Process was easy and quick. A few hours after I made the initial call, a scheduler called and got me scheduled the next day. Driver showed up on time. She was polite, courteous, and very capable. 1, 2, 3 and the old car was donated. The driver also provide a receipt for the donation.

I first contacted Junk Car Boys several months ago about selling our Jeep. The price they quoted me was low, but the person suggested I call back in a few months and the price of steel may have gone up by then. I was immediately appreciative of that information! He didnt have to do that! I called them on a Monday and the lady was willing to come out the same day! I couldnt find the title, so we scheduled for a Wednesday between 7 and 9. I sold my junk car to Junk Car Boys and I guess they subcontracted out to Crains Auto Salvage because that is who was sent to pick it up and pay me for it. The guy that picked it up in January said they would do the vehicle transfer for me. I asked for a Bill of Sale (which he gave me, but I get the feeling he would not have given me one if I hadnt asked.) I also took off the license plates and window sticker. At the end of March we moved and went to Veh. Reg. to update our address and found out Crains Auto Salvage/Junk Car Boys hadnt done the vehicle transfer yet. SMH.

This junk car buyer is HORRIBLE. STEER CLEAR of this buyer. They will sell your plates to other buyers and youll be stuck with other drivers tollway fees. Oh and they also use your information for credit card scams. These junk buyers are junk humans.
