the middle of a conversation with someone.When I found the person I was supposed to talk to, they said that they couldn’t help me at all, which defeated the purpose of me driving up and down from building to building.

Well the advisors are easy to talk and very friendly. Straight forward with the prices which I liked. Some would butter you up, give you an estimate and the actual price is then hell.

When the new Santa Cruz was announced, I immediately Reserved one on the Hyundai web site. Now, months later, the exact vehicle I requested was sent to Hiley (because they are the closest dealership), but when I went to buy it, they are holding it hostage and demand a $4500 fee. They call it a market adjustment fee, but I call it ransom money. Completely unprofessional and unethical in my opinion.
Although I wasnt able to find what I wanted the service I received was great and not pushy like salesmen usually are.
My experience with Hiley Hyundai was a very positive experience. I went into the dealership to compare the Santa Fe and Tucson and make a purchase decision. My sales consultant, Chase, was quite knowledgeable about Hyundai products. He pointed out the differences and similarities between the two vehicles. I ultimately decided on the Santa Fe. The Sales Manager, Chad, negotiated a fair price on the new vehicle. The finance consultant prepared the paperwork in an efficient and professional manner. I would definitely recommend this dealer to others who would like to purchase a Hyundai.UPDATE TO INITIAL REVIEWMy experience with this dealer began as a pleasant one, but has ended in an unpleasant way. It is now six weeks later and I do not have my license plates for the vehicle. I have made several attempts to connect with someone who can explain why this process is taking so long. No one at the dealership is interested in doing anything more than telling me the plates are not in. This dealership is done with the customer after the sale. I will be contacting Hyundai USA to register my dissatisfaction with this dealer I will most likely never purchase another Hyundai product. It is very unfortunate that Hyundai has worked hard over the past 20 or so years to develop a good product and then dealerships destroy that reputation. Customer service is probably more important than any other part of a sale. Its too bad that businesses do not realize this.
You can only hope to have a person like Nicole Wells in your corner when buying a new car! She advocated for me in a way I didnt know was possible to ensure I was able to drive off the lot in a car I absolutely love. I saw the car online in the morning and was handed the keys that afternoon. I will always recommend looking here and darn near begging to work with Nicole-- best decision of 2021!
Hello everyone. I bought a Hyundai Palisade in this dealership two months ago. I had to pay for the already glued 3m protective films 1500$ (although their real cost, together with the labor about 300$ maximum), plus paid extra 2500$ for the chip shortage on the market, in total the car turned out with 49k to 53k. Then also their financial manager very strongly insisted on an extended warranty, which for 5 years cost another 7k ...After 1.5 months I received a call that I could come to get my license plates. When I arrived, the lady at the reception was looking for them for a long time, then she asked if she called me or not, then she just gave them to me and said that I could screw them at home. I don’t know it is so accepted at Hyundai in all dealerships or only in this? When I bought my wife a BMW, they screwed license plates, refueled car and washed it... The service is terrible I had to come from Dallas to this dealership just because they had a Palisade in stock.I am very pleased with the car, I recommend buying it, but from another dealership.
Came in for an oil change and asked the service department to take a look at if my CV axle was loose because Ive noticed popping sounds while turning and shaking at high speeds. They told me it would be a $150 diagnostic fee just to check if the cv axle is loose. Screw that, I could buy a new CV joint for that much. The car is already lifted for the oil change, Im not gonna pay $150 for literally the 30 seconds it would take to put hands on the CV joint. If you get any service work done here beyond an oil change, you are a fool. Go to a real mechanic.

I was in the market for a newer used vehicle with low miles, and I had a vehicle to trade in. My first stop was Nissan of Lewisville where I found the horrific news that the vehicle I was driving had an accident on its history. I soon was on the losing end of any deal to get the car I was looking for as my trade value dropped significantly, and I was quickly shown the door. Hiley Hyundai/Mazda was my next stop that had the exact same vehicle I was looking for (with lower miles), and I entered pessimistic of actually getting a deal done that would work for me. Was I ever wrong! Troy Hurt, our salesman, was the most forthcoming car salesman Ive ever met. He didnt ask for the usual what car payment are you looking for, or play the usual run around games of let me ask my manager. He asked what we were looking for in a deal, and what was our number that it would take to get the deal done. Even though I was hesitant, my wife and I explained our situation with our trade, and what we needed to get for it in order to make a deal reasonable for us. In 15 minutes, Troy had the exact deal that we needed! Trade in value, price on the new vehicle, and financing that beat my rate I came in with!! What more could you ask for! Top notch service, top notch quality in vehicles, and most of all, the best salesman in Troy. Absolutely best car buying experience ever!
The staff at Hiley is great. Its like going to a nice hotel. Everyone if friendly and helpful. Its pretty good treatment for a free oil change.
Had my car towed here on a friday due to engine problems (on a 2020 vehicle…) and was told i would get a call monday with information. no call monday so i tried calling and was out on hold for 10 minutes before giving up (despite the line saying i was “first in line”). tried again tuesday. same thing happened. talked to luis on the 24hr chat on the website and he said he would let the dealership know to contact me today so i could finally get information on my car. absolutely nothing from them all day. i’m getting so frustrated. how hard is it to communicate???? i need my car. i have no idea what’s wrong with it, how long it will be until i get it back, and i can’t just make the drive to find out, it’s 45 minutes from where i live! this has got to be one of the worst customer experiences i’ve ever had. hopefully i can update this with better info but for now i don’t even know what to do at this point.

Very unethical and will ask to run your credit to get you the best price and then not even give you the price it shows on the internet. Will not give you a fair price on your trade in! Likes playing games! Sales manager isnt professional and acts like hes giving you a great deal!

I called about a car in their inventory early in the morning. An appointment was scheduled for 5:30 pm. A little while later, a manager called to verify that we would be there at 5:30. The salesman called me again around 1:45 pm and I told him that we were aiming for 5:30, but might make it a little earlier. When I saw the traffic was heavy around 5 pm, I called the salesman and told him we were on our way and would get there as fast as possible...maybe a little after 5:30. When we got there, the car had been taken out for a test drive by another customer and sold. Would have been nice to have them hold the car for us for at least 30 minutes since they knew we were on our way and told the other customer they could check it out after we had seen it. They say first come first serve. I wont drive to their dealership again.

For All future buyers beware of this type of thieves!.Great experience to purchase a car with Nicole Wells, however I dont think the costumer service from finance department couldnt be worse, I have been trying to get a hold someone from finance department, The issue was with CHeyne Witt, their financial guy, (he just wants his bonuses) that he said that I cant qualify thru Hyundai finance, (1.99% APR) with 820 credit score, thats had to go with Wells Fargo financial, (3.79% APR) with No explanation!. definitely not recommend anyone to this dealer, financial department do nothing to fix the issues, and get more Honesty Personal.
This is only for the parts department, calling to attempt to order parts for Hyundai is like pulling teeth. You get transfered three times only to get a voice-mail. If you leave a Voice-mail the call will not be returned.The guy that answers for Mazda parts is very nice but states he cant order parts for a Hyundai. I called over 15 times to get 15 voice-mail boxes. Garbage phone system, now I have to go through Autonation. Which is almost as bad but at least they eventually answer and dont send you to a voice-mail.
The folks at Hiley Mazda, particularly Scott and Troy, made my car buying experience a great one. They worked quickly and honestly. They went out of their way to accommodate my wiggly toddlers and gave me a fantastic deal on the perfect car for our family. I can’t speak for the sales department but the service department is absolutely atrocious.. my car has been in their service department for a month and a half with little to no communication. Spoke with the service director and he was rude hell about the whole situation and didn’t care how frustrated I was. Then I spoke with the General Manager who seemed like he was going to take care of things, issues continued to persist. My insurance company is getting frustrated with them as well and the whole process has been a nightmare. If you have a Hyundai that needs work, doesn’t matter how old or new it is, DONT COME HERE.

Actually still sitting in the lot as I type...We came to look at a new Tucson, and Ive actually watched them for awhile and have been wanting to trade in my car. We were on the lot for quite awhile, even walked the whole length before anyone even approached us asking if we would like help. We were finally approached by Garrett Moore and we explained what we would like to look at the Tucson. He pulled out the car, said nothing, stood there while we looked at it and while we were in the car, walked away and never came back. We still havent seen him and weve been here for 15-20 minutes. If yall arent in the business of selling cars, thats fine. I usually do business at Jerrys in Weatherford and just didnt have time today.Both myself and my friend that was with me have worked in cars for several years and agreed this was the worst experience weve ever encountered.

In spirit of public awareness I am posting this review. I hope this will help others make informed decision. My experience with Hiley Hyundai of Fort Worth is that they are not honest and professional. Last month I went there to replace passenger side turn indicator bulb that was burnt out. Although the bulb was replaced later that day the passenger side low beam headlight stopped working. Thinking the bulb must be burnt out I bought a pair of Sylvania Osram from Amazon and replaced them myself. But this didnt resolve the issue so I thought this may be something that happened when Hiley Hyundai changed the turn indicator bulbs. Yesterday I went there to resolve this issue. My service advisor was Jose. After the repair was done he said there was a defective bulb and a loose connection. I then told him that is not possible as I just replaced the bulbs. I asked him for the defective bulb so I can as return them. He went in and got the bulb only to my surprise that the defective bulb was Philips. I started asking him more questions about this as it didnt make sense to me. He asked me from where I got the bulbs, when I told him Amazon he said that is what you get when you buy from Amazon. That was the funny part, if you buy from Amazon one of the bulbs is Sylvania and the other is Philips. I asked more details about the new bulb he put in there (At this point I also felt he was getting nervous). He handed me an empty Hyundai OEM bulb box he noted the part number and mentioned it on my receipt and charged me $32.00. I was in rush so I headed back home with headlights working, the defective bulb (as per Jose), and the empty Hyundai OEM bulb box (that as per Jose is now part of my headlight). Today morning I went to check the bulb Jose said he replaced to. AND TO MY SURPRISE, the bulb wasnt changed at all. The working bulbs in my car, both of them, are Sylvania Osram bulbs. ANOTHER SURPRISE, the so called defective Philips bulb Jose gave me is not defective and is in working condition. Basically, I was CHARGED FOR AN EMPTY BOX AND AN OLD WORKING PHILIPS BULB (which I never asked for), the only thing they fixed is the loose connection. Also, the cap / cover that goes in the back of headlight bulb under the hood is missing. There is a loose wire next to it. This shows how they outright lie and are not professional. Please make informed decision and make sure you are getting what you are paying for. I contacted them and asked to speak to a supervisor. I am waiting to hear back from the supervisor.

We had an excellent experience with our car purchase here in every way. I was shopping from several hours away and then drove up to get the car. Our sales rep Timothy was responsive and professional throughout the process, and was extremely knowledgeable about the all features of the exact car and trim level we were purchasing, how to operate all of the features, etc. and gave us an awesome walk through of the cars more complicated features before we left. Scott the manager was awesome to work with as well. He was very honest and straightforward in the negotiation process, and gave us the exact deal we discussed when we drove up to sign the paperwork with no surprises. I would recommend Timothy, Scott and team 100%.
Brought my car in at 10:15 am with appointment waited till 4:30 and finally called to say car ready. Came to pick up car. I only needed a door handle fixed. Five hours waiting for car. I went to open the door handle. The handle came off in my hand. Went to fix it again only 15 minutes to fix what should have been all along fixed when I came to pick up car!
2nd time purchasing from Hiley. 1st time was great. This time was beyond expectations. The quickest and easiest buying experience we have ever had. Yesterday, I came with my dad to purchase a new 2020 Elantra and it was literally the best experience I’ve ever had a dealership. We came fifteen minutes before opening and was greeted by Jesse. Jesse greeted us with a warm greeting and stellar customer service. He met us half way throughout the full process, through helping us pick the right vehicle, negotiating pricing and answering all of our questions. Matt was our finance guy who helped us close the deal and he was great as well. Service department worst in my life. Rude and unprofesional. Defensive actitud with any reason. No good with the client. Took my car for 2 days and the car still with the same problems. When I ask for any reason of the sound my car is doing they cant give me any answer and told me I have to check it out of warranty. They try to charge me for using the warranty of the car. The worst experiejse ever.
We bought a Hyundai Santa fe past month there, our sales man representative was great, his name is Timothy he was patiente and kind all the time. The issue was with their finance guy we receive one contract with 0% Interest rate from hyunday and we signed it, then they call us about another offer from capital one, anyway we accepted it, because, it was great too, that offer show us that our due date will be on October 20, But after that they finance guy was gone to the company. And they keep the first contract from hyundai offer and the due date was on sep 20. At this time nobody call us to tell us about the internal confusion.We receive a call from collection about our first payment, something ridiculous!!! After that the finance guy who talk to us his name is Ron gave us the worse customer service that we never had in this country ... He never used any kindness or manners, I really was upset about the way how we treat us.He said you are late, you should pay, the contract that we had is the first one, the second one never were truth. At this point we didnt now or receive any information about the way that we should make the first payment.I do not recommend this dealer even when I had a good sales man.Karenis Gutierrez and Victor Aquino.

Our 1st hyundai bought from this location. 2014 hyundai Santa fe sport turbo. ❤ Love the car!Well for starters the only reason Im here is because Blue Link told me yesterday said this particular model had 2 recalls. calls on it that need to be checked ...called themselves to set up an appointment for me to bring the car in to have it looked at and then said there were two recalls that needed to be fixed.So upon investigating the two recalls they tell me my car has already been checked and there is no problem.Will review again in the near future.
Worst customer service! All I need is a copy of my lease agreement after I have already paid the car off and no one will help me after weeks of trying. Beyond disappointed. Impossible to get anyone on the phone and incredibly long wait times. Zero call backs. I guess after you pay your car off they have no desire to help you anymore.
Hiley Hyundai did a great job getting me into the car of my choice. They worked with us on pricing and payments and got us into a new car. Our 1st ever NEW car and the experience was wonderful. I definitely think Edgar Elizondo did a great job getting us everything we wanted.
Our Sales Rep Hunter was great. If you are looking for a sales rep that will not pressure you to make choice or up sell you work with him. He made the transaction good.

Someone totaled my first car and these guys were so awesome I didnt even hesitate to come back again! They know the cars and can explain the technology and most importantly they are also fair ... I bought a Santa fe Friday. Tim was great sales person. Management team for negotiations were honest, fair & fast. Ron in closing department was great & was patient with some of my questions that were not always easy to answer. He was very patient & allowed me time to understand everything. It has been a long time since I enjoyed buying a car. These people were top of the line. Just friendly negotiations. Idea is to meet somewhere in or near the middle, they need to make a living & customer needs to get a fair price. I think both were accomplished. I will return to this dealer & will also try to refer friends their direction. A nice place to do business. Oh yes, receptionist, she is a really nice person. She was so nice to talk with & added a friendly, home town atmosphere. The whole experience was good.

Bought a new 2021 Palisade from here, but would recommend shopping around. The experience here wasn’t terrible, but have had much better in my car buying history.The facility is dated, pricing discussion is old school (sign this paper kind of stuff), and the time to close the deal was too long.No full detail or one owed, paid $499 as dealer add for tinted windows - front windows not tinted, a few small items/cash were left in my trade in that disappeared, the dealership didnt answer the phone or return voicemail....my wife had to call back the next day. Our paperwork from the dealer had 3 different VIN numbers including the paper tag, had to return to the dealer to get it sorted out. Dealer only responded or reached out after I did the Hyundai survey, then after I replied with more information....nothing.Nice people and my wife loves the car, but wish we would have shopped around.

Our sales representative was great, very informative and more than willing to show us different options.All was well until we got to financing, here, we had a man come out who was bigger and bald, I didn’t catch his name, he rudely asked “what are these” regarding offers we had on two cars we were trading in. I explained that they were appraisals from other dealerships and he rudely responded with “From what year? When did you get these?” I told the truth in that they were about a month or two ago. He then told us that he “Couldn’t work with us” after offering only $500 for my wife’s Mini Cooper and that we “should take that offer because there is no way we will get a better one”.We proceeded to go to a Kia dealer, get $2500 for my wife’s car and $4000 MORE for my car than the Hyundai offered as well as our payments being lower on a higher priced vehicle.Maybe it was the person in finance we got but I would not recommend coming here to anyone.
This was the best customer service i have ever recieved at a dealership. Im so used to car lots that take advantage of people. Not at Hiley Hyundai, they were absolutely amazing!! They were informative and super nice. I will recommend them to everyone i know!!!
