People are very helpful, even when you just want a quick look. Appreciated the non pushiness from Nic and how informative he was, whether broad or specific. Even if you ultimately decide to go elsewhere, he is definitely the person to see either way. Decent selection and assistance during the pandemic as well, as well as decent pricing on most vehicles in stock.
I cannot say thank enough to the service crew, especially Brad and Danna. I was stressing so bad about what to do and you gave me a plan, stayed in contact with me till the tow truck got my car to the dealership, fixed my car satisfactorily and got my car back to me within a couple of hours. I know you have more than just my vehicle to take care of and I appreciate you going above and beyond to help get my daughter and I back into our only mode of transportation. I had to take my car in to your service shop back in May as well, and it was the same top notch communication and service! Each time was for tire repair due to construction debris, but the piece of metal that went into my tire Friday night was definitely the worst of the two, and Friday night was a bad night, but you helped to turn things around on Saturday! Each time I’ve been in your service center I get prompt service from smiling faces! Keep up the awesome job, you are my preferred dealership for purchasing my vehicles and for service!
I can’t say enough about Brad and Jason. I’ve had a few issues with my 2019 dodge. I was going to another dealership which by all accounts, is your typical dealership. Nothing but hassles. I about gave up on the Dodge brand when I went to this dealership for help. Jason, my service advisor, went way out of his way to make sure everything was perfect on my visit. I did not have to complain or anything to get that type of service. This is what a dealership should be like. Even if it’s out of your way, you need to go here for service. Customer for life!!!
Although I was initially upset with the information I received, A manager on the sales side gave me a little bit of clarity on one of the warranty packages that I purchased for my vehicle. I had the car less than a month and the brakes started squeaking I was out under the impression that I was going to need to change my brakes when I spoke to Lisa to the service center they told me that my vehicle was not covered but Ive only had the car for under a month. Thankfully one of the gentlemen(Jason) and I spoke, She explained to me that day did a did a thorough review of my brakes and and ordered me a compressor for my A/C. Experience was a solid 9/10.
Dropped truck off to get oil change, tire rotation and regular inspection that comes with those services. They finished in a couple hours which is normal. What isn’t normal is the way they handle all the administrative things. Made appointment online the day before with the prices clearly stated. When checking in, someone had to write down everything upon checking in, even though the service advisor was already assigned and appointment was confirmed for exact services. The written out part had the prices changed. When checking out and picking up truck, the prices were not what was online but what was written down which was more. Also THEY CHARGED TO TOP OFF WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID!! $2.99. Since when do they charge to top off fluids when doing an oil change? Also the final receipt and billing don’t add up to the service statement attached. Something shady is going on here and it smells. Also, when checking out they make you wait for your service advisor specifically, even if 10 other people are sitting around doing nothing and can check you out. It shows they don’t really value your time. I’d avoid doing any business here to be honest, there are plenty of other places locally.
One of the lower pressure car buying experiences weve been through. Our salesperson, Terrika, was friendly and did a good job in helping through the process. Although she was a little unfamiliar with all of the features of the Hybrid we bought we still were glad to of worked with her.On the financing side things went well with only a small amount of what I call the finance dance. As we had a good low rate and term quote from our credit union and gave that to them up front. First we were told that they would not accept outside financing as they believed they could come close to our credit union terms. Well the first pass they were not close, higher interest rate and shorter term. The second time around they came close so we accepted that. Later though in reading through the stack of paper given to us we found an AutoNation statement indicating they do accept outside financing.... So that was a little frustrating as we would prefer to use our own. Its my understanding that several dealerships are now using this ploy so as to drive revenue because of the low inventory of cars available.Still overall a good experience and yes we would consider buying at this location in the future.
Their service department has taken a major turn for the worse. When I first took my truck there over a year ago it seemed like the service advisors knew what they were doing. They kept me informed of what the status of my truck was and communicated with me. This time I make an appointment online like always, show up, they aren’t ready for me. Once I talk to my advisor he tells me the shuttle isn’t running, which I requested online. Also had mentioned a sound in the steering column online, he tells me I would need to leave my truck with them several days to have that diagnosed. I don’t know who they are used to dealing with but, if you are a single car household how do they expect you too leave a car for several days just for the diagnosis? So, order tires while I am there and they do end up figuring out the shuttle. Advisor tells me to bring the truck back 0800 Friday for the tire install. Well you guessed it, I show up 0800 Friday morning and service advisor isn’t in yet. Wait an hour and a half in the waiting area when he finally comes over and says the tires haven’t even been delivered yet??? So, instead of going into work late I now take the day off and wait for them to get the tires delivered and installed. No call Thursday to let me know about the tires, nothing. Not that anyone should receive such poor service but, when you drive one of their more expensive vehicles you would like to think they would provide better service.
Salesperson was helpful and I was able to get the vehicle I wanted for a great price. However, they tried to trap me at the end of the purchase by saying I could not use my banks financing (which the salesperson was aware of before I showed) on the loan that was already approved. Not a big issue, I was ready to walk because I was certain another dealer would taken the financing without issues. Regardless, Everything went fine except the financing department refused to send legible funding documents to my bank. Essentially, I had to do their job after they gave my bank actual attitude over the phone and ignored messages just to resend one page of one document. I sent the scanned document into my bank (a whole 1 minute of work...) and everything is fine. Bottom line, the dealers finance dept. was a pain to work with, and they must have really wanted that extra payout for originating financing. I get that the dealer did me a solid with the outside financing. However, they agreed to the deal and a professional business would have gotten it finalized without being petty. Love my vehicle but I would not go here again or recommend them.
I was in the market for a truck for a little over a month and finally came across a used f-150 that I really liked at a this dealer. Ivan was really amazing helping me out with everything, he was not pushy at all and gave me space and time to look around the truck and check for any defects. Buying it was smooth and easy. Another thing I really like is the truck came with a 90 day warranty, which is hard to find at most dealers since most just sale as is. Will be recommending this dealer and Ivan to anyone I know!
I set up an appointment online and dropped my truck off early in the morning for a recall, state inspection, and to have them look at my radio (delamination on the screen). This could all be done in a matter of 2 to 4 hours. The service tech said it should be done by the end of the day... I called multiple times with no answer, when I finally got through they could not give me an update my truck and that they would call me back. That did not happen no call back after I left multiple messages. I showed up the next day and the truck was still not ready and nothing had been done to it. Against my better judgement I let them promise me it would be done by 1pm here I am at 3pm and they still have my truck. I will rate them a 1 on efficiencya 0 on communication.
Other than some long waits, the customer service has been very good. I am waiting to deliver my 2021 Ram 1500 for body work. Apparently, the front passenger door wasnt adjusted correctly and resulted in the door contacting the fender when opening/closing. This damaged the paint on both parts. The door and quarter panel are scheduled to be fixed and repainted next week. Update to follow...
Very quick and reliable service. Friendly staff. They get the job done, in and out no problem. The only take away I have is other places offer a free wash and/or detailing, AutoNation does not. No big deal. Great job on the work performed. Thanks.
This is the 3rd time we have taken our 2014 Dodge Charger. Our service advisor, Stephen, stated our temperature gauge would be covered if our mileage were lower. We have the lifetime Mopar warranty. They want you to buy all this other stuff and don’t explain fully the repair. Then this is the 2nd time we pick up our car and it is dirtier than when we dropped it off. Dodge needs to evaluate their partnership with AutoNation! Excuses do not cover consideration of your customers. They also charge $45 more for a diagnostic than Roger Williams, should have waited for that appointment. We won’t be back. The young lady that brought my car looked up that the part was covered under warranty and she apologized for the condition of the car!
Great experience. Very professional and helpful all around. They kept me informed and gave me regular updates on my vehicle during the service process. My only complaint is that there were no loaner cars. The service lady told me I basically just had to live without a car for 3 days, which isnt doable for the average person.
This was the first time I used AutoNation in North Fort Worth after I moved across town and it was a great experience. I made an appointment prior to taking my vehicle in and everything ran on time. They had the courtesy shuttle ready to take me home and completed the service in just a few hours. My service advisor Breanna was very nice and got me in and out quickly.
My service advisor was nice when I brought in my car for a maintenance issue. It took a weekend to fix but he called and told me the cost. I went in later to pick it up and the maintenance guy who worked on my car was nice as well and explained the issue with my car. A different guy assisted me with paying. He gave me the price but it was $400 more than what my service advisor told me. The guy said it was taxes. The receipt shows it was all extra labor charges. I know labor charges can rack up, but the point is I was told one price and went in expecting it.
Buyer BEWARE! Worst experience Ive ever had with a dealership! Ill never look to spend my cash here again! If the owner wants to call me Ill tell him why! The rest of ya would be smart to go buy somewhere else. I only gave 1 star to be able to say my piece for you guys! I give em a big thumbs down with both hands! How many minus stars is that worth? Thats all I have to say about that! Forest Gump!
A+Overall seamless experience. Both Larry and Brandon made the whole process straight forward with zero drama that’s usually associated with the car buying process. I’ve purchased other vehicles from Larry before, he will be first stop next time as well. Also, big thanks to the finance manager who worked to get me the APR I wanted, my apologies for blanking on his name. Thanks again.
If anyone ever needs their car fixed please come here and talk to brad lee!! He was awesome and did all he could to help us . We aren’t from the Dallas Fort Worth area we live almost 4 hours away! On our way to vacation and blessed us. We appreciate it so much !!
Needed warranty ac work done and its a 24 to 48 hour wait no loner vehicles so you just leave your car and pray. So much for making an appointment. They never explained this to my wife on the phone when she told them what was wrong. I am editing this review. I would like to thank the folks at AutoNation. You helped me decide to never buy a other Chrysler Jeep product again. What a sham! Worthless service 2day wait to get A/C even looked at. No loner from the place that took my wifes money. If I could make it negative stars I would. Poorly built vehicles and a rip off service department.
Great place to buy a car. Searched for 6 months and finally got a good deal thru this dealership. Ivan my salesperson had all the answers to a lot of my questions. Great customer service
Steve was great in taking care of me and my Jeep Wrangler. Was in for the recall on the manual transmission. They took it in on time and had it ready when they said it would be ready. Steve explained how a software update took care of the clutch issue. He walked me through the changes and told me what to expect. It was just as he said it would be. Thanks for taking care of me
Communication was good over the phone however every time I went into the service office no one looked up from their desk to assist me. I had to walk up to the counter in the back and ask for help and was told to go talk to an advisor. Repairs and Oil Change were done well I just think there could be better Customer Service.
Gave salesman one hours notice and car was still not ready to be looked at. It was filthy and pouring rain and they didnt even park it under an awning for us. We waited for to long before a salesman even came to help us and the salesman we talked to on the phone never showed up to help us. We requested a different salesman because we felt that he didnt think we were important enough to help. The purchase was pain staking and took way to long, my husband was on crutches and they stuck us in a tiny room while waiting. The vehicle needed to be detailed and inspected before we could bring it home. We had to wait four days and nag them to get us our car on day four. It still wasnt detailed properly and there was work that still needed to be completed on it. They never addressed the repairs that we said needed to be made. Yet, our vehicle was a priority! I dont think so. One of the tires has a slow leak and its been almost two weeks and the repairs are still not completed! Not impressed with there salesman, there mechanics, there detailers or there work. Wouldnt recommend this location. They still havent given us our loan papers and we asked them to bring them out when they deliver the car. We forgot! When we called about having the repairs made the salesman said, I was out for two days! He was supposed to get back to us and its been four days and still no reply. Oh, and after the purchase we were given back to the salesman we said we didnt want anything to do with in the beginning. Dont buy from them!
Best buying experience I’ve ever had! Highly recommend this dealership. When I called, Jarred was very helpful and set up my appointment. Unfortunately Jarrod was not available when I arrived, but he made sure I was taken care of and asked Ivan to help me out. Ivan asked all the right questions and made sure I was very comfortable with purchasing my new truck, Yusef helped me with the financing and made sure I understood my warranty and helped me choose the best extended warranty to protect my truck.
Customer service here was exceptional. There is nothing more that I dislike than pushy salespeople that provide dishonest information. Our salesperson Terricka was very helpful and answered all of our questions and was not pushy one bit. She was honest on pricing and did not provide any false expectations or hopes. Would definitely recommend and would purchase from here again.
Francisco Ibarra made the entire car buying process as easy as possible. Super friendly guy and very easy to deal with. Vehicles were priced fairly and we felt good about the trade offer presented to us.
Sales team was great, service department not so great. I live 50 miles away. I scheduled an appointment to fave some warranty work done . I arrived at the appropriate time and was told the work couldnt be done that day. Hours wasted
• The worst customer service Ive experienced.• Service dept difficult to connect to.• Theres no teamwork among those serving customers. No one other that my initial contact would offer help.• I paid $100 for diagnostics and right after I left the dealership I got a low windshield cleaner caution.• I dont think they checked anything.• Ive lost confidence in your ability to take care of my truck• The service manager should be fired. He does not know how to lead.• I was told the service manager would call me -- he never did.• From my experience, your service department caters to new business at the neglect of those that are currently being served.• I have had my 2013 Ram 1500 serviced at your location since I purchased it.• I will not be returning.• I will never return unless circumstances force me toIf you have the integrity and courage, please contact Jim DeLong, you have my contact number.
This was my first time back in the dealership since my very bad experience as a first time customer in September 2020.I have expressed concerns about that initial visit without ever getting a response from the G. M.I took that as a lack of concern and will not purchase from A. N. again.I gave service an opportunity hoping it would be better. For the most part, it was better. Service writer was courteous and helpful. She is an asset to your organization. However my car sat where I left it for 1/2 hour before being moved. I arrived at appointed time 8:30am. Nearing the two hour mark I went to check on the holdup and was told it would be out in a few minutes. The waiting room was now empty other than myself.Just an observation... I bought my last four vehicles from Park Cities Ford, Dallas. My car always came back washed... not so at A. N.This is my first Jeep product ever and first Chrysler product since 1984.I would still like to hear from your GM but not trying to hold my breath till the phone rings.
The service department is probably thr worst i have ever seen in the auto industry. Since buying our vehicle in April of 2018, I have not once taken in my vehicle and left in a reasonable amount of time. One time a tire had a nail in it. Waited 2 hours to be told they would have to order a new one. Currently sitting here on a 2 hour simple oil change, and I even had an appointment. HIRE MORE PEOPLE. These wait times are ridiculous. Id honestly never buy another vehicle here again just for these reasons.Edit: Was almost 3 hours before I drove off today with my completed oil change
Arthur Basile was awesome! He helped us trade in our Jeep on a different Jeep that we wanted. AutoNation gave us top dollar on our trade in and gave a great deal on the Jeep we bought! Financing was quick and easy and Yosef and Arthur even stayed late to make sure we got taken care of. Arthur delivered our Jeep the next day and really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Will definitely be returning to AutoNation if we need another vehicle in the future! Oh and the 90 day warranty they provide for free is also an amazing value, so nice to have peace of mind! Thank you Arthur and Yosef for helping us get into our dream Jeep!If you want top notch service, give Arthur Basile a call!
As to the service advisor 5 stars. As to the installation of product 5 stars. As to contacting me when product came into service department 1 star, they had the product for over a week, never contacted me and if I didnt call to check on status it would have been sent back.As to fixing manufacture flaw 1 star, dodge refuses to fix a problem to my ram 1500 that apparently has been a problem in previous model years but refused to correct their poor workmanship but wanted me to pay cost.
I set an appointment here because there was a recall on my vehicle. When you first set up an appointment, it will be at least 3 days before they can actually see your car because they have to make sure parts are available. The day I brought my car in, they had my car for 2 hours before they called me to say that they had to order the part and Ill have to come back to get the work done. I feel that it was a waste of time and the money I spent on Lyft rides from and to the dealer. They also left something unplugged under my steering wheel. However, they did give me a diagnostic (with prices).
Im upset. The man who was parking the car, told the service lady that I was going to breakfast and I would come back!! Where did he get that story! I waited all day for her to call me. The man who took my key and wrote up my ticket was informed that I wanted to have a call and/ or text. Also, I would like to offer a suggestion. My old dealership in East Texas used to vacuum and wash each car that was serviced. Thats why I went there. You should do that, its so nice.
Everyone is professional, helpful, and friendly. I love my 2019 dodge 2500. Good deal no hassle prices. If you need a car or truck, this is the place to go. Thank you, have a blessed day 🙏😀
My salesman, Ivan, was VERY pleasant to deal with especially since I was unsure of what I wanted. He was very patient and helpful with my decision making process. This is my second purchase from this dealership and I have been pleased each time.
Drove all the way from East Texas to buy a truck they had listed. The pictures looked great. When I got there the truck had major damage to the rear not listed in the pictures. I drove all the way from East Texas through traffic with a two year old. Total waste of my time.
We were here to inquire about a Jeep, and inquire about the lower prices we found online. The senior salesman (we were referred to him by the younger guy who was really nice) asked us quite arrogantly: If I give you this price, will you buy this now? Anyway that really turned us off. This senior guy looked really shady and we just had a feeling we couldnt trust him.Im giving this 3 stars because of the junior sales guy, we really liked him. If he was the one calling the shots maybe we would have bought. We ended up driving down to the White Settlement area and bought from Moritz. A LOT better customer service. We were asking about getting the price lower if possible (we didnt need some upgrades to the car) and the senior sales guy there basically explained everything very patiently and very nicely, met us halfway and gave us a good deal. We were so pleased we even named the new car after our Moritz sales guy.
Awesome experience! Everyone at dealership were extremely responsive/helpful and made me feel like a VIP! From vehicle selection, doing the paperwork (love the electronic signing) and delivery of the Jeep was incredible.
PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS - do your homework BEFORE considering Autonation on North Freeway in Fort Worth. They DO NOT STAND BEHIND the used vehicles they sell. Nor are they inspected as advertised. The used car sales manager, Joe, REFUSED ANY assistance. On the contrary, he cited “user error” and suggested I go elsewhere for repairs. For a customer service-oriented business, they are a MISERABLE FAILURE. There are many other dealerships out there. They would be worth whatever drive you have to make. It’s all about customer service and service after the sale. AutoNation=FAIL
If you are needing car service questions answered over the phone, this is the worst dealership to call. I recently moved and just needed my service history emailed to me. The appointment specialist answered but she doesnt have access for service questions so she transfers you over. Phone just goes straight to voicemail. I left several messages for a call back and got nothing. Maybe its a staff issue, but again this is a pretty simple request that shouldnt take an arm and a leg to pick up a phone. Personally Ive seen them just let the phones ring so if you need anything from them, its best to just show up.
My representative was Dana, and she took very good care of me. She is very professional and made sure that my truck was maintenance and completed on time. Very friendly atmosphere
I was treated very good by all phases of the purchase process! It was easy and seamless. Thanks for a great buying experience!
Best certified Viper Tech in North Texas! From start to finish every visit is a pleasure. Nobody else services our Viper.
My purchase was as good as it gets. Larry has always been my go to sales contact. He knows he product and works tirelessly to get the deal you want done. I would highly recommend anyone to visit Autonation, Larry Rivera and the whole team. A great bunch.
First, they “don’t accept outside financing” so they will force you to finance at a higher rate. Which isn’t a big deal- just sign the papers and refinance when you get home…However, I’m still waiting on a part that I was promised would be shipped to me. The sales rep is very dismissive, and clearly has moved on.The final straw however, is that my truck is now broke down and won’t start. I bought it 2 weeks ago. I now have to file a claim and pay to have a 10 day old truck repaired.*EDIT* I called the number from the owners response... they offered to help, but once I got the truck towed and repaired, they stopped returning calls...
Something feels off about the cost of the work/headlight assembly done by this dealership. I dont trust them at all........I have a feeling they broke the assembly then upcharge me.They told me one price then when i said do the work they came back with another cost 1000.00 more than the original price. When I got my 2014 Dodge charger back it was dirty and had oil hand paint on the handle of the door. When a person talks about sleazy dealerships this place would come to mind. It is a bait and switch they gave me one price then when I said yes do the work the come up with a totally different place. I paid for them to diagnose the problem in the beginning. Avoid this place!!!
The staff is fast and friendly, very knowledgeable. Any time I’ve need maint done on my Jeep, they were all willing to get me in at the time that was convenient for me. Would definitely recommend this Avenue to anyone!
As far as my oil change that was fine but the girl who was my contact needs some work. She refused to look up when a customer entered and waited for everyone else to greet them then when she was told I was her Customer it still took her awhile to acknowledge me and couldn’t be bothered to even get up from her desk or have a good attitude. Then both times I had to deal with her it was “would you come over here” (so she didn’t have to get up). I’d understand if there was something physically wrong but she was a young girl that obviously needs some training on Customer Service. Then when I myself had to check two hours later to see if I was done, I saw my truck sitting outside so I went in to see her and got the same experience only with a little more attitude this time. She gave me my paperwork and told me a few things they suggested get done (aren’t you supposed to check to see if I would want to get them done right then while you have my vehicle?) and told me to give her a good review cause she’s almost at her goal (how I have no idea)Oh and all from not even getting up from her desk.I normally don’t say much and can’t stand the typical “karens” who complain about every little thing but to tell me to give you a good review when I could’ve had better contact with an ant is annoying.
I have to say that this was the fastest, smoothest and easiest buying experience I have had in my 60 years of buying cars. The group I worked with was great and a special shout out to Nicolas Luksetich for getting me exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend the team at AutoNation in North fort Worth!
Victoria M. was amazing! She delivered my new truck to my house after it was repaired!! So amazing!!
Had an amazing experience with this guys. Took my new Jeep Compass there for my first oil change and tire rotation, and they were very friendly, quick and attentive. I’m definitely going back there for all my next service appointments.
I’m not sure what’s the lady name that assisted me. But she was very professional with setting my appointment and gave great customer service.. Over all everything went GREAT, as always!!! THANKS YOU GUYS…
Brad lee was amazing! We where on our way to Colorado for vacation we went to another place and have it fixed and still wasn’t running right. He did everything he could even pulling others off the other jobs to help us! We are blessed !!! Thank y’all so much !!
If you are in need of a new car and you want a Jeep. Go see Larry at Autonation Jeep!! I have bought 2 jeeps through him and he is great. I have been to other deal ships where the sales man/woman try to get me in something I might like or make you feel like he/she just wants the sale. I trust him 100% to find me a car I love. He makes sure I am in complete love with the vehicle I am buying before I leave. He also calls you and follows up on the car and how you still feel about it. If you have any questions or need help his direct number is on his card.
Don is the best. I’ve run into him on multiple occasions as other appointments, but I finally had him as my own service advisor and he rocked. He answered all the questions I had!
Our experience with AutoNation was great. They took care of the issue we had. Dana, the service member who helped us was very nice and professional.
I bought a new Grande Cherokee L and the navigation on instrument cluster wasnt working, so I took the car there (I bought it at Richardson) and the service person was kind, but clueless. Then she brought in a service manager who grumpy and clueless. Aside from trying to press all the buttons on Uconnect (which I did by myself), he said he didnt know what to to and wanted me to leave the car there for 1 - 2 days (?!!! I just bought the car YESTERDAY). So I asked if that was the only way or if he could talk to one of his specialists.. he - in all his grumpiness - said something I could not understand and then he hop off my car and never came back. I am extremely disappointed to have bought this brand already
Went in for a recall on my vehicle and it took them a full week to get it done. They didn’t even provide a loaner vehicle. When I finally received my vehicle. After I had to call them for the status. They didn’t even bother calling me when it was done, they told me that I had a bad water pump, that it was leaking water. First of all I don’t even use water I use 50/50. Turns out that I only had a bad gasket from the thermostat housing. I’m not even a Mechanic I figured that out, I believe they were trying to screw me, then I noticed that someone was messing with my climate controls. I also noticed that my AC wasn’t working how it was when I took it in. I checked it out and it also turns out that my refrigerant was drained, how do I know that? Because all the refrigerant was all over the motor and fender. Be careful if you get service from this place people. Total scammers!
Very difficult to communicate with the service department. Took three weeks of calls to get an appointment set with a loaner vehicle.Once in the service department communication was still difficult. On Wednesday the truck was to be ready the following day. When speaking with another associate the following day, work that was reportedly completed on Wednesday was not completed, and more days were required to service the vehicle. That Saturday, the truck was ready, however, all service items were not completed. Finally returned the following Monday. While the service items performed were acceptable, the poor communication is certainly a concern. In comparison to service from other brands, it is difficult to understand the lack of communication. All service departments have things outside of their control which is completely understandable. Things happen, stuff goes wrong, but communication makes things much better for the customer.
Do you own a Jeep Gladiator 20-21? then this is the last place you want to be for warranty and after sales service. Unprofessional service staff with little or no knowledge about your all new Jeep Gladiator. They blame you for every single thing that has happened to your car, to them there is no such thing as defective car parts or a manufacturing defect. I even dont trust them for a basic JEEP WAVE program. Choose a different location!!
Bought a used car from them and day one, it leaks oil all over the driveway. We take it back for them to fix and they keep it two days without even running diagnostics. Definitely a lemon. They give you a 5 day money back guarantee so I called day 5 and tell them that they havent fixed the car, I think they sold me a busted car and that I wanted to cancel the deal. The manager tells me that I missed the deadline. Not true. I had to go back to the paperwork and prove that I was will within the 5 days. They lied to me multiple times. I was able to cancel the deal, but they did not make it easy.
Our salesman was great. The financial guy was rushing us it seemed. There was a lot of miscommunication. I was told my mom needed to come to co-sign and then found out when we got there that my husband had to be there to co-sign instead. We were never told. We were then told by the finance guy that we had to come back the next day to finish signing paperwork and bring my husbands work info. We emailed the work info the next day and then we’re told we didn’t need to sign anything. We never left with our paperwork the night we got the car. If we had signed everything the same night we should have left with the paperwork I’d think. Maybe I’m wrong. I sent an email to the manager that expressed my frustration in a professional manner. I never received a response to apologize for the inconvenience and instead i got an email from the financial guy with our signed documents electronically. Nothing in the body of the email to thank us for our business or anything. After we signed the paperwork and got up to leave the office. The financial guy followed us out and was in a rush to leave. He shut the light off and everything. I don’t remember his name, nor do i care to. It just felt rushed and like we were cutting into his personal time. We will NOT be back to buy another car from them. The service department is great through previous experience. I look forward to working with them in the future.
Absolutely the worst dealership in the area. I reached out about wanting a used truck. When I went there I was shown that truck but it was on the repair rack. I give them credit for not just shipping vehicles that need obvious repairs, but while waiting to find out the status I found another very similar truck that was ready to go and so I asked about that one. They refused to even speak to me about it and then the finance manager came at me with a payment breakdown on an 18 month loan? I have never seen an 18 month loan on a 20 thousand dollar truck but thats what he said the standard is for them. I was then insulted because I asked for the keys back to my car that I had planned to trade in. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Id give 0 stars if that was accepted
I brought in my 2019 Dodge Durango RT due to a strange belt noise. We later discovered that this was my water pump and that the part was on back order. Since the part was on back order the repair would take a couple of days to be completed. At the end of the process it turned out that this repair was still covered under my power train warranty so my cost for this repair was zero. My service representative, Dana was fantastic! She arranged for a loaner vehicle and kept me informed of throughout the entire process. I was so impressed with Dana and her professionalism that I brought my 2006 Dodge Charger in the following week for some much needed TLC.
Do not trust them.I had a vehicle on hold from them and was told they would hold it for me until the end of the day today. I arrived at 4:52pm and went in to start the process of purchasing the said vehicle and was told that they sold it earlier that day. I showed them an email confirming that it was on hold and apparently they tried to call me while I was at work and didnt get an answer so they cancelled my hold and failed to notify me. Wasted 3 hours of my time driving there and back plus a half tank of gas. Terrible service.
Breanne and Dana did a great job! Price was right wait was not long. Will definitely be back. Great team at AutoNation!! Brad came over to see if everything went well. I will definitely be back for all my auto needs!! 🚘
Okay Im back. So I ended up purchasing 2 vehicles from here. I referred a family member shortly after, we had alot of questions. I mean we arent carsalesman. Basically we had a specific budget to meet. We were not rude about it but just had several questions about how we could stay within budget and still get the Vehicle we wanted. We were getting creative and well one of our questions was if we gave more money down, could we get our payments to a certain amount a month, and if so how much more. Joe from the financial department felt the need to write Its only math on my paper and sent the salesman to fend for himself when it came to explaining what Its only math meant. Im not dumb. And I felt as if he thought I was. If I could return the vehicles I had bought only less than a month prior I would. Thankfully, someone at another dealership went above and beyond to help us and we ended up leaving with an additional 2 vehicles. Maybe he just had a bad day but regardless I never felt so offended about trying to buy a vehicle.Joe from finance is a douche. Ill update after Im calm.
This place is a joke. Went to buy a used charger with a check from navy federal for the total price of the car and the salesman told me they were not accepting out financing. Then the finance man called me and asked why I didn’t wanna finance through them. Told him my rate from navy federal and why then he asked me what if he can beat it (which I know he can’t from the previous deal I tried to get done at autonation). I refuse to let them run my credit through 10 different banks just so they can get a kickback when I already financing. Good thing you can throw a rock and hit 10 different dodge dealerships in the DFW area.
We were very lucky to find the exact model weve been shopping for considering the few options available these days at the dealerships. Look up Larry Rivera at this dealer, my wife and I had a great experience because of him.
All around customer service and financial support was excellent. All questions were answer and very satisfied with the representatives. So satisfied that I walked away with a new 2021 Jeep Wrangler.
I bought my truck here in 2018. 2 weeks after I bought it the glove compartment broke and the door would not stay shut. I took it the next day and they did not have the part and would have to order it. I was told I would be contacted when it came in. I never was. So I took it back in a few months later. They kept it for a day then called me and told me the same thing. Months went by and nothing. No call that the part was in. So i kind of forgot about it and just left it. Now 2 years later, I took it in to get that and a few other things done (there was a recall that had to be fixed. I dropped it off Saturday morning and was told a service advisor would call me later that day. No one called. Monday comes around and nothing until around lunch. I was told they needed to get a part form another location but it would be ready Tuesday evening. Tuesday comes around and nothing from anyone. I had to call to see if it would be ready and was told no. It would be Wednesday morning. Wednesday comes and again nothing. So I call again and was told it is still not ready but should be done that evening and would be ready for pickup Thursday morning. Thursday comes and I called the Service Advisor. No answer so I leave a msg. A few hours goes by with no return call. I call again and no answer. So I call the main number and find out my Advisor is off today. So if I would not have called, my truck would have just sat there. I finally get a text a few hours later saying it is ready for pickup. So I go to get it and no one can find my paperwork. Then the person Im speaking with tells me it isnt ready yet. But then someone else tells him it is. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a Service Dept. I am planning on getting a new truck this year but I will be going somewhere else.
Christian was amazing. I came in with a very specific request and said if the numbers didn’t make sense that I would wait until next year when my lease was officially done. He gave me several options and we made the best one work with my guidelines. I love my new car.
I literally got there at 9:30am and didn’t leave until 4:00pm. All for a service and oil change. Horrible communication. They should have provided me with a better time or a loaner car versus waisting my whole day there.
This is the place to buy your Dodge Ram. I had a great salesman Ivan Vasquez. He answered all my Questions was very Courteous explained everything hes the man . Thank you.
WE THOUGHT WE WERE GETTING A GOOD DEAL ON A 2011 BUICK ENCLAVE BUT IT TURNED OUT TO BE A NIGHTMARE IT PASSED AUTO NATION INSPECTION BUT THANK GOD THEY HAD A 5 DAY 2500 MILE WARRANTY ON IT WE GOT THE CAR ON A THURSDAY TOOK IT TO OUR PEPBOYS MECHANIC THE NEXT MORNING AND THEY SAW OIL AND TRANSMISSION FLUID LEAKING FROM THE CAR AND TOOK PICS OF IT AND SENT IT TO AUTONATION SO WE TOOK THE CAR BACK TO AUTONATION AFTER PEPBOYS SPOTTED THAT AND THEY SAID IT WASNT LEAKING IT WAS SEAPING MEANING U DIDNT SEE IT LEAKING ON THE GROUND BUT WHEN PEPBOYS RAISED IT UP TO INSPECT IT U COULD SEE THE OIL AND TRANSMISSION FLUID LEAKING SO WORDS OF THE WISE BE CAREFUL WITH WHAT U MIGHT THINK ABOUT BUYING FROM AUTONATION CHRYSLER DODGE OF FT. WORTH TX.
Unexpected expense, but Jason made sure the vehicle was taken care of along with all outstanding recalls. My parents raised me to appreciate good customer service and I’m glad there is finally some quality close to home!
Great Experience. Dropped my truck off and they called me when it was finished. No time wasted.
Went in for an oil change and was super impressed with the service. Was greeted by a very friendly advisor right when I pulled up who addressed my needs and also recommended services based on my mileage. Everything was done in a timely manner and it was a smooth process. Will definitely keep going back.
Avery is the best. We had no hassle service. Quick and easy. All it took was 1 phone call. When we got there, Avery had pulled up all the Jeep types we were looking for. Great Service!
The service manager “Jason” took great care of me up there. I had actually made an appointment for my trucks oil change at a different AutoNation, but he worked me in anyways and got it done quickly. Great service!
Was one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. My sales person, Romani, literally ran around the offices making sure everything was done in a timely manner. David in financing made sure all the paperwork was ready go, so all I had to do is walk in and sign off and i was out the door. I feel like they gave me a fair value on my trade-in, and the purchase of a new TRX was painless with very little wait time for the truck to be ready for me to drive home.
We had a great experience buying from Autonation. John-Charles was patient and very respectful and thorough! We didnt feel like we were talking to a car salesmen :)
Customer service is great. If you need some help, give them a call. The salesman that helped us was very patient with us. My dad was looking to get a new van. He doesn’t move around too well. Andrey did everything possible to accommodate us. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Ten stars plus for him no doubt. And that goes for the finance department as well
Wonderful experience!!! The Autonation service department is first class. They go above and beyond to assist. Very knowledgeable and provides an excellent customer experience.
Great service department! In and out in an hour for a routine oil change and tire rotation. AutoNation also included a multi-point inspection. Service staff is both courteous and professional.
I was happy my oil was changed. I dont like setting an appointment and waiting an hour plus for a 30 minute job.
Can’t express how great full I am with this location.Long story shortTraveling from Houston to colorado and car had issues because of a bad oil change at my location back home and was left on the side of the road with kids and no tow truck ever showed upSomeone pulled us to this locationRoad side assistance was so useless. As soon as Auto Nation opened they took us in and started working on my car.BREANNA COZZONE was awesome she did a really good job communicating and letting us know how everything was going. Everything was done in a timely mannerBRAD LEE and all the team at Auto Nation are awesomeHighly recommend this team! They took care of everything !! And helped us get back on the road !!
Very friendly and quick service! I was very happy with my experience getting my Jeep serviced!
Trade in, and purchase took 3 hrs from start to finish, I feel thats a record.
The sales associate tries to up-sale you with services not needed. Plus, when they sold me on the alignment and gave me the computer read out that had on the current condition, red, safety issues, they told me that the portion for that condition was unadjustable. So why push me to get the service. Also, if the Ball joint was worn out after 30,000 miles, then why wouldn’t the warranty replace it. I know times are hard, but don’t try to make money by ripping people off.
Don always does great work. He tells me what’s available/due for services, makes suggestions, and never uses pushy sales tactics. This is why I keep coming back. Thanks guys!
