I could not be happier with the company and service! AC went out this morning and after I called he was very responsive and made it here within a couple of hours. Once he arrived, he was able to troubleshoot and repair within just a few minutes. He also checked the entire unit to make sure everything else was running well and gave me great maintenance tips. This will be our go-to company from now on!

Seal Heating and Air just finished an install of a 2 ton mini split system for my garage. They sold me both the unit and the installation. They gave me a fair quote and completed the work quickly and cleaned up their work area. I highly suggest you use them for any of your HVAC needs. AC wasnt working during labor day weekend. Called and the owner came out that same afternoon (Saturday) and told us that the motor was not working. Unfortunately, since it was labor day weekend York AC part store was closed. The owner came back Tuesday morning. Took the old motor out and took it to a York part store to have fixed/replaced. Fortunately, the motor was still under warranty. The labor cost was manageable but the best part was the prompt service and quick response by the owner.

I am thankful for how professional and prompt Nicholas was. I am appreciative of him explaining his findings to me, and then giving me options for moving forward. He answered any questions I had. He was quick, clean, and fixed the AC in what felt like 10 minutes, but I think he was there for 30-45 minutes. Now its freezing in my house. I had to turn the AC down it works so good. I googled ac repair near me and checked reviews before calling Seal, just hoping they would be good. They were better than good. Our ac just stopped working and when I called them they answered right away and were out within a few hours and we’ll within the time frame given. The communication was excellent; they even followed up at the end w a thank u text. We have a very old unit but told him if it could be fixed to do so. He found the problem and replaced the motor and transformer and we now have ac again that didn’t break the bank. No sales pitch on replacement. Will definitely use them again.

Great Service. I have a hard time finding good service professionals because most of the time I feel I know more then they do or that they mark up their rates unfairly based on the repair. Unfortunately I called a different company the day before. $400 later I was told I might need a new AC. It still was not working properly so I called Seal Heating and Air. Nicholas came out and in 15 minutes had it diagnosed as the thermostat and installed new one. Finally fixed! Very Professional, great price, will definitely be calling this company again.

Randy explained everything to me and let me see what he was talking about. My A/C unit had frozen due to lack of freon. He had to let it thaw out before he could finish, but told me if it thawed by evening he’d come back and finish the job. He checked with me several times to see if it had thawed completely, and how I would know. Once we knew it was thawed out, he came even though it was after 8 PM because he knew it was very hot in my home. He fixed the problem, explained what could have caused the freon to escape, how I would know if there was still a leak, and what would probably be necessary then. But for now my A/C is working great again!! Thanks so much Randy!!

My unit wad overheating so I called a local AC company. They said I needed a new unit. Got a second opion from Seal and all I needed was my outside coils washed. Ron saved me thousands of dollars. Very honest

Its been about 2 1/2 months into this new inside and outside unit Seal HVAC replaced in early May. Really appreciate it, and the value, this time of year (heatwave hitting upper 90s to 100, consistently in mid July). Ron and Josh are simply professionals. They offered options for repairing my A/C units and certainly never pushed a sale. I opted for new units due to my originals being 16 years old. I later found out that the cost I paid was very fair through a neighbor who manages buildings in downtown Dallas. Ron and Josh are very easy to talk to and do quality work. My air completely stopped working today so I called a company to come out. Within just a few minutes of looking at it, was told that the compressor went out and since it was a freon unit i would need to replace both the inside and outside unit for 4900.00, which is not a bad price but money I dont currently have.I then reached out to Ron at Seal Heating and Air. Even though he was completely booked for the day he made time to come look at it. He took the time to check everything thoroughly and to my surprise it was only a compositor that needed to be replaced. So needless to say I spent far less that 4900.00 and my house is cool again.He went over ways to ensure that the house stays cool and gave future cooling options.After all that he installed a Nest thermostat that I had purchased previously and really wanted installed.I highly recommend this company to anyone and will definitely use him again and again.I only wish that I could give more than 5 stars.Thanks for a going over and beyond to satisfy an overheated customer. 😃

The other company would not even warranty any labor of any kind without going even higher and getting a completely new system for over $10k.Thanks for rescuing us from the cold without putting us out in the cold! Then, Seal found and fixed the problems caused by shortcuts and bad workmanship done by a company that is now out of business. I highly recommend this company. We had a great experience!

I rarely write online reviews, however, I will gladly make an exception for Ron. I called him at 7PM with a broken A/C unit, he was at my house within an hour and assessed the issue within minutes. Unfortunately, I will need to replace the unit shortly, but he was able to provide a fix for the time being to ensure we are sleeping through the night with cool air. Best price with the Best Quality and fast service. Reliant Air Conditioning was the next best price by $1400.00 more. Berkeys was even higher but was honest and upfront. Both Seal and Berkeys told me one of the best brands was American Standard and its my best bet. Also they both kept me from wasting money with extras and higher seer ratings. Always get multiple bids and research brands.If you only want to make one call Seal Heating and Air cant be out done!!!

Really great service. I replaced my thermostat and somehow messed something up where we werent getting cold air and it was 80+ degrees in our house. Ron was very knowledgeable installed a new drain pan the old one had rust and leaked. Flushed the drain which was the cause of the problem. Our a/c wasnt blowing cool air and Ron said it would be 5,000 just to get the new systems for upstairs and outside (not a mechanical person so Im not sure of specifics) but luckily he found a cut line which he fixed promptly. Im happy with the time it took for him to get here and his honest service. Im also happy with the affordable price. We definitely recommend for anyone and will be using for future endeavors.

Ron did an excellent job replacing my HVAC system last Falls season, still running great. I even referred him to my parent and he also replaced their system this year.
