2 friends suggested Kirbys when I was looking to replace my radiator. They had a replacement in stock and their prices were better than all but one !! Their location was less than 5 miles from home. The part was an exact match and was well packaged. Couldnt be happier!! Save your money and time, go ahead and give Kirbys a call.

Kirbys delivered when no one else could. I had a fixture on my new radiator (not purchased from Kirbys) that was not present but very necessary for proper function. I went to two O-Reillys and the dealer. Apparently no such part exists. I was told I would have to manufacture the part myself. I tried, however, the pieces of the part do not exist to ordinary consumers. Guess what. I walked into Kirbys, and 5 minutes later the part was placed in front of me. I cannot express what a relief that was! Thanks Kirbys!

Very happy with this place. My heater core went out on a Thursday with a big weekend trip planned. I dropped off Friday morning and it was done before I got off work. This is a huge job on my truck that requires disassembling the whole dash. They finished faster than anticipated and it was literally $200-400 cheaper than three other local shops.Highly recommended.

Highly recmond these guys for semi truck radiators. Also they are beat in doing semi truck DEF filter cleaning. Also they clean 1 box full. They can do every thing form taking DEF filter form your truck clean it and put it back. All in one stop . Prices are very resonable

We werent quite sure what was going on with it, but the mechanics at Kirbys were able to evaluate the issue and then fix it in no time at all! Fantastic service. These guys worked with me even when my tow driver was two hours late with getting my van to their shop (they were kind enough not to charge me an overnight!) Very reasonable labor costs considering i own a chrysler town and country and they are honest. Thought i needed a full new radiator but they pressure tested it and found out the repair was much cheaper than necessary. Dont mess with amateurs. Come here to the best.

Absolutely the best service, someone can ask for. Out of town 1hr+ drive First time customer and was taken care person to person from start to finish. While they couldnt fix my radiator, they were able to get a new replacement and in stock for an older Classic pickup. I brought a fuel tank to the that had gas sitting in it for 17 years in hopes that they could clean it out. Refurbished fuel tanks for my particular car go for around $450-500.They told me they couldnt clean it out because some of the lining wouldnt come out. When I asked for the fuel tank back, they got very irritated (like the decided they could make more money refurbishing it and selling it to somebody else). When I got the fuel tank back, the had drilled a large hole in the bottom and the too of the fuel tank rendering it useless. Our plan was to put a fuel cell in the car eventually but use the tank with a prefilter just to get the car to run so we know what else needs work on the car. Now we are stuck with sticking the hose into a gas can until we can fix the holes.Also, when I looked inside the tank, it was super clean. In all honesty, it really wasnt all that bad when we sent it to them. This really slowed me down and now I have to repair the tank and I will coat it myself because of their shadiness. If you have a rare fuel tank and they say they say they cant clean it, they are probably selling it to someone else.I wouldnt mind at all if they charged us for their time and gave now warranty but after I saw the wholed and how clean it was when I got it back, they have proven how slimmy their business model is.

Had an after hours emergency on a 96 sewer bypass pump. Unit was to large to remove without use of crane or pulley. I called Van and he sent a guy out to make repairs and I look like a Hero! End customer very pleased that repairs could not only be made on site but before the crew showed up in the morning to continue their work. Thank you Kirby Radiator!

I originally called and was told that this would be a $45 fix. After arriving I was told that it needed the neck replaced and would be an additional $35. This seem reasonable to me. When my wife arrived to pick it up it was $126. I call the owner and he explained that the damage is more significant than he thought. I find is a little hard to believe considering it was a brand-new radiator purchased from his company. I do not believe I will be heading back here again.

Free pickup and delivery is nice when they can actually do the work... in my exception my gas tank turned out to be too corroded to save but I have used them in the past and have always been satisfied with their work.

I have purchased radiators for my personal vehicles and we also get the majority of our radiators, CACs and even A/C condensers from them for our work.They are friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and price their parts competitively. Finally found an affordably place to clean my DPF filter. I was able to drop my truck off in the afternoon and they had it ready for me around lunch the following day. The price was half what the dealer was going to charge me. Very happy with the services provided! Will use them again!

I am from California but i was in texas delivering a load in dallas and my RADIATOR was leaking went there to change my truck RADIATOR and let me tell you that these guys are awesome very honest very professional.They clean DPF too. and i decided that whenever I clean my truck DPF I will pickup load for dallas specially to clean my truck DPF from them. THESE FOLKS R THE BEST....i called yest aft noon with radiator trouble... talked with both riley and don. i told them i could b there 1st thing thurs... NOT ONLY DID THEY MAKE ROOM... THEY got me in and had a couple men working on my troubles... they ended up replacing both radiator and charge cooler... BOTH NEEDED.! in by 8 out by 5.. would have been done sooner but they had to find a cooler elsewhere which took a bit of time... My shop bought a radiator bout 2 months ago for a customer. Well the radiator started to leak the custoner didnt had time to bring it to the shop till after 5 day of the radiator been leaking. So the customer used water because the coolant is expencive and just cause of that they went bacl on theyre warranty blameing the system saying that it was dirty.
