I happen to love Stefan Thomas. I have told other agencies that its not likely Id make a change, even if their rates were cheaper, simply because I love my agent! Stefan is a friend. Hes given me advice to help me make decisions about my coverage or car care. Hes helped my adult kids when theyve had insurance questions, even those adult kids who arent using All State but were in a bind. Hes never rushed me, always takes time with me, and sounds generally interested in what Im telling him, even when I wander off of insurance-related topics, and he can tell you how often THAT happens. I have had a couple accidents in the past two years, one was my fault, but both were handled with an equal amount of care, and I was so grateful that All State took that kind of care of me. I have watched others wrestle with their insurance carriers over their claims and am reminded that we get what we pay for, and how important it is to have an agent you can call and talk to, rather than just do everything on line. I’ve been with Allstate for over a year now. They are always helpful to anything I need or have assistance on. My agent Stephen is very understanding as well as his staff . They make sure to look into any situation and try to give you the best outcome and that’s why I stay with Allstate .
