Not a respectful work environment. From the very first day, its made clear that you are cheap, easily replaceable, and easy to get rid of.Also, there is a strong PC/SJW-esque culture here. If you happen to fit in certain demographic categories, They will put up with you being on your phone for 4 hours while working with a soldering iron (very dangerous and unproductive) with little more than a sensitive and general verbal warning or will put up with you yelling at and gossiping about temps.If you are a man,if hired at all, you be relegated to certain lower paid or menial jobs. Good luck getting any supervisory role.Also, dont believe anything about them hiring you once your temp contract expires and dont count on you working to the end of your temp contract. They pretty much have a permanent workforce that they hire directly and contract workers are just temps that they will shed once theyre not needed.Dont waste your time trying to work here. Especially not through a staffing agency
