AutoNation communicated well with updates via text on when my car would be ready. They actually completed the work a day early. They did not waste my time while visiting the shop and instead had everything ready when I arrived for drop off and pick up. I was very impressed with their work.
The only thing they did right is make it look good as new, they match the color perfect! But thats only half the job. It took them over 45 days to complete. Who ever in the back working on your vehicle is carless and sloppy! My windows where not tinted right with lots of holes. Around the door frame had rough edges and the driver door was rattling and knocking. And the most terrible experience I am having now is that the vehicle will not run. Photo1 show the tint job, Photo2 shows the carelessness of not grounding the trailer hitch wiring, Photo3 shows the sloppiness of there work returning the vehicle back to me dusty and they covered the wire of my trailer hitch signal connector. They did fix most of these issues. Imagine the stuff you cant see do your really expect me to believe they screwed fixed critical parts that are not visible? Dont be fooled by the before and after pictures of most of these body shops. Whats matters is did they do just as good of job on the inside???
These guys fixed our van twice exactly one year apart. I think theres a sign that I cant see on the back of it that says stop here. Anyway Auto Nation made the back of our van look as good as it did coming off the show room floor. The colors matched, fit & finish are excellent, its 13 years old but we take care of it so it looks like perhaps 5-7 years old. They realigned the rear hatch so that it doesnt rub the bumper and I didnt have to take it back there for something I missed on the pickup inspection. The folks are super friendly, they do the job right the first time. They under promise and over deliver. For example they tell you it will be ready in about 7-10 days and then call you in 5 days to tell you its ready. The last time it was hit Allstate wanted me to take it to one of their repair shops. That might have been okay, however after Auto Nation previously repaired our van, I knew it had to go back to them. Dont be put off by the location. They will get your car or truck fixed right.

The repairs were done they were done on time and there were no surprises, theres not a lot more I could ask for.
Bought anew motorcraft battery for almost $200.00 it lasted 1 year I brought it back to Bill in parts. He said I had to bring my reciept to get warranty, lucky me I had it filed away. Bill said he had one in Dallas and I had to wait 4 hours to get it. I waited. I got what I believe the same battery back ( they cleaned it and charged it) . When I got home Bill called me and asked if I was sure that was the same battery I bought from them !? I exclaimed yes . I installed the battery I bought from them in their parking lot. Its now 3 months later and the battery is dead again. So I am going to advance auto parts to buy a Die hard battery for the same price with a 3 year warranty. So think twice before you spend money at this buisness.
They did a great & professional job in a very timely manner I would recommend them to anyone.
I took my car in to have road debris damage repaired. They told me what needed to be done and did the repair in the time it was promised. When the work was finished, the car looked better than brand new! Very professional!
I would recommend this body shop for your auto because of the people there. They care for you and your auto and do what they say they are going to do.I dropped off my truck and later that day I left something in the truck and I called back and asked if they could just set it somewhere and I would pick it up the next day. They did and all was good.Oh by the way I got my truck back in 5 days.

I do not recommend this collision center for your vehicle repairs. I took my truck to be repaired and the entire back fender needed to be removed to replace a damaged part. When they put the back fender in place they did not replace it with the one why truck previously had. They put a different one and I noticed this right away because this particular part had some drilled holes by the license plate. Spencer told me he would order the part my truck had and never did. He promised me multiple times he would work on ordering the part and this issue was never corrected. Spencer also told me that if I couldn’t leave a rating of 10/10 on a survey I would receive not to even bother to respond to the survey. I didn’t have a good experience with this collision center and would never recommend this place to family or friends.
What I liked most about AutoNation Collison Center Fort Worth is the app that keeps you posted daily on where your car is in the repair process. The staff was very courteous.
I had a good experience here. I was pressed for time and Wade Bonner went above and beyond to get my car out for me on time! He also kept me updated on progress! Body work was also perfect as well! I definately recommend this place!
They were so easy to deal with. They went through hell dealing with the insurance of the person that rear ended my 2017 Altima and I never heard a word about it. The car looks like it was never rear ended or tboned.
The Process was super quick and painless dropping off my car. They also had Enterprise there to take me to get a rental while vehicle was getting repaired. The work done on my car lasted 10 days because of thanksgiving but I could not believe my eyes when I saw my car again. They did an amazing job and I couldnt have been happier that I chose this location. Thank you !
Had to deal with a car that was damaged while on vacation by a local tow company, Capital tow if you must know. They did $4600 worth of damage to my camaro but Autonation brought it back up to the best of their ability to spec. I really appreciate the time and effort Larry put into the repairs.
Cody was the best help in getting my car repaired throughout the entire process. He was extremely patient with me and helped me in dealing with insurance to ensure my car was repaired with the correct parts. His professionalism, integrity and customer service beyond exceeded my expectations. If ever I need repairs on a vehicle again due to an accident, there is no doubt that I will go there and deal with Cody. If ever he goes to another collision center, I will follow because he won me over with how hard he worked to fix my car the RIGHT way and put the BEST parts on my vehicle.
Cant say enough good things about Chuck. He took total control of getting my car repaired. He was always checking in with me and keeping me informed of the progress. The wife and I had to leave our car there for repair. It was promised two weeks later on a friday. We called to see if it was ready and it wasnt. They said that it would be ready monday. Monday came and they said that they couldnt find a part for it within a 200 mile radius. We did about 15 minutes of calling around and we found the part ourselves and it was 15 minutes away. They bought it and installed it. We went back wednesday to get it and took one look at the car, the glass was installed crooked, neither of the rear quarter panels were aligned the tail lights were crooked, and epoxy was oozing from the seams. We asked that they fix the disaster and came back on Friday. Finally, the car was good as new.
My experience was better than I ever could have imagined. Cody was friendly, professional and kept me informed every step of the way. I also felt that he was on my side, fighting for me with with insurance company to get the proper parts for my repairs. I would refer all of my friends to AutoNation.

We are about to take our car in for a second round of work after being rear-ended again. Last year they had the car looking like it had never been scratched much less hit by an Expedition :) Very happy with their work. Hope for another wonderful experience this time!
The blonde receptionist is the rudest lady I have ever met in the service industry. The body shop did a near perfect job regardless of this stuck up, and nasty lady. I will never bring my car back here in the off chance I have to see her.
2017 Ford Mustang door was popping.. Took it to another dealership they said there was nothing that could be done. Took it to Tim and the issue was resolved!! Plus I received way better customer service and Tim actually listened to my concerns! Way to go AutoNation Ford.. great job Tim!!

Great Guys! They got the repairs to my car done really quick and were nice enough to work around my schedule for drop off and pick up.
When I took my vehicle to be fixed all it needed was the finder to be replaced but seems like they took off my door and then put the finder back on and now my door catches to tight and it have prints on the rubber part of my door an thats no good but they will say they didnt do it.
Worst experience possible will never see my business again. After 3 times of taking my car they still couldnt get it done. The SO called painting manager try belittling me with painters lingo hoping I would just abandon my issues with the work they repeatedly missed .(Craig Bourland) this guy said he would call me a fourth time for my car, he never did. To top it all off the original reason I took it in never was addressed (bubbling paint) now Im going to have to come out of pocket for decent service.
They made the whole process of my car getting repaired painless from the first day I dropped off my car, they had enterprise pick me up and communicated with me throughout the fixing of my bumper so I didnt have to stress. If I ever find myself in need of body work Ill definitely take my car there again.

The worst experience I have ever had dealing with anything to do with a vehicle. My 45 day old vehicle, purchased at AutoNation Burleson, was severely damaged in the March 17th hail storm. I took it to the closest AutoNation collision repair thinking I would get better service from my dealership owned repair shop, and I took it to them the same day. A month later, I went to get it. Long story short is I went through 6 rental vehicles trying to pick up my ready SUV. I found damage on my headliner, Dashboard, rear cargo area, my touch- open/ lock door handles no longer worked and my car was two different colors. These were all eventually repaired, most by my dealership service department because the body shop couldnt do it. When I thought it was all done, the windshield leaked two separate times because it was not sealed properly. The body shop ruined the nape of the carpet trying to clean it because they waited over a week to clean up the water. Although I was promised new carpet, it was never completed. It is especially frustrating because they promised to finish the work still needing completed (Dashboard repair and carpet replacement)at one time as some things were on back order (a trim piece) but they stopped taking both mine and my insurance agents calls. I finally took it back to my dealership where they finished all but the carpet replacement in September. 6 months after the storm! Never again. DO NOT use this body shop. Terrible communication, work ethic and integrity.
Bad customer serviceMy parents took their truck their for repair windshield wasnt place correctly and water started leaking inside took back Monday morning poor service my dad ask if some one can take them back home was raining outside the said no and they had to walk in the rain.

Just trying to schedule an appointment was an awful experience. I called and kept getting put on hold by rude people. No one would return to pick up the phone or I would get transferred to someones voicemail with no explanation. I filled out the request to schedule an appointment online, and never received a response via email or phone. I guess I wont be taking my vehicle here.
