Good place, friendly staff. The only reason for a 4, instead of a 5, was the wait today. Went for an oil change (with appointment). We were taken in early and thought wed be only a few minutes. Took 2.66 hows for the oil change and tire rotation. Everything else was good.

Audi of Fort Worth has assembled the most incompetent and worthless group of individuals to handle their service group.They have misdiagnosed my car, flat out lied to me about the amount of time it takes to repair it (off by 3+ weeks multiple times), and told me that my car was repaired and ready to drive when it wasnt. They lied and said that they test drove the car after repairs were done but as soon as I left the lot, the car died on the road. This happened three separate times. I just do not see how they can, in good faith, send people out in vehicles that are not safe to drive in.Tyler will send passive aggressive emails and not answer the phone. Veronica the service manager will be completely apathetic to the situation.I hope that someone reads this review and saves themselves the money and the headaches of dealing with Audi of Fort Worth.

I visited Audi Fort Worth, at approx. 9:20 Saturday morning, A female advisor checked me in. About an hour later or more a male advisor noticed my car sitting the same spot, he asked if I had been help, I explained the female checked me in. He completed a service ticket and had the car check. I understand she may have forgotten, by an apology would have went a long way.
